The commercial grade paint on the interior looks nice, but is if poor quality. The walls scuff terribly, the paint is already wearing off on the trim and doors.

Very accommodating, willing to help us in anyway possible. They were very flexible with our situation when we had issues selling our other house first. Our construction manager (Chip) is second to none, he did a great job on our walk through and explained everything well so I was able to understand how our new home works.

We were over all happy with working with your team Eric, Justin and Chris they were really helpful. Painting inside the house could use a better upgrade in Paint and the landscaping could have been better if the dirt under the sod was graded better before the sod was laid down..

My Agent Penny was wonderful, she helped me find my ideal home that I love. The loan officer was through and made sure I had all paperwork needed. My project manager changed 4 times and I never had anyone to really go over any questions or concerns and a lot about the home was not reviewed with me. The closing day process not only was a stressful one but rushed. The mortgage office did not take the time to review things and explain certain paperwork so I left there clueless. Though that part of my home buying experience was not pleasant everything else was good. I love where I live and the home. The workers need to be better and not leave such a mess and clean the house before closing and make sure all is ready for move in day. ... More

Appreciate clearly documented mechanicals and unknowns (such as insulation) and how Lennar stands behind the homes with adequate warranties. Having the latest smart technologies is a huge plus!

Was throughly happy with the entire process. Like all builds there were bumps and bruises but at the end of the day we were very happy with our home!

Lennar and our realestate agent were very helpful in the purchasing process and we had to buy remotely as we were in Europe. I love the house, the primary bathroom, high ceilings and porches. I am disappointed that we have no amenities or pool nearby. Hoping for mega pool to be finished, Publix and golf cart trails. Trees are a necessity. Desperately need trees on our street. But we love the spacious home and alley fed garage.

We are very happy with our last home purchase. Our salesperson Karl, our Customer Service rep Isaiah who is absolutely the best and Missy our home construction contact were very communicative, attentive and resolved problems. The quality of the home is ok, homes sat for a while awaiting inspection due to the heavy building in the area. It's a stick home and you have very little or no options, you get what you get that is on that plot. Great open design and very accomodating for 55 over. They have a tremendous amount of activities and clubs and can't wait for the amenity center to be built. In today's environment the homes are priced competitively and they give you a nice product but we have had better experiences with building up north. Excellent buying experience with Lennar and the closing agency.

The Quality of the painting leaves a lot to be desired and the workmanship is extremely poor. Aside from that we have that some things we have we were told if we did not see it before closing then there is nothing that can be done. We were trying to cooperate and not keep calling so we are stuck on that one. Overall we are satisfied though there are other issues we want to discuss.

The home buyer process is great. The workmanship is not up to par. We just had to SAND and repaint the entire interior of the house. Scraping glue and tile mastic off the bath floors. I put in a request last week about the lawn, nothing but weeds, standing water problems in between the houses, erosion at the corner of the slab and no AC flow in the MBR closet. And, I haven’t had anyone contact me about those issues.

while i love our new home, i do see some quality issues that seemed to have been missed. we will address at our 1yr walk through. however it would feel better had the majority of these been addressed prior to move in. as of now nothing too major, but attention to detail says a lot about ones craft, and they seem to have been lacking in some aspects. more so cosmetic, the "smart home" set up has been difficult, and why not install all of the ring functions they leave you with?? like i said small things that can be fixed, just not something you want to deal with after an EXPENSIVE purchase and moving in etc ... Lennar was up front about everything and staff was friendly as well as helpful. Made our buying experience easy.

Overall, it seems to be used cheap materials. Especially the wood molding surfaces are very rough and quality is bad. Lennar service is responsive and handles request timely. I wish Lennar allow options to choose for floor, kitchen and carpet(2nd fl).

We loved Ashley (the Lennar rep who sold us our home), but their customer service department is not very responsive. We had several things that were not completed or in bad shape upon moving in and we still have not had those things repaired. We have been in our home since February of this year.

The finish work in my home is horrible. Poor workmanship in regards to the wood trim and doors. Lack of time taken to measure properly. Lights hung with no apparent designated location. I have a wall that is 2 inches out of plumb from top to bottom. The interior paint job is the worst I've ever seen, all around.

We purchased a home in the village with a closing date of sept 15. Ashley was our sales person and was absolutely wonderful! The house had many issue on closing date that was supposed to be repaired before closing. We did a walk through the day of closing, with an extensive list.....2 weeks later nothing repaired, scheduled or communicated. I sent another email requesting communication. The warranty team followed up. Ken, Isaiah, and Hillary came by for another list. FINALLY, we have forward traction! I am hopeful things will be completed, moral of the story.........construction team is horrible, warranty team is awesome! ... More

The transition from Cal Atlantic to Lennar was very unorganized. They installed the HVAC system before the roof was on. They had the wrong prints for our home and installed walls where they did not belong. They did not insulate behind the bump out walls until I caught it ...right before drywall. They got mud all over our upgraded carpet on 8 different occasions and had to replace the carpet. The wood floors were also scratched up in several areas because they did not cover them. I could go on....

The quality of the homes here are poor at best. Materials used are basic trac home quality. The tradesman have little to no skill set, and the superintendents are lacking people skills as well as professional development.

This was my first home buying experience and it was awesome! Everyone was very patient with me, informative and responded quickly. Chip, in my book was the most amazing! He went above and beyond on many occasions to make sure I was good and happy. He made me feel very valued by choosing lennar.

Sales rep was great, builder was great. Lender experience was average at best.,
