The staff is great. The quality of work by the contractors on the finish work (paint, baseboards, alignments, etc) was not up to par!

The process was very smooth from beginning to end everyone from Lennar was always there when I had a question very helpful

We purchased our home while living in New England. The CM Chip, was truly our long distance eyes. He walked us through the process and helped us understand the South Carolina and Berkeley County building codes which had an impact on the timeline. We put our trust in Chip, and he never let us down.

Had an amazing experience in purchasing our new Lennar home. Everyone on the sales and marketing teams were awesome to work with. Would recommend Lennar to anyone.

Good experience. I just wish there was more communication on status of process. Need better quality control of homes. Felt the need to inspect every week to make sure there weren't oversights. Without a third party inspection many issues would have occurred.

Lennar has built a solid and well appointed home, the workmanship of the house itself is excellent and I’m very pleased.

Our experience with Lennar financial staff was absolutely great, thank you for making things so smoothly, The building team was great as well thank you for everything and all the work. We love our new home..

The entire staff was wonderful. The only thing that I had a problem with was the Mortgage company. I was ask to present multiple documents multiple times by different agents.

Sales rep, lending team and customer service people were great. Could use better insulation so you don't hear everything outside while you're inside

The workers didn’t seem very concern about building the house. It had lots of issues.

My experience has been overall positive and I’m happy with my home. I’ve had other builder experiences with past homes and Lennar has been above those. They strive to ensure you’re happy and I was impressed with my closing to an extent. They made some minor adjustments day of closing to my cabinet that was too low for my fridge. Several jobs were not completed in which I was promised completion after closing for which no one came back. For the most part, I’m satisfied with my purchase and going with Lennar as I’ve found the craftsmanship for my neighborhood was above others in the area. I purchased in Carnes Crossroads in Summerville, SC and the neighborhood stands out as one of the top locations for the area. My realtor did a great job helping me keep the contractor on schedule and ensuring most items were completed prior to closing. My recommendation would be not to fall to the peer pressure of closing with items left to do. They will drop you like a bad habit once you close so be ready for that. ... More

Love the home Quality of workmanship is average at best Lots of issues that are from workers not caring about quality Of work .there cars are ruining the new streets oil leaking personal vehicles running machines gouging up the blacktop. And they don’t care. Extremely sloppy. .cement work very very poor.even the side walks.huge globs of cement in the middle of sidewalks your building a beautiful new community there ruining roads before we get to use them…workers very sloppy during construction doesn’t take Much effort to work neatly.gives a better impression when people are Looking at newly constructed homes.lots of siding issues from lack of effort.u shouldn’t be installing it crooked ,like badly crooked they even put a window in the wrong spot..shower tile sloppy.drain appears to not be correct sloppy tile cuts .plenty more .great house for the price some training for workers might help .anyone I’ve called about issues has been very nice. that was nice. ... The end result is a beautiful home! My two issues: the sales agent, Julia was very arrogant and condescending! This is the 6th house I’ve purchased and not new at this! She demanded I select a lot that I didn’t want as “there are 10 other people waiting to purchase each model!” Also, when a model depicts an open bannister railing, I shouldn’t view my finished house and be told that there is a wall instead and that this was an option but you can’t have ANY options!! This was not explained-we we’re rushed and treated unprofessionally! Treating home buyers with courtesy and respect goes a long way and Lennar missed the mark on this one! ... More

Delivered quality home in record time.

Building manager, onsite sales rep and local resources all went above and beyond. Lennar mortgage, they all sucked. Zero communication, always last minute needs, constantly asking for more information, for example they ran out credit via a hard pull three times in five months, and then asked us to explain why our credit was pulled, by them... Then when we rated them poorly the area manager or whomever called and tried to have us change the rating and twist the words so they looked like the good guys.

We did a virtual build and our consultant Karl was great about keeping us informed along the way.

The workers on all aspects of the actual structure do work very hard and fast.

The quality of the overall work could have been better. There were things during the building process that I caught that shouldn’t have been my job to catch. Also the sod was horrible, they had to redo it and it still is a mess. Sales Rep Gina was amazing and customer service Heather has been amazing! Overall still happy with my home but I feel as though Lennar needs to focus on quality over quantity as I feel they have gotten away from that.

no direct phone interactions, need to wait for answers for loan progress, repairing, still, i have not received site map from the selling agent, it was a very frustrating experience.
