My experience with the purchase has been bad. I would like to mention 4 points that have made my experience a bad experience. The first point is that in my first week living in the house I discovered that the house had plague (something that they did not solve.) Point number two, before closing the purchase I made a complaint because the scale in my house is 3 shades different ones on the staircase and the only response from them was that that is what there is because there was no more material. Lennar and our realestate agent were very helpful in the purchasing process and we had to buy remotely as we were in Europe. I love the house, the primary bathroom, high ceilings and porches. I am disappointed that we have no amenities or pool nearby. Hoping for mega pool to be finished, Publix and golf cart trails. Trees are a necessity. Desperately need trees on our street. But we love the spacious home and alley fed garage.

The baseboards are all cardboard. They never finished our yard. The roads are always clogged with construction workers all over the place. They wake you up banging at 6 am. The closets all needed to be braces downstairs. The construction vehicles have created cracks in our driveway. We have found more paint issues. Our first person dealing with Pam was awesome and extremely helpful but from there very lackluster.

I believe the walkthroughs are more for show than making all corrections. The major items were handled but the "minor" items that are more cosmetic are really not addressed.

Won't service bad sod!!

Sod was laid dominant at the time. Once growth began weeds popped up. I was told nothing could be done. Also the sod was supposed to be rolled and two after close still not done . When the lawn service cuts they are making ruts and tearing up loss sod. Ruining the lawn!!

The "Lennar Experience" is an absolute joke. I knew what I was getting into with a cookie cutter new build but I was not expecting the process and employees to be the worst part of the whole experience. If I could do it again I would run away. Our CM, Tate, was an absolute disaster and was more worried telling me about some facebook group that complains about him then actually fixing problems we pointed out at 3 different walk throughs. The fact he still has a job shows Lennar has zero care about quality and just pumps them out. Since moving in a few months ago we have had over 10 different ...

Experience with sales was great. Our construction manager below average. Home wasn’t ready for our New Home Orientation with 4 painters working and sanding dust everywhere made finding issues next to impossible. Our experience with Customer Care so far has been poor.

Our only "large concern" we had with the builder was for the Granite countertops as the stone that was selected for our house had some spots in it that "did not" feel part of the granite at all. In fact every time we look at those 2 spots, it feels like its dirty or a stain, looks very unnatural in comparison to the rest of the granite.

Only person that was phenomenal was the loan officer, Amy, her response to all questions and all concerns were answered promptly as far as construction and sales. Their attention and response was absolutely horrifying and I would never purchase a home from Leonard again, nor would I recommend anyone to my family or my s purchase from Lennar

I definitely would like to arrange an inspection by leadership to see the overall work performed in my NEWLY BUILT home, especially by GMT. Specifically, with the trash found inside the walls, we reported to Leadership. And that it was found after they had to remove the shower wall for replacement less than a month after closing. And many other less-than-satisfactory issues we have endured. The quality of craftsmanship being witnessed is borderline criminal.

The experience was average. The builder had a floor plan and location that was desirable. The quality is on par with average builds, and price is so much higher. Many items had to be replaced shortly after moving in so that we could have the quality we desired. So many promises, and little delivered.

I love the floor plan. Lot is a little less desirable. Some material defects, they are addressing so far. A lot of concrete defects in the short-time in this neighborhood. A review in 6 months would be better served. Being in home 2 months is really not a lot of time to see what issues pop up and how they respond.

Nice spec home with great design/layout and able to further personalize to meet my needs. Yard needs work-lots of mounds and low areas and turf not growing as it should on this property but not all properties. Lennar very responsive to address issues & answer questions so overall, good experience continues to evolve over time

We were over all happy with working with your team Eric, Justin and Chris they were really helpful. Painting inside the house could use a better upgrade in Paint and the landscaping could have been better if the dirt under the sod was graded better before the sod was laid down..

Don’t get me wrong I love my community, and waverly home. The problems are the garage door is not sealed on one side, and the cement outside the garage door is uneven and slanted towards the garage so when it rains the water pools inside the garage. The curbing inside the garage is incomplete on one side. Curbing for 3 feet on one side then crumbles off. The tile outside the master shower door as well slants towards the shower, so when you take a shower the water pools outside the shower door. Outside the hose spigot housing gaps open at the top.
