The entire staff was wonderful. The only thing that I had a problem with was the Mortgage company. I was ask to present multiple documents multiple times by different agents.

We are mostly happy with our new home. We have been disappointed in some of the low quality of the final workmanship of the home. Doors that have huge gaps on the sides or rub against the frame. Poor job of caulking. Stains on the countertops. Baseboards that are not tight. Walls that are not square. All things that we were not able to notice at the time of the final walkthrough. Things that as you live in a home, you find over a period of time. Generally speaking though, we are overall pleased with what we got.

My construction manager Matty, did a good job with our walk through and touching up / repairing anything. Replaced my grass after an army worm infestation, the only criticism I have is that some the remains sod after replacing the dead patches; there were still some sod patches that had partially dead grass.

After a month in a Lennar home

The open floor plans are great , but there is no consideration of any power outlets on the floor for table lights or anything else for the couch in the middle of floor. All outlets are along the wall so if you have electric couch features you’ll need to run a line across the floor. Other wise there is plenty of bright lighting led lights in the ceilings all over. They seem to use good materials for the most part. Not sure how great the craftsmanship is due to the amount of homes they are building so fast. Attention to quality could be better. Issues are passable, but could easily have looked ...

Sales rep, lending team and customer service people were great. Could use better insulation so you don't hear everything outside while you're inside

My experience has been overall positive and I’m happy with my home. I’ve had other builder experiences with past homes and Lennar has been above those. They strive to ensure you’re happy and I was impressed with my closing to an extent. They made some minor adjustments day of closing to my cabinet that was too low for my fridge. Several jobs were not completed in which I was promised completion after closing for which no one came back. For the most part, I’m satisfied with my purchase and going with Lennar as I’ve found the craftsmanship for my neighborhood was above others in the area. I ...

Love the home Quality of workmanship is average at best Lots of issues that are from workers not caring about quality Of work .there cars are ruining the new streets oil leaking personal vehicles running machines gouging up the blacktop. And they don’t care. Extremely sloppy. .cement work very very poor.even the side walks.huge globs of cement in the middle of sidewalks your building a beautiful new community there ruining roads before we get to use them…workers very sloppy during construction doesn’t take Much effort to work neatly.gives a better impression when people are Looking at ...

The end result is a beautiful home! My two issues: the sales agent, Julia was very arrogant and condescending! This is the 6th house I’ve purchased and not new at this! She demanded I select a lot that I didn’t want as “there are 10 other people waiting to purchase each model!” Also, when a model depicts an open bannister railing, I shouldn’t view my finished house and be told that there is a wall instead and that this was an option but you can’t have ANY options!! This was not explained-we we’re rushed and treated unprofessionally! Treating home buyers with courtesy and respect goes a long ...

Lennar - Building manager, onsite sales rep and local resources all went

Building manager, onsite sales rep and local resources all went above and beyond. Lennar mortgage, they all sucked. Zero communication, always last minute needs, constantly asking for more information, for example they ran out credit via a hard pull three times in five months, and then asked us to explain why our credit was pulled, by them... Then when we rated them poorly the area manager or whomever called and tried to have us change the rating and twist the words so they looked like the good guys.

The quality of the overall work could have been better. There were things during the building process that I caught that shouldn’t have been my job to catch. Also the sod was horrible, they had to redo it and it still is a mess. Sales Rep Gina was amazing and customer service Heather has been amazing! Overall still happy with my home but I feel as though Lennar needs to focus on quality over quantity as I feel they have gotten away from that.

Lennar Horizons new home purchase

Overall the homebuying was ok. The final walkthrough was a bit unorganized as there were some things that were not quality work and expected much more from buying a new build. I’ve had several other issues that I’ve had to submit warranty claims. They are responsive but it seems to be challenging to get the work done. Buyers just beware that it is not an overly smooth process.

LiZ was good. Timely and professional. Ben was our builder and i had to manage the project at end to get water meter hooked up and finally het is to closing. Delays at end cost us 1.25% higher interest rate which will wind up costing us thousands of dollars. Could give me answers about water hookup delays, so i had to go to water dept and get things moving

Beautiful House - Lots of Problems

Purchasing a new home from Lennar was a very easy experience. My new home is beautiful. Once I moved into my new house, I found so many problems. I have had light fixtures falling out on the ceiling, the paint on the doors coming off, a cabinet door falling off, and many other problems. I do have to give Lennar credit for addressing these problems. If you have a problem, you report it to Lennar through a website. It is like filling out a ticket for your problem. You then schedule a virtual visit. Then the problem is addressed. Yes, this is a way to track the problems you have but it ...

The purchasing process of buying my home was smooth and easy. Working with the loan processors proved to be remarkably easy, even with the VA involved). Had to close remotely (12 May 22). House keys "got lost" between the closing coordinator and Butler & College. Closing coordinator (Erika) proved to be a waste of time. Alot of finger pointing between Erika and Butler & College. Closing/Escrow Manager (Brittney) joins conversation and appears helpful. Statements surmised to resolve situation in 3 days (email dated 17 May22). I follow up with emails and phone calls on 20 May 22 and 23 May ...

Love the House, Not the Experience

In the initial part of the experience, Julie was great and helpful. We were able to select the floor plan and model we wanted in a time frame that worked for us. In the middle/financing part, we became exhausted. We completed the loan application by the first of the year, and the house was originally set to close the last of February. The loan team waited until February to start reaching out about missing documents and application discrepancies. Then they moved up the closing date to mid-February, made us feel rushed but like we would be fine to close, and then sent us several mixed signaled ...

Good and timely build, but no urgency on repairs

Love the house, but when I requested a pretty serious heating issue be addressed, there was no sense of urgency, to the point where the issue is still not resolved and it's been almost 2 months. Also noticed a crack in the tile the day we closed in December and the Crack has not been fixed. Had we not put tape over it, someone else besides me would've gotten cut .
