Being a first time home buyer, Lennar did a good job in making me aware of most of the things in home buying. There were few things - which could have be better (example - front door upgrade), that if told earlier - would have been easy for us to make a decision. Overall it was okay experience.

I had a great experience with the purchase of my home. From the sales, building process and through closing was a wonderful experience. If I was to give any negative comment it would be for the landscaping. They did a great job with the bushes, trees and the sod but the yard itself in several areas was almost too dangerous to walk on. Several dips and gulleys along with metal materials and large pieces of wood buried just below the surface of the sod was unacceptable. Sometimes I wandered if this was a house built for one of Lennar's executives that the yard would have been prestigious and grated smoothly. I feel every customer should be treated that way. I have to buy several bags of top soil and place in the uneven areas of the yard to make it safe to walk on. Lennar is a very good company. I just had a bad experience with the yard. ... More

Great home. Any issues that have popped up since our purchase have been handled swiftly.

The home seems to be well built with a quality workmanship, However the sod laid down for my yard was one star at best. The Lennar representative came out today and was very courteous but was quick to say that my contract calls for my complete ownership of the yard. My contract was over 100 pages and signed in about 45 minutes. The walk through was thorough for the inside of the house but contained about 1/10 of the information I learned from the Rep today. He said that the yard should have been watered 30 minutes in the morning and 15 in the early evening each day. My water bill was 3 times what it was in my previous house and apparently that was still not enough. The sod was dormant when it was laid down and more than 50% of yard never made it past that stage. I was told that aeration and fertilizer would help but I didn't consider that my job. I have asked the HOA for assistance and was told to contact Lennar. When does this circle of ownership stop? ... The new warranty system sucks

Lennar’s customer service representatives go above and beyond. Especially Landon and Carwin.

Many hidden areas were not complete or unfinished

Lennar is good builder. But, follow up is very poor. Roads are not done. Street lights are few and poor. The mail center is poor and a big trafgic hazrd. Betweem postal boxes and road there should be concrete. Now, it muddy grass The subdivision looks very poor unfinished roads. Please improve; Roads in the dub division Mail center Light in the streets Thanks.

Gina Woods is an extremely good and very helpful snd friendly tealtor for Lennar. She has helped us all the way through the process. A true knowledgeable professional we cannot say enough good things about her.

I had an overall good experience purchasing a Lennar home. Lennar has great people serving the company, including the sales agent, my loan officer, the construction manager and customer service rep., who were all excellent in their roles to support my purchase. However, I was personally challenged with a number of problems that showed right after signing the contract and moving in, which can happen. There is a warranty process in place meant to aid the new home buyer, which I did not find smooth and reponds with greatly reduced urgency. While some things were taken care of promptly, others were not, particularly when it came to appliances. I inherited a bad dishwasher. There were considerable delays to get that in working order and, frankly, when you purchase a new home, one expects new appliances in good working order. Lennar is a good company, offering offering attractive and decently made homes. The company has excellent staff and can do even better by improving the support and warranty process if and when problems arise, especially within the first weeks and months of home ownership. ... Professional and focused representatives. From the initial contact and sales experience through the construction management process to our new home finalization and orientation, everyone has been thorough and helpful. We expect and hope to not need to move again for a long long time, but know the builder and employees do seem to care well for potential and current homeowners.

Overall great experience and very smooth process

Overall, the home buying experience went extremely well up until the point at which a closing date was set, then moved repeatedly, without transparency to true, anticipated date of closing. This required me to re-coordinate movers, closing dates on my previous property, etc. that could have been avoided by just communicating a more realistic closing date rather than racing to close a quarter.

The entire team was easy to work with and made the purchase process a breeze. weekly update along with pictures was very helpful. And the last minute updates during the final walk through was very professionally handled.

I purchased 3 lennar homes inn the past, I am noticing the bad quality of the current one, 2nd floor squeaking, poor quality on the wall and doors painting, and obviously over priced due to the lack of inventory

There is only a one year warranty and after initial inspection blemishes and other issues are not covered. Found things after the inspection but was told they would not be covered.

I love my home and I understand that there are a lot of struggles with supply chain these days. I have one major problem with my home is the interior paint. It is horrible. I have to repaint my brand new house and doors and molding. I don’t think that is right.

Good value for the price paid for our home.

For the price Lennar should paint the house inside with quality paint. We should not have to paint our entire house as soon as we move in. Also the lighting should be better. Only have canned lighting and have to replace lights. The tile is not sealed and you have to do that immediately when you move in.

Lennar is a good builder but some of the workmanship needs to be reviewed. I am pleased with my hone but have noticed a few things I would like to see done differently.

Our home is lovely. We found some problems, mostly plumbing, after we moved in, and Lennar responded quickly. Erosion control, however, us a problem throughout the community. I should be able to walk from my home to the nearby mailboxes using the sidewalks, but I cannot because they are covered with mud. The storm drains are clogged. Our backyard fills with mud and water after every storm.

I love floor plan of my home.

I do love our new home, but I must say they dropped the ball on the finish work. Scratches on wood floors, nails protruding from walls, paint on carpet, dent in tub etc. It looks like it was rushed to complete and I don’t really think the finish workers cared that it was someone’s home. The neighborhood is great and the house is solid, but a bit more concern with the finished product would be good.

I love the home and overall community. There are sone items from the builder stand point that I think should be handled differently. First, I have noticed multiple homes being sold to corporate rental companies at much lower prices which affects my homes price. Secondly, I have found the landscaping to be very cheap and not planted all that well. Since moving in I have had multiple dead shrubs and my grass is dying while other lots are flourishing. The grass is flourishing without water. I water my trees, bushes and grass twice a day but still dying.
