The agent was amazing and she worked out a fantastic price. Worked with us on our time table to sell old house and was just an overall great person. The neighborhood is top notch and is the primary reason to move here. However!! The workmanship on the model home shows they rushed it and cut many corners. Flooring is uneven, ceiling dry walking was poorly done, Ethernet runs are bad, rokus access points are pointless, base boards already coming off and random holes where dry wall should meet in tiny corners. We knew what we were getting and accepted it. They just should have never built it ...

Whoever put up the drywall on our home is terrible. Pop up nails everywhere. We can see the repairs on the ceiling. Bad cover up job.

The Quality of House is great, but when it is thrown together in minimal time it loses it's Luster. We're continuously finding major/minor defects. Crooked walls, creaking floors that seem as if not completely nailed down, sink stopper that won't stay connected... In the yard multiply holes and ridges from unsuitable rolling of the grass, regularly finding pieces of metal and rocks under the non growing grass. Timeline to closing was excellent. Great overall value! Felt house construction was rushed causing multiple tickets for resolution over the last 5 months. Take your time during the walk thru would be my only suggestion.

1st: The sales process is excellent. Lennar and the sales team kept us informed throughout the build. Always available to answer to question. Access to the home during the build is excellent. 2nd: The floorplan, pictures, and model representation may not be exactly what you get. Make sure you ask specific questions about what is and is not included in the home. Don’t assume because it is in the floorplans, pictures, and model it will be in your home. 3rd: Lennar does not offer much in the way of options. You can’t get additional lighting in the house, you can’t get an additional ...

We are happy to be in our new home! The community and surroundings are beautiful. There were several issues in the building process that needed immediate attention to fix. The customer is not in the loop. Our construction manager was helpful in resolving issues. The process to address home owners questions and concerns needs fixed. We will submit tickets to address our current issues. Providing home owner with touch up paint is a must. I’m bothered by paint issues every time I clean.

Trades need to do better a better job, too many things done poorly. Issues with windows, siding, stove, dishwasher, shower head, deck, painting, flooring, gutters, concrete, masonry, landscaping, sod placement, grading of soil, etc. etc. Sad most things should have been caught and fixed well before we closed. Many things I will end up doing/fixing myself.

Bare minimum upgrades in spec homes Phase one of the neighborhood has better upgrades/options.....their motto is Its all included And that was not the case- there were no window treatments, refrigerator or washer and dryer included.

Overall, our experience with Lennar was subpar. The number of issues found during our inspection was alarming, but the worst part was the pushback from Lennar when it came to fixing or addressing these issues. I had to create a punch list and consistently follow up with the construction manager to ensure things were getting done. During the final walkthrough, numerous issues were discovered, yet I was assured that Lennar’s QA process would leave the house practically turn-key. Unfortunately, this was far from the truth. The initial buying process went well. However, after I signed the purchase contract, I had to follow-up after no responses regarding the inspection. I definitely did not feel I received the red carpet treatment as expected after making such a big investment. Lennar short cuts at every opportunity…no mirror in the powder room, no light fixtures throughout home, including over the mirrors in each of the bathrooms (except undesirable one in dining room). Review of items prior to closing was combative and rushed. I was appalled that Lennar did not offer a printed copy of the warranty manual.

Once our sale was completed sales representative was disinterested in responding to our concerns. Very disappointed in his performance. Initially construction supervisor was reluctant to meet with us. However he has been very helpful since our first meeting. Punch list staff (new home owner orientation, etc) was not particularly knowledgeable about appliances, heat system, eero system, ring system, etc. Warranty mamager has been great to work with.
