This was a difficult review to write, and one where I waited nearly two months to see if there was resolution on a few issues. Let me break this down into areas: Construction/Builder: This started off as the biggest issue. After we put down our deposit, we were told our final lot layout was going to be different then what we originally expected/been advised. However, after all of the back and forth, the construction team itself really got behind getting us the home we wanted. Stressful Experience

Sigh! Most frustrating, costly purchase I made. The Lennar mortgage was the most frustrating. Realator was ok. The warranty guys had some hiccups, but they were probably the shining stars in a full galaxy, but the 3rd parties they use are awful.

Had a terrible communication with loan process and now having a terrible time getting issues under warranty taken care of.

Purchased a New build

We used all Lamar’s preferred everything. Lender, lawyer, inspector, etc. we had to work with lennars sales manager Justin as our sales rep Phill was terrible at following thru and following up. They really led on the feeling that they were doing us a favor, we weren’t treated as a valuable customer. Phill was very inconsistent in things he’d say. We didn’t have an opportunity to choose anything in the new build of which he blamed us for not reminding him that we needed to choose & we missed our opportunity.BECAUSE WE DIDNT TELL HIM TO DO HIS JOB-his words. Poor home buying experience

Our “realtor” never responded to our inquiries timely and pushed us to use Lennar lending after we communicated at least 10 times were going with Navy Fed. We gave the lender and chance and he was extremely disrespectful to my wife after she said she was not going with Lennar. Build quality is good and the building manager was good at fixing the issues we provided. Everyone seemed money hungry and if any decision we made would make someone lose money they would get obviously irritable. Would not recommend Lennar after that experience.

Houses are ok but the buying process with the builder and their relator is terrible. At a minimum if you want one of their homes get your own relatpr don't use theirs.

Poor Workmanship

The process started out good, but we should have seen the red flags when the Lennar real estate agent Marnie ignored our agent during the process. She also confirmed to us that we would receive a sprinkler system as we stood in the model home which had them. We found out right before closing that they were not included!!! The celebration walk wasn't anything close to being a celebration. When I asked about the hole in the side of the tub that the Lennar manager, Chris tried not to acknowledge, the response was, "oh, we can get that fixed!"
