I haven’t had any issues with them, so far so good with no complaints.

My daughter and son in law chose this home for me as an investment property, The preliminary and final walk throughs were done via video meeting and conducted by a very professional man who anticipated and satisfied all my questions. Very please with the new property.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Will - he took the time to send me an email every week - including pictures - with updates of the status of my townhouse. Also, LeeAnn worked with my realtor and I to make sure that my concerns and move-in went smoothly.

I am very happy with my new very well done and smart home!

The home is well built and exactly as advertised so I am most pleased with my new home.

Going under contract was very smooth and easy. The financing was quite a different story. We advised the mortgage person that we would be paying off the mortgage as soon as our former house closed. We were approved for the mortgage and then informed at a later date that we had been denied. We were able to work with a mortgage broker to secure financing...nonetheless. Once we moved in any issue that arouse was immediately addressed and resolved.

We found the Lennar staff very easy to work with. Always responsive with questions and concerns. I think my only disappointment has been "builder grade" everything from the floor coverings to appliance package. But, for the great price we paid for the home I guess that is to be expected. We practically begged to install our own carpet but that was not happening. I do wish there were some options to upgrade but that doesn't seem to be how Lennar operates. Overall we are very happy with our home!

Buying this home was my first home purchase and it was a great experience. I was always kept up to date on the process of what to except. I would highly recommend buying from Lennar.

Our buying experience was very pleasant and frictionless. Having options included and great incentives simplified the process. We received good support through the mortgage application process as well. When the walkthroughs came we found quite a few quality issues which were supposed to be resolved prior to the final walkthrough. When we returned for the final walkthrough, most of the items had NOT been addressed. That resulted in a scramble to get things taken care of, push back from the construction field manager on some items that weren’t acceptable and a delayed closing while items were resolved. ... More

From start to finish, this was a seamless and quick process. I already had a real estate agent and lender, but if I had it to do over again, I would have done everything through Lennar. The communication was quick and supportive. Some agents were assigned to me but everyone at Lennar assisted when needed. I'm usually a skeptical, person but I am truly impressed with Lennar and the honesty, quality, and genuine desire to make customers happy. The house itself is spectacular with gorgeous details, especially in the kitchen. I love the layout, the loft, fireplace, HUGE pantry, laundry room closet, and unexpected mountain views. The only drawbacks: for such a spacious feeling house, the staircase and master bath are narrow and the flat paint is impossible to clean. My bath counters are also scratched from the build but not major. The warranty and repair team are outstanding and everything that needed repair was fixed properly and fast. This house was a gift to myself after years of saving and I feel completely at home! There is a sense of peace and calm. (Side note, even with the continued construction, it's pretty quite and the workers are very respectful. I lived in Chicago and welcome the slight noise.) ... More

We have had a great experience purchasing our home in Cleveland Meadows. Our home is in a great location, we appreciate the little extras that Lennar put into the home. The initial process they are very attentive and responsive which was very helpful and appreciated. I will say after the purchase there really isn’t any follow up or much response if you have questions which is a bit disappointing. They should have post purchase agents or something like that to make sure all is well and you can have a point person to go to for any questions etc. Otherwise we definitely recommend.

With a new home build there are items within and or from the build that need fixing and adjusting. My rep Tina has been exceptional in contacting and guidance and solving these issues has been spot on and welcomed. Peace of mind and and appreciation for her, for Lennar is one of the best experiences in home ownership I have ever had.

Bobby was my builder and he was great. He seemed to really care about ehat he was doing and if I liked it. He stayed near during my initial walk through and came and asked if I needed anything done or fixed. I have been in my home for about two months now and so far, I haven't found any problems.

It was a great experience from the start to finish very professional great price. Houses are built with love. I would recommend them to anyone. They have some of the best houses I’ve ever seen and everything is included like they say.

Buying a lennar home has been good for me and my family because of the home you get for the price. Some things seemed rushed during the building process you can tell. But any issue that arises it has been replaced or fixed immediately.

John was amazing. The walkthroughs were rather difficult. Had to be on there time. Weekends were not an option. Major plumbing issues right out of the box.

Leeann and Andrea gave me their cell phone numbers and promptly answered many questions throughout the process both by phone and text-they were great at letting me know what to expect and timing which made it less stressful.

The whole process was so easy with Lennar, everyone was so easy to communicate with and help me through the steps very smoothly! I was a bit concerned with the speed of the build but my home is beautiful! I feel like the painters could have done a better job and took more pride in their workmanship and just a few minor changes I would have made with some of the accessories in the house but overall I am very satusfied!

It was my first time ever home . I like it so much , the quality of the building is excellent!
