Lennar offers the best home model with a view towards reasonable pricing and value

What initially caught my attention with Lennar is the extra details they put into the design of the home. I also enjoyed working with the staff who were very helpful and quick to respond. What I did not like is the quality of the builders work. After closing I walked into a home with dirty windows and dirty floors and paint splatters in multiple places. The outlets on some of our walls were spaced out at different heights. Also, the paint touch-ups were very visible and thankfully Lennar was quick to fix that. Another aspect I did not like is the quality of the grass they planted. Everyone in our neighborhood has a bunch of weeds growing but the grass they planted is still brown in most places and only starting to become green in some places. They planted better grass near the mail box, a common space area, which was green from the beginning. ... More

The whole process was so easy with Lennar, everyone was so easy to communicate with and help me through the steps very smoothly! I was a bit concerned with the speed of the build but my home is beautiful! I feel like the painters could have done a better job and took more pride in their workmanship and just a few minor changes I would have made with some of the accessories in the house but overall I am very satusfied!

It was my first time ever home . I like it so much , the quality of the building is excellent!

Once moved in noticed a few things that needed to be touched up reached out and still haven’t heard back. Blessed to have a new home for my family and I but would love a call back to get things touched up that was promised if we needed anything.

I have the found process of the closing, knowing who to contact for the HOA, obtaining the trash cans, getting the keys, etc., to be very difficult I am still trying to find out how to pay for my HOA fees. In addition, I was very disappointed to learn that each resident has to water their own lawns. I paid nearly $2,000 toward the HOA initial fee and no sprinklers are provided. This mean hoses are out front all the time, and each person's law will look different, I would have been willing to have paid extra for a sprinkler system.

Every homebuyer on my street had negligence plumbing sewage leaks/water leaks and ect. Homes were rushed put together missing stuff overlooked stuff and customer service did not know what to do had to fight for weeks to get stuff solved. They lied to every homebuyer said we are the only one with the issue

The sales staff was always helpful and informative. The mortgage team was efficient and easy to deal with

My experience has been horrible The team especially Beth my warranty lady, lacks urgency and seems to be a bit overwhelmed with her workload. I constantly have had to follow up with your office to try get things fixed in my house. I have An ongoing request that has been going on for a month. I have even reached out to your division president and I have not gotten a response. I reached out to Mark over 1 week ago with no return phone call. This company does not find customer service important. I will not purchase a lennar home again neither will I recommend anyone to purchase a home from Lennar. You guys don’t care. ... More

This was a new experience for our family in two ways, moving out of state and moving into a townhome. Our agent, Gina did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process. She went the extra mile and would take pictures of different phases during the building process and send to us. She was always willing to help!. We love the feature of the service request being online and the virtual piece of what needs to be done. The reps were very professional and quick at assessing any issue we may have had. This saves everyone time before someone comes out to fix anything. We have been very happy with all of the contractors too. Once we moved in Matt has also did a great job following up! As soon as a contractor would leave, he would call to make sure the item was taken care of. Dustin, who is Matt’s coworker has stopped by to check in periodically. We highly recommend you to check out Lennar if you are looking for a new home. If we decided to move again, we would definitely look at Lennar again and request Gina as our agent! The actual home buying was super easy and pleasant! The home itself is cheaply built and the neighborhood is definitely not as described.

This is my 3rd new construction home with a big builder and there are so many issues. Way too many appointments to count to have things corrected from things that should have been ready to go to major issues like leaks. Subcontractors are horrible and do not care about quality. Employees will say anything. Mortgage experience was not good. I didn’t find out until an hour before my closing appointment that I was set to close, so I had to rush to the bank to wire funds and then rush to get to attorneys office in time. Horrible experience and I do not feel confident in my home quality.

I would love to give a stellar review and I will say the majority of people I worked with from Lennar were great. From Lennar Mortgage to the walk throughs and everything in between, people were knowledgeable, helpful, and got back to me in a timely manner. Because I believe it’s important to give credit where credit is due, Scott with Lennar Mortgage was truly a pleasure to work with, Beth did my first walk though and was a lovely person, and Dustin did my final walk through and he was awesome! The exception to this was the selling agent on behalf of Lennar. She gave bad information several times throughout the process and made it so much more stressful/frustrating than it needed to be. It was evident she needs more training and coaching to do her job more effectively so future home buyers will have a more enjoyable and positive experience. ... More

Meets time schedules and professional reply to questions.

This builder is the first builder I have built with that does not have a one year warranty punchlist, fix items, including cosmetic flaws in sheetrock and dry wall nail pops. I have found many flaws since moving in tgat I will now have to spend money on out of pocket to correct. This is totally unexceptable. I came from a builder in Tennessee that hung beautiful doors with beautiful woodwork and a wonderful one year walk through punch list check off. Ryan homes, Parkside Builders, SK builders, D R. HORTON builders all do this. My handrails never got a top coat of polyurethane in my home. Title work in showers was perfect, flooring was good. Walls and trim really poor work. I had to paint the entire home inside before moving in. Doors wouldn't close had to have them removed and plained. Crackbin guest room header upon moving in and an electrical circuit box was in the guest room wall. Why not put that on the other side of the wall in the guest room closet? I could go on and on. My daughter and son in law chose this home for me as an investment property, The preliminary and final walk throughs were done via video meeting and conducted by a very professional man who anticipated and satisfied all my questions. Very please with the new property.

The positive was the on-site construction manager (Will) who was communicative and responsive. The Lennar mortgage process (Robert) was straightforward and managed the process well. Be aware that the advertised “Everything’s Included” is not accurate. Not included: basic blinds, refrigerator, washer/dryer, unfinished garage, mirror in powder room, and no irrigation system or plan for the lawn. Our community also has an unfinished wall that is grotesque and an eyesore evident to the entire town. Internet cables located in the walls are a bust and shoddily placed. Ours didn’t work and a cable now dangles on the outside of the house and runs up to the attic. So far, the warranty representative (John) has been attentive, but the cable wiring outcome remains. Some features of the home are designed well: iron ballisters on staircase and nice vinyl plank floors; and some are poor such as the double door in the master bathroom which will need a general contractor to reconstruct. The sales department is uncommunicative and unable to answer basic questions about the home. Our sales representative lacked any knowledge of the physical features and could not tell us anything about the community or the home. I cannot say enough about my experience with Will - he took the time to send me an email every week - including pictures - with updates of the status of my townhouse. Also, LeeAnn worked with my realtor and I to make sure that my concerns and move-in went smoothly.

I am very happy with my new very well done and smart home!

Salesman David not as responsive as I would have expected. Good: quick transaction (I paid cash). Aaron and Patrick the builder reps we're excellent: responsive, professional, helpful.

OK buying experience, but have had issues since day 1. Beginning to regret buying here.

The home is well built and exactly as advertised so I am most pleased with my new home.

The people who work for Lennar were great. All were very helpful and very responsive. I’m not sure the corporation was as great. Not long after we signed our contract the price for identical unsold homes was reduced. We came to an agreement and they supplemented our purchase with other perks. However, shortly after that the price was reduced again. In the end we paid $13,000 more for our home at closing than the price the same homes were being sold for on that date. Hard not to feel like we were taken.

Entire process was smooth and easy. I love my home and very happy with My choice!

Everyone was super helpful. A great buying experience.
