Would never recommend buying with Lennar

Our experience with Lennar has been terrible. There was very poor communication throughout the entire building process. When issues would come up, blame would be cast on other members within Lennar with no sense of accountability. The work within the house was lazy. Our walkthrough with the warranty manager was the worst customer service we have ever had to deal with. We received many excuses that any issues were not real problems. We were told "well this is not a million dollar house." We continue to have to fight with Lennar for standing water and drainage issues in our yard that is being ...

The walk through was rescheduled several times with the promised that once the final walk through took place everything would be perfect. That was the biggest lie, when we finally did the walk through the house was very dirty. The floors were scratched window broken. The dry wall had nails showing they try covering everything by either putting silicone or spackle. The doors still don’t work and still getting the run around as to who’s going to fix them.
