Paid a high price and received poor quality work

The walk through was rescheduled several times with the promised that once the final walk through took place everything would be perfect. That was the biggest lie, when we finally did the walk through the house was very dirty. The floors were scratched window broken. The dry wall had nails showing they try covering everything by either putting silicone or spackle. The doors still don’t work and still getting the run around as to who’s going to fix them. The day we were schedule to closed we were told by the Lennar financing that the home was appraised $20 K from what we pay for. We really ...
