First time buyer with Lennar properties. From start to finish was about a month and probably the easiest transaction Ive done in real estate. The home was exactly what we wanted, in our price point, and the financing through Lennar was a wonderful surprise at the rate we got. Jessica was our property manager, and she was absolutely phenomenal in answering any questions we had and making sure we were happy with our home and when an issue came to be She was very responsive and helped solve within a day.

Worst loan process

I have gone through many mortgage loan processes over the years and this was the absolute worst. In fact, a day before the closing date, we were still being asked for documentation. Having put 49% down and the loan amount under $200, and excellent credit, you would have thought we were doing 0 down and asking for $500K +. We came very close to walking away from this purchase. Absolute worst experience!!

Everyone I dealt with associated to this company worked especially well with me. They were more than happy to answer any and all questions I had and there were many. I definitely have to say that they were extremely helpful and not far from reach. They were patient and made it very stress-free. Buying a home could be very overwhelming butI trusted them every step of the way and for me that's very rare. I give everyone10 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.👍

Everything fell into perfect place when we decided to purchase our home at *****. Our home is well-built and our neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The pool and the short distance to the beach, and other attractions and restaurants is phenomenal!

We had issues getting our financing through due to appraisal issues. We were told by Lennar that they would waive daily delay fees, so with that I decided to continue to proceed with the purchase. One day before closing I was presented with a 3k late charge. Horrible!

My experience with Lennar was costly, chaotic, and disrespectful. What should have been an exciting home-buying experience became unnecessarily stressful due to poor communication, changing expectations, and problems surrounding the closing process. Although I ultimately closed on my home, the experience leading up to it left me deeply disappointed in how the process was handled

Too many issues with my new home It has been a horrible experience for me so far. It's getting better I pray!! After months of fixing and still fixing all the problems. My brand new home is not fixed and replaced with new things the way it should be.Sad

When fixing issues on a home you should send in licensed professionals and not young individuals to patch and repair a brand new home. Because the issues just continue afterwards. This has been my experience for months now in my new home.

When we initially looked at the neighborhood, we were given the incorrect square footage. Our Lennar representative was provided inaccurate information throughout our home buying process. The construction manager ***** was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met.

When we were reaching an agreement on the purchase price of home Earl shook my husband's hand and said deal on a price as well as giving us some money towards closing cost for a fridge that was stated it would be provided but then told no then Earl went to back of his office and came back out to change the price he shook my husband's hand on. We then had to make phone calls to get our folder that was suppose to be provided to us at closing but wasn't. We loved the home; however, it sure is not ***** and even the company who came to hang our blinds even stated that the house was not ***** on ...

I was never told that my townhome didn't come with a refrigerator. You would think for over $200 thousand one would be supp*****d. I was told that what you see in the model is what you get. Well there was a side by side fridge in the model. Perhaps you should remove it or make sure buyers are aware that they have to purchase their own. The ad on realtor is false advertising because it says comes with stainless steel appliances. Some people say that buyers are not happy with the refrigerator supp*****d so they stopped putting them in. I say that you should have 3 or 4 refrigerators to pick ...

The first day (all of my pictures are date/time stamped): 1. the front door weather stripping seal at the bottom of the door was 80% off 2. the back door paint was bubbling and peeling, and though I pointed it out to Mike (the builder), he said "that wasn't there before, what bumped it." I said "the landscapers turned on the water too soon after it was painted" (as you don't get 100+ bubbles and peeling from bumping it). 3. the construction crew leveled the bottom piece of siding by the front door with a carpenters pencil 4. ***** came by, again about a month ago, took pictures of the ...

Beautiful dream home but be careful

Our home is our dream home. It was almost too good to be true. We haven’t had any issues with the workmanship of the house. However. Closing was extremely stressful. From our paperwork being incorrect to extremely big difference of our down payment. Like 5k difference. Make sure you are checking each line item to make sure they are in the right spots. We had a few line items on the builders side which ended up screwing us over in the end.

Would like to start with the good, Dylan, Kimberly, and Tina made the home buying process easy. Jason who oversaw the construction of the home was great as well and made sure we got our keys on the date we were promised. Now once construction is done Lennar doesnt seem as responsive. I have had concrete pieces sitting in my yard killing the grass for over a week from street repairs. I was told by Lennar it is the cities responsibility whom I called and they said they have done final inspection so they aren't responsible. So no one seems to want to clean up the mess a Lennar contractor made? ...

Moving from out of state, we looked at Lennar homes., while visiting family in South Carolina. We went back home to Florida and received a call about a great deal. Our mistake was we didn’t realize going from one development to another also meant lower quality construction, amenities and finishes. The salesman stated the home price dropped, but to make up for it Lennar gave us unfinished garage, no garage door opener, and lower grade materials then what they had in the other areas and was shown on the app they asked us to download. Various items on the app were incorrect and not available ...
