Not happy with issues at property. Will not buy another Lennar home.

Damon and Steve were amazing!

Our experience with the Lennar team has been very good from the beginning. House was reasonably priced, done on time and has the expected minor issues so far. Steve the site manager was excellent in response to our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. Ronnie and his warranty folks have been great reacting and scheduling any issues we have had. The entire home buying experience has been smooth going from start to finish.

If I had to do it over again I would not buy a lennar home. After moving in There were many things the Builder overlooked. For instance, The builder over looked many times. After closing now going on are Third month still waiting on windows to be replaced above the garage. That the builder knew was wrong. Just one of the things that were not right.

We have purchased several homes in the past, and this by far has been our worst experience. First, we had many difficulties with the builders in order to get the issues fixed correctly in the home before the signing date. The representative who was assigned to us and who suppose to be handling these issues, made us feel like we were in the wrong for bringing them to his attention, and he tried to pursued us that these issues were not valid. We had to go over his head a couple of times in order to resolve them. Very disappointed in the customer service. As far as the actual closing, we had to do a lot of the leg work ourselves in order to get the closing completed. We literally had to go to Lennar's attorney's office twice because they were not returning our calls, which was within just a few days of closing. If we did not made these trips ourselves, our closing would have fallen to the next business week, which would have cost us a substantial amount of money and caused several other issues. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary. We will never buy from Lennar again, and urge people to do their homework before choosing a builder. Lennar does not respond to issues with my home, the common areas, and HOA is out of control and non-responsive.

There were a few items that did not appear to be installed correctly when we moved into our home. However, Lennar customer service is probably the best we experienced. Their reps are very polite, responsive and professional taking care of any little detail that comes up.

In the last 2 years, I've purchased 2 new homes, one in Moncks Corner that I purchased and then sold and had some real bad experiences with the builder, so I've been very aware of things in the purchase of the Lennar Townhouse and have been extremely pleased from the purchase date with David Nuckles to the Construction Manager, Kim, as both of them have been extremely helpful in our process. They have answered each question and assisted with multiple tasks, they are both true assets to your company.

The loan process is Terrible.

Bryan was excellent working on loan app and paperwork. Kim was very helpful keeping us posted on building progress and also questions about the tienhome

Start to finish the process was very easy and professional. House is built very well

Was in a hurry to close due to wife having hip replacement surgery . So did not do a thorough inspection did not use a real estate agent two mistakes I will not repeat . Overall quality seems good just poor trim and finishing work .

We preferred a Lennar home, but did not have a very good experience.

Holly was very helpful in facilitating our buying experience. She was always prompt and pleasant in answering our calls. The home loan experience would be better with one data form for a married couple instead of duplicating the process (really got complicated). Billy was exceptional in facilitating our warranty issues. We are now enjoying our wonderful home! Great location!

We are very grateful to have a safe house. Kim was meticulous in ensuring the safety of the structure of the house. In having the home painted in a Benjamin Moore Aura Satin, we discovered sheetrock significant flaws. Given today's difficulty in obtaining plumb and flush walls in construction, we would have appreciated the option or suggestion to obtain textured painting such as Orange Peel.

Overall the house is very well built. Do not have many options during the build such as electric range vs gas stove but the appliances and fixtures are very good. Very few issues with the house after completion. Customer support teams are excellent. I would buy Lennar again.

A lot of back and forth with the clubs and attorneys. I don't think that there's a good job at all communicating.

From beginning to the final walk thur, everyone was very helpful. Aaron and Reese were on top of any issues we had. Dannett was extremely pleasant and a joy to work with. All in all, a good experience. BTW. We love our Osprey.

This was such an easy process. Of course I was prepared for almost any problem that could come up in the mortgage process. As far as the building process goes, it was smooth and my Lennar homebuying rep was in constant communication and responded quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend Lennar to my friends and family.

Buying the home was easy , I DID NOT expect to have SO MANY issues with a NEW home.

I FEEL THE WORKMENSHIP WAS POOR , APPLIANCES BUILDER MODELS NO WARRANTY , AND THIS SMART HOUSE IS TERRIABLE ,I SERIOUSLY WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHSED THE HOME IF I HAD NONE IT,

I love my new home. The sales agent was very responsive to calls and helpful when an issue came up. However the building site managers during our build were not responsive,did not stay in contact as promised,did not address issues that were brought up and promised to be fixed.This was an issue since we were buying from out of state.Finally LeRoy Pratt stepped in and immediately addressed all of our concerns. Thank God. Now we close. 1st week in our house the air conditioner breaks, the 1 st week the toilet doesn’t work, few weeks later the sprinklers are leaking all over. Most issues were fixed within a reasonable amount of time. The ac the entire blower had to be replaced and this took a long time. So these are the reasons for my 3 star review. There was misinformation given to me,house and property.

Every new home will have its problems, and Lennar is no different. But there is a difference in how homebuilders respond to these problems. Lennar has an excellent stag ready to address any issues the customer has. They are quick to respond to questions and repair any problems encountered.

Workmanship is lacking and not much info about smart devices
