Brio, the home final walk-through, I made them aware of some issues of the flooring of the house and some other details. The day came of the final war. True they weren’t take care of the person in charge told me they were gonna take care of the same day came back after closing they were not taken care of it, plus I believe it was my underwriter. Wait until the last minute to actually start working on my lawn we were supposed to sign on in the morning didn’t sign into 809 at night time then the title company was sending my personal information.

The terrible experience

Get your money and drop you as fast as they can. Been asking for items to be fixed for over 6 weeks without any progress. Started fixing items myself. Reported a water leak over 4 weeks ago and still waiting for anything to be done. Have no idea what damage that is causing. Still waiting on painting to be done and the gutters leak water everywhere but where they are meant to put it. Very sad buying experience!

I would not recommend lennar to any home buyer. From the mortgage process to the poor workmanship I have experienced on my home and ability to take accountability, I would definitely hot recommend any of these homes to a new home buyer.

They Call It A Brand New Home.

The model home we looked at was absolutely stunning. We were told that we would get the same quality as the model home. That was COMPLETELY 100% not the case. We purchased a brand new home that looked like it was a 20 year old remodel that someone let there brand new employee with no experience do. I will say Kyle the construction manager tried but there was little he was "allowed" to do to correct the issues. The overall experience was terrible I had to wait 19 months since I started my first payment and when we closed there was lost of items incomplete, not a good way to do business, we work hard to earn our dollars and we were treated poorly, craftsmanship bad, not a quality control system, lots of imperfections across the all house.

Lennar cheated me out of $10,000

Purchased home for $281,000 supposedly on a deal. 6 days after we closed Lennar drops prices on identical house to $271,000. This is stealing from a customer. Spoke to Greg the salesman and he said there is nothing he can do. I felt like i was dealing with a car salesman. Will never purchase from Lennar again and ive told all friends, family, neighbors, and anyone i come across to never ever purchase from Lennar.

Worst new home purchase.

This is the fifth house my wife and I have purchased, third new build. By far, worst quality build. We have been in the home for almost two months and original punch list items still haven’t been corrected. There have been multiple laborers come through to correct the same issues repeatedly. No pride in their work. To date, still not fixed. From start to finish, this has been a horrible experience. I wholeheartedly regret making this purchase. Would not recommend Lennar to friends or family.

It took till the week before closing before we had our final approval, which was ridiculous, considering we had all the information they needed every time they asked for it. The house itself was a beautiful home but the materials used were the cheapest they could use. And the quality of the workmanship was horrible!!! My home still has walls that are not straight the siding has lumps in it,etc. Talking with my new neighbors there homes have the issues! I am very disappointed with all processes that I have been engaged in. I secured a mortgage with Lennar only to have this company break every law and promise to my wife and I. The home is not worth what I paid for it, only the location is. It's a shame the quality of work, cheap appliances and material were used to build this type of home. I have a list of repairs from the first 2 months I have owned the home. Baseboards poping off in several locations, scratched glass doors, and toilet seats, warped doors, etc... I have reached out to the area manager to address a few issues and have not had a resolution within the last 4 weeks.

Lennar - The quality of the build is not what we expected.

The quality of the build is not what we expected. A private inspector found 37 issues, some major. I will provide his report if requested. Mike B. and Tyler B. have been great in trying to help us take care of the issues, but the nobody returns phone calls letting us know when repairs will be made.

My experience with Lennar has been more like a nightmare. But ask anyone in our new development, and they will say the same thing. First, they have no regard for your closing date. They pushed us out 4 months resulting in a lease back then short-term costing us an additional $10,000 with storage fees. The quality of the work is as bad as it gets. Every trade is subbed out and no one cares as long as they meet their quota: Doors don't shut, windows don't close, siding is falling, trim molding does not line up, caulk everywhere, crappy paint, cheapest carpets, flooring and appliances they can ...

The sales team to start is beyond wonderful until you sign that contract, then you become a number. You better shut up and not make them work either, otherwise they will demean and demoralize you in hope that they can tear up the contract and sell it at a higher price. The workmanship is a joke. Issues with home, lennar rep skipped final walk through

The house was not nearly ready for closing. The windows won’t shut, smoke detectors and lights hanging from the wall, concrete cracked, and I was threatened if I didn’t close by end of November, they would keep my deposit. They skipped the final walk through and were still laying carpet while I was at closing. I would not have closed, if I was not being threatened, they would keep my security deposit.
