I love my new home. The sales agent was very responsive to calls and helpful when an issue came up. However the building site managers during our build were not responsive,did not stay in contact as promised,did not address issues that were brought up and promised to be fixed.This was an issue since we were buying from out of state.Finally LeRoy Pratt stepped in and immediately addressed all of our concerns. Thank God. Now we close. 1st week in our house the air conditioner breaks, the 1 st week the toilet doesn’t work, few weeks later the sprinklers are leaking all over. Most issues were fixed within a reasonable amount of time. The ac the entire blower had to be replaced and this took a long time. So these are the reasons for my 3 star review. There was misinformation given to me,house and property.

The people at Lennar Sales are very friendly and helpful. The Construction Manager has been very responsive to our requests.

Hi - I recently purchased an Augusta townhouse in Preserve at Pine Lakes. There have been disappointments, I must admit. Currently experiencing lots of ants and some roaches. Does not appear Lennar treats the earth for insects prior to building, and apparently ground joints not sealed well. Finish and trim poorly done: floor molding in places thrown on hurriedly, cut incorrectly and installed without correction. Out of the way spots with rough edges (eg, door casings bottoms) and no caulk at all (eg, upstairs bathroom, casing at bottom of banister). Workers apparently being pushed for productivity and leaving homeowners with the resulting problems to clean up. Back door fits poorly, able to see light all around when closed. Dead bolt drilled and re-drllled because worker had trouble lining up bolt and face plate, thus leaving the door itself in a weakened state. None of hard surfaces sealed: granite counters, bathroom grout and tiles, vinyl flooring. HVAC seems not to hold to setting entered on control very well: on a heat setting of 74 at night with cold exterior temp thermometer on control box reads 77 degrees. Outlets poorly placed: eg, in master bedroom: not positioned either side of area where bed headboard goes to allow side table light easy plugin. And no inverted plug to allow side table lights to be put on when entering room. Back patio slab not cleaned well and has small deep holes uncorrected by concrete workers. My overall impression is that Lennar puts decent materials into their homes but pushes for productivity at the expense of a quality finished product. Though productivity is important, I put to you that quality is an even higher one. My car has gotten stuck in the garage more times then I can say and no one to help, you have to make virtual help. They hope you won’t Finish work leaves way toon much to be desired . Too many wrong things to go into. Including bottom end product used inside. The one good thing I can say is the head GC was nice. I would never buy another lennar or probably any new build.

There is an obvious conflict between the sales/finance team and the construction team. Sales/finance wanted to move ou closing date two weeks earlier to achieve some goal. The construction team was not ready. Many poor quality issues were left incomplete at closing. It took many week to correct most of them and one is still outstanding six weeks after closing.

House is well-built structurally, but the finish (paint, drywall, etc.) is definitely sub-par. Sales personnel were great, as was the on-site construction manager, but it is evident that many of the actual workers were not very skilled and constantly pressed for production vs. quality.

Slow down at walk through and make sure paint and dry wall is finished properly.

The Home is nice with nice appliances, and appears quality hvac and such. Poor finishing on drywall, painting and appears rushed. Lennar was pushing by trying to get me to use their financing and rushed my closing because I did not go with them. Aka rushed finishing. Cabinet doors fell off upon moving in. Garage door still squeaks, dishwasher wasn't installed correctly and plumber left caulk in the drain. Poor response on fixing issues. Have furnace had a loose hose and had to come fix. Sloppy work.

Read and understand everything line of the contract.Use your attorneys for closing do follow up.

Too many things are breaking at this time

Quality of build is not high end quickly built. The overall responsiveness to issues with the house was good to repair things.

House is ok ,terrible job by clean up crew. the amount of dust from sheet rock work and painting was a lot . Filters for A/C in ceiling were clogged ( Still have one if you want to see it) was able to get my appliances registered for warranty ,but when asked who to contact nobody returned that text. Very nice neighborhood and nice area but disappointed in the house.

Financing was a nightmare

Trying to get the punch list items addressed was a constant battle to get people to even show up. Many, many, many times I was told that someone would be there on a certain day and nobody would;d show up. Many of my interior doors are still sticking when trying to open and close them. At this point I've given up trying to contact the only person I was ever given for these issues as it became too much trying to get him to show up. The top coat of pavement was put down almost 3 weeks ago, they had to pave around a car that was left on the street (707 Harrison Mill St.), partially due to NOBODY telling the residents when they were going to pave. The paving company has been back in the neighborhood 3 different days and the gap in pavement still hasn't been filled in, even though the foreman of the paving crew told me it would be done by today. No it appears the paving crew is done and won't be back here until the townhouses are complete months in the future. ... More

We had some issues with our carpet being too short in a couple rooms and on the stairs. After a couple weeks (missed appointments) a crew showed up to take care of the situation. We were told two rooms would be replaced. They repaired one room, and replaced the other. The carpet varied from original and we were told it was the way it was manufactured. We also were told a cleaning company would come in after to clean the house to like new appearance. After another missed appointment, we are still waiting for that cleaning. It's been 6 weeks now.

Most of this rating is related to with after the blue tape walk through, Cody and Brian were very responsive but very little was corrected by the fixing team, especially final cleaning. We had to send a detailed list to Cody of issues after we had closed. Including not being able to lock the front door. Hopefully this rating will cause some one to contact us in order to lay everything out. We are still waiting confirmation, since 22 Decembers closing, that all had been corrected. Since we are still overseas, Our realtor has graciously been our agent there working with your team.

Our experience with the Lennar representative as wonderful. If it were not for Laura , I believe , the builder would not release the home. We were committed to buy and the PRICE WENT UP THOUSANDS! This is downright criminal. The construction manager Reese was also a pleasure to work with concerning repair issues. The problem is the craftsmanship of these workers who are hired to build and repair and address all kinds of issues. I have one serious remaining issue with drainage that I have contacted to address the problem. My wife and I are basically happy with the home and area. There is a lot to say and would be better served in a fluid conversation. ... More

Lennar does not respond to issues with my home, the common areas, and HOA is out of control and non-responsive.

I FEEL THE WORKMENSHIP WAS POOR , APPLIANCES BUILDER MODELS NO WARRANTY , AND THIS SMART HOUSE IS TERRIABLE ,I SERIOUSLY WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHSED THE HOME IF I HAD NONE IT,

We are previous Lennar home buyers, and that is the reason we came back to Lennar. We were disappointed with the quality of this Lennar home. There were quite a few areas of poor workmanship and this was disappointing. We have had a difficult time getting a warranty items completed, I feel that the price of the home was high for the quality and the interior features and the quality of the workmanship.

The home is OK but you can tell that they use base home building items with NO extras. Lennar would not allow any modifications and the quality of the home is average to below average

I love our house but follow up has been negative. Once we signed, our rep vanished.

It is the worst I had experienced. They mis-represent items. They are not very responsive, When I have an issue, they won't get back to me until I kept calling or I will need the RE agent to contact them before they will get back to me. The closing process was terrible. The workmanship and the material are horrible. I will never ever buy a house from them again.

I would say we didnt have the best experience. The day of closing not everything was completed. Keith our builder told us to contact him if we have any issues instead of going through Lennar costumer service. We would reach out to him and get no response. I have also heard he has been let go of the company. We are still dealing with issues on our home that have not been resolved.
