Gutters! Hvac that works ?? Cabinets cheaply made ! Paint ? More like water color ! Cracking concrete ! Poor garage door openers ! Gas lines ! You want to bbq you have to change your gas lines ! The saddles to each doorway coming up ! Kitchen cabinets not lined up to par ! No you don’t get a move in ready home cause your to busy adding and fixing what they gave you ! Oh we forget to tell you you must sell your other home first !! Huh I had $$$ for this but on paper after paper after paper to prove I could buy this one ! Never again ! No communication once you sign the contract ! Oops we made ...

Demand to have access to every phase of construction. If you are an absentee buyer, hire a home inspector to oversee the project.
