The entire team super nice throughout the entire process. The only negative thing for us that we found living here is how close the houses are to each other and very poor noise insulation within the walls. It’s a little disturbing when you can hear your neighbors outside while you are inside and all the windows are shut. Outside walls could use more insulation.

Great location in Myrtle Beach

Wonderful house at a good price, and love the Lennar employees. Responsiveness is excellent. Really would prefer if our neighborhood had sidewalks and more landscaping, as well as fences to separate the houses. However, we can't beat the price for location and the home. Also the laminate floor used for our bathrooms is just awful and doesn't match. I would request a change if at all possible before purchasing!

I've had three minor issues with my home. In each case reporting was easy and Lennar representatives responded quickly and followed up on satisfaction with resolution. I appreciate this level of responsiveness.

The layout of the home allows for interpretation of almost any design style you choose. The exterior lends itself to your specific tastes. You can do a lot or a little however, you NEVER have to cut or water the lawn......

Don't expect the quality of the work better than the norm.

Good value for price. Builder website helps organize any punch list items and follows up with construction mgr.

Poor tile work. Cheap paint and carpet. Fit and finish work awful. The smart home features are nice, however I've been informed that they are not included anymore.

I love my house and the development, but the issues I have submitted to Lennar, which includes water coming in under my garage door, loose front door lock system and cracked board where my 2 car garage door is attached have not been addressed and I contacted Lennar customer service over a month ago. With a few days, a representative came out and took pictures of the areas of concern and now will not respond to emails, etc. and nothing has been corrected. Other issues right after my house purchase have given me a big lack of trust in Lennar.

I needed a few extra wingnuts to put on the plywood on the windows and they were personality delivered to me.

Lennar has always there for us for any issue with the house.

Car does not fit in garage. Having to replace the 2 garage doors with 1 large one at my expense ($5000) . Satisfied with all else.

Location was awesome. It was a lot cheaper than a custom home. It was painful to be ripped off and know only recourse was to walk away from a nice house. Fixtures standard low budget builder grade items. Workmanship adequate to substandard. No choices or deviations from master plan. Understand have bought a “house in a box”, meaning the absentee builder or franchise operator purchased plans and hired local labor to execute. Local labor seemed to be inexperienced subcontractor or day laborers, or sketchy bottom feeder companies. Little attention to detail or focus on quality. Keith has been quite helpful. I am somewhat disappointed the landscape quality and the terrible soil we have to work with. The clay is terrible around the house to work with and create a landscape to be proud of!
