We home searched several used homes in the area, but just couldn’t find the right home that didn’t need a lot of updates. Then our realtor took us to Brunswick Plantation. We worked with Ethan who showed us the model home then to the available homes of our interest to purchase. Ethan was great calling/ texting and answering all of our questions. He was friendly, readily available, knowledgeable about the homes and it was a NO pressure sales experience. My only issue was as soon as we purchased, Ethan didn’t respond to any text messages or phone calls with questions asked. Not even please refer your questions to…. He just disappeared after we signed the contract. We had our pre settlement home inspection with James. He was the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! If you don’t mind spending 2.5-3.5 hours- which I greatly appreciated- we went room to room, examined everything. He showed us how every appliance, the tankless water heater, irrigation system, HVAC and how EVERYTHING worked! He made sure every minor issue was fixed prior to settlement . I took pages of notes that were SO helpful as we are in our new home! I can’t say enough about James and hope you get him as your construction manager for home inspection. We are not new home buyers, but ALL of his information given was SO useful and appreciated ! We fell in love with our new home as soon as we saw the model home!!! We love all of the LVP floors ( and color of the floor) , the white granite countertops, the white cabinets, stainless appliances, chrome fixtures, All of the closet spaces with SO much storage available, the 2 car garage, the smart thermostat, the beautiful bathrooms and love the brightness of our home with the number of windows. They even used Sherman Williams paint and it is not a pure white but a grayish white. I don’t feel like I have to come in and paint any time soon. We are SO happy with our home! We purchased the bonus room and even though we will use it only for our guests, it adds 3 very large closets, other storage areas, a nice size bedroom, full bathroom, and family room/ game room area! Well, well worth the money!!!!! I just have a few suggestions: Include toilet paper holders Put LVP in the master suite Add more pot lights in the family room ceiling Put the HVAC system on the side of the house rather than behind the kitchen window. Even though you can’t customize anything, everything is perfect. Made for no decisions except which house to purchase. As we have been in our home, we found a few minor issues that customer care is sending workers out to repair within a few days- a very easy process!!! We highly recommend Lennar homes, and our Hamptons development. There are so many activities that are available to you with golf, the pools and the classes in the activity center. The homes in our development are pure junk. The developer used the cheapest materials possible everywhere. Many neighbors already had issues with pipes, smoke detectors, heater, roofs, cracked foundations etc. I just found out we have a heat pump instead of a gas heater. We have paint spots everywhere. Our floor has a piece home out in the 2nd day. They incorrectly marked our property lines by more than 3 feet along the entire back and didn’t put grass there. Our front property marker is actually under the sidewalk.

My husband and I traveled South in Oct. 2025 to look at new home developments here in Conway.. We fell in love with the area, and with Kingston Oaks..We are semi retired, and we wanted a home with low maintenance, and with a nice open floor plan.. Our sales agent Scott was great to work with and he accommodated us with all of our needs. We love our home and look forward to spending time here with friends and family.

Quality of build is not high end quickly built. The overall responsiveness to issues with the house was good to repair things.

Only been in Brunswick County, NC for a few months. I can not give opinions on build yet when it comes to materials/craftsmanship as I just moved in 3 mos ago. If it stays like this, I'll be very happy. Any small issues we've had, Lennar handled promptly and to our satisfaction. So far very happy. I do believe the price was a bit high but, we wanted the location

I liked having the app to see the progress of my new home being built.

Be proactive during the walk through and final steps prior to closing. Issues during the final walk through were resolved but not without additional personal intervention. HOA is EXTREMELY slow to respond to requests.

We truly like our new home. However, the process of getting there was a little rough. The loan process - really bumpy, then they sold our loan. The responsiveness to issues with the house, and there were several, has been slow to resolve and have had to keep after them to get some of the items fixed.

Average experience, nothing to brag about. Construction manager is very helpful and responsive.

From the Sales Agent, the walk through Representative and Customer Service Team, my experience was and has been wonderful. The people with Lennar made my buying a house a very smooth process. House is very nice. So far we are very happy in this neighborhood.

Closing on the house was confusing, we were given no updates until about a week before the closing when WE finally contacted Lennar and asked what was going on. The program the closing office was using to electronically sign didn't work, and they had to switch to a different program which stressed me out on a very busy day for me at work. The office we went to to pick up the keys was disorganized and very crowded with many people all trying to close. We were also disappointed that Lennar has cut out some basic components to the house, garage door opener, towel bars and toilet paper holders etc, making us have to track down and install them ourselves. Lennar's slogan used to be "everything's included", I guess not anymore. Also one month after purchasing the home, the hot water heater died. Warranty service sent a plumber out the same day, who said there was a loose wire, but he didn't say where the wire was. The manufacturer of the heater? At the circuit breaker? Either way it is working now. ... More

When you are looking at a home, they’ll tell you that $500 is needed as a down payment. But what they don’t tell you is hidden in their contract they have 90 days to refund the money. So to our surprise, after many unanswered, phone calls, and unanswered emails. We were given phone numbers that were disconnected and then finally they were sending the check to the wrong address. It was an address that we haven’t lived in in over two years, but I never gave them that so if you value your money, I would recommend going somewhere else to save the headache, frustration, and overall stres.

Layne did a great job w sales . I also had clients who purchased and the overall experience was very good. Layne and his sales manager went out of their way to close properties. And your site superintendent Carl was excellent as well. The law firm though very busy with closings really got it together and I was able to get multiple properties closed in a short time . The incentives offered were great. Love the property and community.

My home was damaged before I even moved inn. It was evident that a truck with trailer backed across my driveway and lawn and into the side of my new home. It was likely a subcontractor because work was proceeding on other homes. The police investigated to no avail. I had to make an insurance claim due to the amount of the damage. None of your workers or subcontractors came forward to report the incident. I question your judgement in hiring such dishonest workers or subcontractors. They ruined my experience, and I will not forget it

Ronnie was the first person we met 10 years ago,and we found her again! We’ve been visiting for 40 years and almost gave up.In June of this year we decided to give it 1more shot.We found our dream home at Arcadia! Reese was a great go between as our home buying was happening (he helped secure our freezer as it was delivered to the sample). We are so happy to be here .

As a first time home buyer, the Lennar team made everything easy throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions either before I asked or immediately after I asked.

I bought my house from a floor plan site unseen. Closing was seamless and I was extremely impressed with the walk throughs and me finally getting my keys and everything about the home. I would recommend lennar to anyone that is in search of a new home.

For the most part buying my townhouse was great. It happened much quicker than I was expecting but the price was right and I loved the community. However the deal almost fell through because their coordinator Maggie didn't communicate with anyone and yet everything hindged on her communication. I was left scrambling to make the deal work, but it got done and Earl made sure that it did. He really helped me by stepping in and helping to move things along. Now I are in the place and very happy.
