We love our home. Lennar’s attention to detail and the great quality they put in our home make this a lovely place for us. We love the layout. Bedrooms are separated well. The bathrooms and kitchens are top notch. Lots of well thought of cabinet space and a generous pantry. Room sizes and closet space is such a great asset. The outside is so pretty. Beautiful landscape and a nice size lot. We have had our share of builders and Lennar is number one to us. Thank you Lennar.

I've had three minor issues with my home. In each case reporting was easy and Lennar representatives responded quickly and followed up on satisfaction with resolution. I appreciate this level of responsiveness.

Great experience from start to finish. We first started looking for our new home while on vacation 6 months ago and ironically stayed less than a mile from our new home . We actually drove through the neighborhood and said we can’t afford a home here . Fast forward 4 months and we had found our dream home that fell through and our realtor suggested we try Hidden Pines so we came to take a look, as she said there was a home in our budget. When we arrived that home had gone under contract with the previous couple. Damon said he had another house we might like although it was outside our budget, we decided to look anyway. We absolutely loved the home just not the price , Damon told our realtor he would do what he could. The next day we received a call from our realtor that Lennar accepted our offer as long as we could close quickly and used their bank. We went with Lennar Mortgage and they were just as incredible as the rest of the Lennar people we met. We closed our loan in 20 days and moved in. Easy to work with, seamless process- great price, rate, and homeowners insurance quote. My house was already built, and I couldn't choose any upgrades; however, I can make those upgrades myself due to the price I paid. Great bang for your buck in South Carolina

Everything went exactly as planned with our closing and move. Our new home is exactly what it was suppose to be. No major issues. any small issues was dealt with quickly and to our full satisfaction.

Our new home is great. Everything was gone over with the builder. Only thing to tell others is to paint, for we had finger prints made by installers. Did receive touch up paint but it was a slightly different color.

The purchasing process was very easy and went smoothly. All questions were answered and issues were addressed quickly. The home is well constructed. We have a few minor things that need to be addressed which is common with any new builds. The only major issue we have had is our side yard is erroding. We have a slope and wet lands beside us. The water from our gutters washed away the soil and the sand underneath. We now have huge craters in our lawn! We have addressed it through the portal and have had conversations with Lennar as to how to correct the situation. We have put extenders on our drain pipes. They will address it within 30 days. In the last 2 years, I've purchased 2 new homes, one in Moncks Corner that I purchased and then sold and had some real bad experiences with the builder, so I've been very aware of things in the purchase of the Lennar Townhouse and have been extremely pleased from the purchase date with David Nuckles to the Construction Manager, Kim, as both of them have been extremely helpful in our process. They have answered each question and assisted with multiple tasks, they are both true assets to your company.

We are very grateful to have a safe house. Kim was meticulous in ensuring the safety of the structure of the house. In having the home painted in a Benjamin Moore Aura Satin, we discovered sheetrock significant flaws. Given today's difficulty in obtaining plumb and flush walls in construction, we would have appreciated the option or suggestion to obtain textured painting such as Orange Peel.

Lennar made the buying experience very easy, we are happy with our new townhouse. The Lennar team was very quick at resolving any issues we had.
