Closing on the house was confusing, we were given no updates until about a week before the closing when WE finally contacted Lennar and asked what was going on. The program the closing office was using to electronically sign didn't work, and they had to switch to a different program which stressed me out on a very busy day for me at work. The office we went to to pick up the keys was disorganized and very crowded with many people all trying to close. We were also disappointed that Lennar has cut out some basic components to the house, garage door opener, towel bars and toilet paper holders etc, making us have to track down and install them ourselves. Lennar's slogan used to be "everything's included", I guess not anymore. Also one month after purchasing the home, the hot water heater died. Warranty service sent a plumber out the same day, who said there was a loose wire, but he didn't say where the wire was. The manufacturer of the heater? At the circuit breaker? When you are looking at a home, they’ll tell you that $500 is needed as a down payment. But what they don’t tell you is hidden in their contract they have 90 days to refund the money. So to our surprise, after many unanswered, phone calls, and unanswered emails. We were given phone numbers that were disconnected and then finally they were sending the check to the wrong address. It was an address that we haven’t lived in in over two years, but I never gave them that so if you value your money, I would recommend going somewhere else to save the headache, frustration, and overall stres.

Layne did a great job w sales . I also had clients who purchased and the overall experience was very good. Layne and his sales manager went out of their way to close properties. And your site superintendent Carl was excellent as well. The law firm though very busy with closings really got it together and I was able to get multiple properties closed in a short time . The incentives offered were great. Love the property and community.

My home was damaged before I even moved inn. It was evident that a truck with trailer backed across my driveway and lawn and into the side of my new home. It was likely a subcontractor because work was proceeding on other homes. The police investigated to no avail. I had to make an insurance claim due to the amount of the damage. None of your workers or subcontractors came forward to report the incident. I question your judgement in hiring such dishonest workers or subcontractors. They ruined my experience, and I will not forget it

Ronnie was the first person we met 10 years ago,and we found her again! We’ve been visiting for 40 years and almost gave up.In June of this year we decided to give it 1more shot.We found our dream home at Arcadia! Reese was a great go between as our home buying was happening (he helped secure our freezer as it was delivered to the sample). We are so happy to be here .

As a first time home buyer, the Lennar team made everything easy throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions either before I asked or immediately after I asked.

I bought my house from a floor plan site unseen. Closing was seamless and I was extremely impressed with the walk throughs and me finally getting my keys and everything about the home. I would recommend lennar to anyone that is in search of a new home.

For the most part buying my townhouse was great. It happened much quicker than I was expecting but the price was right and I loved the community. However the deal almost fell through because their coordinator Maggie didn't communicate with anyone and yet everything hindged on her communication. I was left scrambling to make the deal work, but it got done and Earl made sure that it did. He really helped me by stepping in and helping to move things along. Now I are in the place and very happy.

Lennar has been great to purchase our home with from the very beginning with Chris John who was absolutely the best in helping navigate the mortgage process and Josh Karcher who helped handle any small hiccups with surface related issues to everyone inbetween who expedited and responded internally Billy Degan Billy Cole and many others who were extremely supportive kind and responsive

Lennar delivered our home as per date promised, was a simple buying experience, there were a few fixes that were required and through the Lennar maintenance app every thing was addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Staff at the site were very helpful

Ask questions, ask for blinds, refreg, washer and dryer.

From start to finish, everyone was great. The mortgage professionals walked us thru everything. The construction manager listened to us and responded immediately. Their lawyers took the time and explained everything to us in clear language. We love our new house.

We like the three bedroom, three full bathroom model. The central air conditioning system works great. The building manager Wayne is very helpful, responsible and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions quickly. He also helped us to resolve issues. In general, we are very happy with the purchasing.

Everything was as they said it would be. Any things brought to their attention were immediately taken care of. All the little things on the punch list were taken care of

Nice beautiful peaceful lovely home

Coordinating the settlement and the inspection was not a very good experience. We showed up at the scheduled time no one was available. The coordinator couldn’t be located. Someone else filled in to take us through the inspection. Settlement papers had to be redone twice due to poor communication between the coordinator and legal council.

Pleasure experience, clear procedure to purchase home .

Our experience had a few hiccups in the beginning with the date of the closing, fortunately Darrell did everthing possible to get the date moved up and we were able to close earlier.

Overall, we were happy with the sales staff and construction superintendant Reese, they were very professional and respionsive. After a month in the home, everything appears to be good, with the build. I will say that the paiting job is sloppy, especially on the trim - there are runs in the trim paint, sloppy at the floor level with white paint drips and specs a lot. I wish we would have taken more time at our walk through's, but it is hard to see all this in a short period of time. I think they builda lot of homes very quickly and the fit and finish suffers. These whole process was professional and fast. Closed in 4 weeks.

Lennar was great from the sales person to finance to construction manager. The sales team came back with a great price and we sealed the deal. Finance was responsive and on point. Chris and Holly, I can't say enought. The construction manager was great he was always available after the sale. I would highly recommend Lennar.
