Barry kept in contact with me from the point of contract and throughout the entire construction process of my home. He was very attentive to every question I asked and answered in a professional manner. Barry walked me through every step during my first and second walk-through Before closing on my home. In the last 2 years, I've purchased 2 new homes, one in Moncks Corner that I purchased and then sold and had some real bad experiences with the builder, so I've been very aware of things in the purchase of the Lennar Townhouse and have been extremely pleased from the purchase date with David Nuckles to the Construction Manager, Kim, as both of them have been extremely helpful in our process. They have answered each question and assisted with multiple tasks, they are both true assets to your company.

We are very grateful to have a safe house. Kim was meticulous in ensuring the safety of the structure of the house. In having the home painted in a Benjamin Moore Aura Satin, we discovered sheetrock significant flaws. Given today's difficulty in obtaining plumb and flush walls in construction, we would have appreciated the option or suggestion to obtain textured painting such as Orange Peel.

Lennar made the buying experience very easy, we are happy with our new townhouse. The Lennar team was very quick at resolving any issues we had.

Had a great move. They answered all my questions and helped me have a smooth move.

They have a very good reputation, There features and designs are very nice, This neighborhood is very well designed.

The salesmen are very friendly, helpful and always ready to listen to you. The home is beautiful and the price is amazing for the market we are in.

The layout of the home allows for interpretation of almost any design style you choose. The exterior lends itself to your specific tastes. You can do a lot or a little however, you NEVER have to cut or water the lawn......

Car does not fit in garage. Having to replace the 2 garage doors with 1 large one at my expense ($5000) . Satisfied with all else.

We had a very good experience with the purchase of our home! I did feel that the company cut corners on a few details! Bathroom accessories weren’t included, no window frames, all lighting is high hats, no fixtures, flooring, lack of carpeting, no outlets operate with switches to name a few!

Still have a question about flooring in our house, looks like LVP(planks) not planks, but linoleum. But all builders team are very good people, five star service, answering all questions, very helpful. Thank you to all of you.

I had a great experience all around from viewing the first time to the purchasing of the home. Had two issues since I moved in and both have been taken care of within a day or so of calling Lennar Customer Service.

I worked with Alex and Miguel during the purchase and couldn't ask for better construction managers to go through the process. Both were personally worked on the items needed attention in order to be completed. During the process it was apparent that the subcontractors were not the best they could have hired. It was also evident that the construction managers did not have much authority, if any, over the sub contractors, hence the problem needed repairs or correction were undertaken by the managers. I found it odd that Lennar would not have given the managers more power over the subs for better performance, which would have avoided all the issues came out. ... More

This was such an easy process. Of course I was prepared for almost any problem that could come up in the mortgage process. As far as the building process goes, it was smooth and my Lennar homebuying rep was in constant communication and responded quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend Lennar to my friends and family.

House is great floor plan and price was good for what we got. Follow up of service is a little slow because of the rush to build new homes. Hopefully when building is done they will be back to finish up the little details that need attention.

From the sales to the Project Manager all Lennar employee's were a pleasure to deal with.

General overall you can get good home sites and open areas around the home so you can get peace full mind thanks
