Pleasure experience, clear procedure to purchase home .

Our experience had a few hiccups in the beginning with the date of the closing, fortunately Darrell did everthing possible to get the date moved up and we were able to close earlier.

Overall, we were happy with the sales staff and construction superintendant Reese, they were very professional and respionsive. After a month in the home, everything appears to be good, with the build. I will say that the paiting job is sloppy, especially on the trim - there are runs in the trim paint, sloppy at the floor level with white paint drips and specs a lot. I wish we would have taken more time at our walk through's, but it is hard to see all this in a short period of time. I think they builda lot of homes very quickly and the fit and finish suffers. These whole process was professional and fast. Closed in 4 weeks.

Lennar was great from the sales person to finance to construction manager. The sales team came back with a great price and we sealed the deal. Finance was responsive and on point. Chris and Holly, I can't say enought. The construction manager was great he was always available after the sale. I would highly recommend Lennar.

The sales team, builders, trades workers all worked diligently to make sure our home was ready for closing and after. Many went above and beyond to please us. The paint job was only satisfactory. The rest of the work was very good. Thank you for making this a smooth transition into our new home.

Your Problems encountered after moving into a new Lennar home when bringing it to the attention of the Warranty dept. that says they Guarantee your new home for 1 Full Year are Ignored & they could care less if you are Not Happy with your new home & having Basic home comforts, such as a Front door with 2 door locks, a Wall switch that should be on the wall on the right side when entering a Bathroom when the door opens to the left to turn on the ceiling light.A Shower door that is properly installed, so water does not spray past the Gaps in the door, because there are NO Door Seal Strips to block the 1/2 gaps at the Top & Bottom of the Door. ... Sales person at the show home helped make the moving / home-buying experience easier than I thought.

Builder went cheap on everything. Definitely would not recommend. Wouldn’t recommend Lennar mortgage either.

Quite place, a lot of light in the house, great layout, nice patio, and great, knowledgeable staff

Lennar was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions I have. The whole buying experience was made easy. Our home is built well and everything works fine. The appliances are standard, but you can upgrade. The HOA is expensive, but includes WiFi. We would buy from them again if we needed to.

House is ok ,terrible job by clean up crew. the amount of dust from sheet rock work and painting was a lot . Filters for A/C in ceiling were clogged ( Still have one if you want to see it) was able to get my appliances registered for warranty ,but when asked who to contact nobody returned that text. Very nice neighborhood and nice area but disappointed in the house.

A lot of work, a lot of documents. Got to keep up with the agents. The faster you get the requests done the faster you move on to the next step. Then put your trust in the agents as you do not have time to review the contracts.

The whole process was quick and easy

We were already renting in the community so we knew what style house we wanted and were pretty particular on color and location. Our sales director was amazing, he kept us posted on everything and helped to get our house color changed even after they originally said no. Dealing with the mortgage coordinator then was a challenge. She would request information and if you asked a follow up-it would be days before a response. Then she should send you and email telling you you were late returning the information. My co owner travels for work, we were assured closing would be early June so he worked his schedule around. Surprise Lennar wanted to unload our house early and tried to give us a mid May close. When I tried to change it, I spent 7 weeks trying to get an answer-in which no one including customer care did. Finally our sales rep stepped in to resolve though totally not his responsibility. Many details in the house were incorrect-I walked it daily. I had to often tell the construction manager what needed to be corrected. It took them 4 times to get our closet acceptable. We were told the lawn would be graded and trash, rocks removed. We spent tons of time doing this ourselves and as we were laying mulch still found beer cans, nails and other debris. I brought up many items on our walk through-all of which were brushed off. Example I brought up the gaps in the garage door-was told it was for hurricane braces though those are on the door not on the floor. I now have frogs in the garage and they have had to send multiple people out to fix. Our outlets are all uneven-again without redoing-no way to fix. The counters are not sealed so all wet spots stain. Overall, outside of our sales rep, I am pretty disappointed in the experience. ... More

We were looking for a one floor home with a front porch that had a big kitchen and a big back overhang with a patio. This house came with a lot of storage for our necessities. It's a great neighborhood that is close to beach access.

First I was told bu 2 people home would be cleaned when I got here, it was not cleaned and we had to get here at 6 AM to clean before movers came at 8. Then the hot water shutoff broke off, looked like had been broke and glued back together was told plumber called twice no one ever showed up for several weeks, HVAC was out for a week motor broke in attic. HVAC people put a window unit in, can't imagine my electric bill is going to be. Threhold for front door had shims, wood cracked was pointed out during inspection never fixed when asked was told it was done and it was not. I closed from another state 5/22, told everyone I couldn't be here until 6/7. Got here all the lights on and AC set at 72. Again going to be on my electric bill. The only person that really helped me was the local sales guy Darrell, He told me how to use the app to report things, went out of his way to find out things for me and I think he is fairly new. After using the app to report issues things started getting done after several weeks, almost a month of trying.I would hope Lennar if anything during my bad experience would contribute to electric bill since AC went out, windown unit running non stop tripping circuits and leaving lights and AC running for 17 days prior to me getting here. My overall experience is not good, was hounded to take mortgage, sell me home owners insurance relentlessly was even sent 74 page mortgage papers to my home. It went to the burn pile. Sent email to stop harrassing me, was told it was system generated isssue. Funny how you get hounded to take mortgage, insurance and when you need something nothing happens for weeks. Very disappointed in my whole experience, work all your life to retire and own a new home then have to deal wih all these issues. Darrell local sales guy ought to be commended at least he tried to help everytime we asked him for anything. If could do it all again would not purchase from Lennar. ... More

The Muirwood Model is ridiculous. The pantry is to big which caused the island to be to far from stove-especially when taking full pots of boiling water off the stove-the primary bathroom has doors banging into doors along with the shower door encroaching into the water closet door way, the stove is horrible. You have 3 very heavy grates and a griddle which have to be removed to clean the stove properly. The quality of the fit and finishes are pathetic and cheap. Typical of Lennar. House was way overpriced.

I love my new home!

Process was smooth from start to finish. Overall a good process. All the Lennar reps were pleasant and very responsive. Our agent Laura was fantastic.

All Lennar staff we interacted with were helpful and professional.

Made my first home buying experience horrible. Took over 3 months from approving me to closing with little to no communication on their end. Stay away !!!!!!

Jeniffer in our office was excellent. Peter in mortgage was fabulous. Jonathan in construction was informative.

Relatively easy process to purchase townhome. Nice layout and floor plan.
