Wonderful house at a good price, and love the Lennar employees. Responsiveness is excellent. Really would prefer if our neighborhood had sidewalks and more landscaping, as well as fences to separate the houses. However, we can't beat the price for location and the home. Also the laminate floor used for our bathrooms is just awful and doesn't match. I would request a change if at all possible before purchasing!

Fast and easy

Explored the model home and purchased the same around 1.5 years later. Worked with John, who is helpful and professional and he sells without any pressure. It’s a spec home so what you see is what you get - no customizations. This actually made the process easier. Dan has been a great help and so has James in handling any issues found during and after move-in. The warranty service has also been easy to schedule with an easy to use app and they are very responsive. My only complaint is the quality of the kitchens: contractor grade appliances and not having soft close cabinets and drawers in 2024 is a real let down. ... More

I’m thrilled so far and I am very happy with my house and the upgrades that it came with. The warranty department has been very responsive to any issues and everything I missed during the walk through has been or will be corrected. Love the community and the close proximity to Sunset Beach and the Calabash waterfront area.

Bryan was excellent working on loan app and paperwork. Kim was very helpful keeping us posted on building progress and also questions about the tienhome

Every new home will have its problems, and Lennar is no different. But there is a difference in how homebuilders respond to these problems. Lennar has an excellent stag ready to address any issues the customer has. They are quick to respond to questions and repair any problems encountered.

Lennar is a large company and grew to that size by being forward-looking and developing systems and processes to accomplish home-building and selling to satisfy the majority of their customers. Besides meeting local codes and working within a difficult economy and supply chain, they manage to accomplish this while keeping their prices in line and delivering a home in a reasonable timeframe. Having said all that, I am 95% satisfied with my new home. The floor plan I chose is time-tested and made with decent quality materials and components for the most part. Minor items like the dishwasher, carpeting and paint can be upgraded by the homeowner later to their own tastes as I did. The major components (HVAC, electrical, framing, roof) are all excellent. And I have no worries as a buyer because of their 1-2-10 warranty. Lennar has an excellent system and staff to address minor warranty issues for new homeowners and they do follow-up and make sure things are right. As with all large companies, the quality of their product depends on individuals. Very easy to deal with. Ronnie was our sales rep and she was awesome.

Overall, we love our new home. Since moving in, we have noticed that some things were not what you would expect on a new house costing $360,000, such as caulking on the baseboards and not being able to use regular toilet paper because they installed the paper holders incorrectly.

We had a great experience either the entire team at Lennar. The price of the home was a little steep, and the quality of the material was not that great. Otherwise everything else was ok.

In this crazy market Lennar made my experience very positive, easy and timely. From Ronnie to Louie, they were right on time with their target dates. The loan process and move in we’re flawless; very happy and excited with my purchase. I thank you all!

Initial purchase with sales was great. They are fantastic people. Felt the mortgage department of Lennar to be friendly but a little pushy as we did not mortgage with Lennar and got several calls asking why and encouraging us to give them our business. Walk throughs were great and very informative as our questions were answered and issues resolved. It was only after closing, which was a bit strange that we felt a little forgotten.

Good house for the money

We were well informed every steps of the way. The best surprise we got was that there were surprise.

I needed a few extra wingnuts to put on the plywood on the windows and they were personality delivered to me.

Noah was great to work with and Carl was always there to answer our questions and to help resolve them

I still had items that were not taken care of

only issue we have is our front door. There were many attempts made to repair. They said they will need to replace the entire door and frame. trying to schedule when we go down, but it is difficult.

I had a great experience with Lennar. The house was ready when they said it would be.

Will holdup on this for awhile . We were told it will take 2-3 days to fix and then I will write my review . Lennar has a very good reputation and that is the reason we brought in a Lennar community .

My fiancé and I wanted to find the perfect community for our five daughters to grow up in. The woman that referred us online to this community was extremely kind and helpful. She was very professional. We then had an amazing experience with the gentleman in charge of showing us home selections. We chose a beautiful five bedroom home and we are extremely happy. There were a few small issues however those issues were resolved immediately with no hesitation. Thank you very much Lennar employees for making this a great experience for my family.
