Relatively easy process to purchase townhome. Nice layout and floor plan.

We are very satisfied with our new home and the process of buying it from Lennar. We were very informed, supported, and the process was very professional. Nothing but good things to say about Lennar!

We had a very good experience with the purchase of our home! I did feel that the company cut corners on a few details! Bathroom accessories weren’t included, no window frames, all lighting is high hats, no fixtures, flooring, lack of carpeting, no outlets operate with switches to name a few!

Thank you Lennar Tupelo park sale office, great people, big help. And lennar Mortgage team as well. You are the best, very knowledgeable, helpful, patient. It was pleasure to work with you. Still have a question about flooring in our house, looks like LVP(planks) not planks, but linoleum. But all builders team are very good people, five star service, answering all questions, very helpful. Thank you to all of you.

I had a great experience all around from viewing the first time to the purchasing of the home. Had two issues since I moved in and both have been taken care of within a day or so of calling Lennar Customer Service.

Just recently purchased a Lennar townhome in Myrtle Beach,SC. Everyone from Jen the sales agent to Michael who did our final walkthrough was superb and very customer-focused. I really could not be happier with the service i received. Sorry, for the less than perfect score for quality, ask me again in a year!

Great experience from start to finish. We first started looking for our new home while on vacation 6 months ago and ironically stayed less than a mile from our new home . We actually drove through the neighborhood and said we can’t afford a home here . Fast forward 4 months and we had found our dream home that fell through and our realtor suggested we try Hidden Pines so we came to take a look, as she said there was a home in our budget. When we arrived that home had gone under contract with the previous couple. Damon said he had another house we might like although it was outside our budget, we decided to look anyway. We absolutely loved the home just not the price , Damon told our realtor he would do what he could. The next day we received a call from our realtor that Lennar accepted our offer as long as we could close quickly and used their bank. We went with Lennar Mortgage and they were just as incredible as the rest of the Lennar people we met. We closed our loan in 20 days and moved in. I worked with Alex and Miguel during the purchase and couldn't ask for better construction managers to go through the process. Both were personally worked on the items needed attention in order to be completed. During the process it was apparent that the subcontractors were not the best they could have hired. It was also evident that the construction managers did not have much authority, if any, over the sub contractors, hence the problem needed repairs or correction were undertaken by the managers. I found it odd that Lennar would not have given the managers more power over the subs for better performance, which would have avoided all the issues came out. ... More

Easy to work with, seamless process- great price, rate, and homeowners insurance quote. My house was already built, and I couldn't choose any upgrades; however, I can make those upgrades myself due to the price I paid. Great bang for your buck in South Carolina

Everything went exactly as planned with our closing and move. Our new home is exactly what it was suppose to be. No major issues. any small issues was dealt with quickly and to our full satisfaction.

Explored the model home and purchased the same around 1.5 years later. Worked with John, who is helpful and professional and he sells without any pressure. It’s a spec home so what you see is what you get - no customizations. This actually made the process easier. Dan has been a great help and so has James in handling any issues found during and after move-in. The warranty service has also been easy to schedule with an easy to use app and they are very responsive. My only complaint is the quality of the kitchens: contractor grade appliances and not having soft close cabinets and drawers in 2024 is a real let down. ... More

I’m thrilled so far and I am very happy with my house and the upgrades that it came with. The warranty department has been very responsive to any issues and everything I missed during the walk through has been or will be corrected. Love the community and the close proximity to Sunset Beach and the Calabash waterfront area.

Our new home is great. Everything was gone over with the builder. Only thing to tell others is to paint, for we had finger prints made by installers. Did receive touch up paint but it was a slightly different color.

The purchasing process was very easy and went smoothly. All questions were answered and issues were addressed quickly. The home is well constructed. We have a few minor things that need to be addressed which is common with any new builds. The only major issue we have had is our side yard is erroding. We have a slope and wet lands beside us. The water from our gutters washed away the soil and the sand underneath. We now have huge craters in our lawn! We have addressed it through the portal and have had conversations with Lennar as to how to correct the situation. We have put extenders on our drain pipes. They will address it within 30 days. The building crew is very responsive. All in all we are very happy and satisfied with our purchase. ... More

Buying our home was fantastic! John at Beach Walk was exceptional. Always reachable and flexible. Our home in Florida sold quickly and the coordination was handled and the timing was perfect! The job supervisor is outstanding also. The home was very clean, windows and all. The only complaints are the quality of the cabinets and light fixtures. Otherwise the craftsmanship is good.

Seth Rogers has been awesome to work with. He was able to change our walk through when we had to go out of town and has since taken care of the few items that came up after closing. He is knowledgeable and friendly - perfect traits for someone in his position.
