I did not like that I was ask for so many papers ( requirements ) to be send to LENNAR mortgage office for my loan approval. In general I did not have a good experience during the process of the loan approval.

Although my experience buying my house was not the best, I must mention that I thank Mathew B for being patient with me due to my lack of experience in the new technology. An example, I was able to scam some documents using my iphone, thanks to Matt.

If I had to do it over again I would not buy a lennar home. After moving in There were many things the Builder overlooked. For instance, The builder over looked many times. After closing now going on are Third month still waiting on windows to be replaced above the garage. That the builder knew was wrong. Just one of the things that were not right.

I love my new home. The sales agent was very responsive to calls and helpful when an issue came up. However the building site managers during our build were not responsive,did not stay in contact as promised,did not address issues that were brought up and promised to be fixed.This was an issue since we were buying from out of state.Finally LeRoy Pratt stepped in and immediately addressed all of our concerns. Thank God. Now we close. 1st week in our house the air conditioner breaks, the 1 st week the toilet doesn’t work, few weeks later the sprinklers are leaking all over. Most issues were ...

Too many things wring

My car has gotten stuck in the garage more times then I can say and no one to help, you have to make virtual help. They hope you won’t Finish work leaves way toon much to be desired . Too many wrong things to go into. Including bottom end product used inside. The one good thing I can say is the head GC was nice. I would never buy another lennar or probably any new build.

House is well-built structurally, but the finish (paint, drywall, etc.) is definitely sub-par. Sales personnel were great, as was the on-site construction manager, but it is evident that many of the actual workers were not very skilled and constantly pressed for production vs. quality.

The Home is nice with nice appliances, and appears quality hvac and such. Poor finishing on drywall, painting and appears rushed. Lennar was pushing by trying to get me to use their financing and rushed my closing because I did not go with them. Aka rushed finishing. Cabinet doors fell off upon moving in. Garage door still squeaks, dishwasher wasn't installed correctly and plumber left caulk in the drain. Poor response on fixing issues. Have furnace had a loose hose and had to come fix. Sloppy work.

Trying to get the punch list items addressed was a constant battle to get people to even show up. Many, many, many times I was told that someone would be there on a certain day and nobody would;d show up. Many of my interior doors are still sticking when trying to open and close them. At this point I've given up trying to contact the only person I was ever given for these issues as it became too much trying to get him to show up. We had some issues with our carpet being too short in a couple rooms and on the stairs. After a couple weeks (missed appointments) a crew showed up to take care of the situation. We were told two rooms would be replaced. They repaired one room, and replaced the other. The carpet varied from original and we were told it was the way it was manufactured. We also were told a cleaning company would come in after to clean the house to like new appearance. After another missed appointment, we are still waiting for that cleaning. It's been 6 weeks now.

We are previous Lennar home buyers, and that is the reason we came back to Lennar. We were disappointed with the quality of this Lennar home. There were quite a few areas of poor workmanship and this was disappointing. We have had a difficult time getting a warranty items completed, I feel that the price of the home was high for the quality and the interior features and the quality of the workmanship.

Workman ship is terrible. Truly a mess, so many things don't fit correctly, a lot of damage to new cabinets put in, putty filling is awful, cement work is terrible, I couldn go on but no point. Taking a long time to see problems resolve, so far one item out of approximately 20.

It seems that these homes are being built too fast and the workmanship is suffering for it. When you report a problem, it seems everyone is too busy building more homes and you have to wait to have your problems taken care of.

I have walls that are not straight and bow out. The finish work with bot the drywall and paint is terrible. You can feel under the carpet how uneven the subfloor is. I was missing the power cable that wires the tankless hot water heater to the house so we had no hot water when we moved in. The HVAC unit was installed incorrectly, had to have the HVAC company back twice to fix. Drywalled over the light switch in the hall.

The fountains in the pond mysteriously "all failed at the same time" 3 months ago. Lennar continues to tell us they are being repaired yet the fountains are still missing. We can not get a clear answer when they will be repaired,or why they sent replacing them. Algae has set in, the wildlife is dying and our aesthetic is missing. Wildly disappointing the lack of accountability and misinformation.

I love my house and the development, but the issues I have submitted to Lennar, which includes water coming in under my garage door, loose front door lock system and cracked board where my 2 car garage door is attached have not been addressed and I contacted Lennar customer service over a month ago. With a few days, a representative came out and took pictures of the areas of concern and now will not respond to emails, etc. and nothing has been corrected. Other issues right after my house purchase have given me a big lack of trust in Lennar.

Most of this rating is related to with after the blue tape walk through, Cody and Brian were very responsive but very little was corrected by the fixing team, especially final cleaning. We had to send a detailed list to Cody of issues after we had closed. Including not being able to lock the front door. Hopefully this rating will cause some one to contact us in order to lay everything out. We are still waiting confirmation, since 22 Decembers closing, that all had been corrected. Since we are still overseas, Our realtor has graciously been our agent there working with your team.
