My sales agent, Holly was wonderful. She gave me pros, cons, suggestions for buying, and showed sincere help thru all the steps of buying. She enabled a good price, great closing help from Lennar, answered all my questions concerning the townhouse, such as location in development, financial questions, HOA concerns, location of mailboxes, pool, etc. , the Lennar people I needed to talk to, closing questions, etc. Her response was excellent and she was very friendly.

Trying to get the punch list items addressed was a constant battle to get people to even show up. Many, many, many times I was told that someone would be there on a certain day and nobody would;d show up. Many of my interior doors are still sticking when trying to open and close them. At this point I've given up trying to contact the only person I was ever given for these issues as it became too much trying to get him to show up. Kim has been very responsive when I have questions. I did feel "pressure" to close ASAP despoite the fact it was a cash sale. I was in Maine at the time and felt I had to buy without the opportunity to see the property in person.

The support services offered by Lennar through myLennar were not available to me and should not have been offered. We do like the unit and have been busy making it our own. However, as we settle in, I find the workmanship less than expected for a $260K home. Materials are not highest quality (patio door is too heavy to open and does not lock), and painting was obviously rushed. Concrete patio is small and interior of garage could easily have been painted before moving in. These simple and relatively inexpensive "touches" would really elevate your finished product.

Everyone was very easy to work with. communication was excellent. Whenever I had a question, it was answered promptly whether it was in sales, mortgage, or construction. The house closed in less than a month. The walk throughs were informative and thorough. The few small issues were seen to immediately. As buying a house went, this was almost effortless.

We had some issues with our carpet being too short in a couple rooms and on the stairs. After a couple weeks (missed appointments) a crew showed up to take care of the situation. We were told two rooms would be replaced. They repaired one room, and replaced the other. The carpet varied from original and we were told it was the way it was manufactured. We also were told a cleaning company would come in after to clean the house to like new appearance. After another missed appointment, we are still waiting for that cleaning. It's been 6 weeks now.

The process went fairly well until closing. Gutters were suppose to be included as an option and we emphatically told the sales person doing the final contract we wanted them. We had even had a specific discussion about that when we were first looking at Lennar homes. We were assured by the sales person we could get them as an option on homes in Brunswick Plantation. He accidentally forgot to mark them off on the final options list. We were buying out of state so could not come down to see it until closing. Good value for the money. Utilities are a little higher here and propane is not something I like as much as natural gas but all the new homes at Saddle Ridge have propane tanks. Builder has been responsive to issues and they have a rep to work with for unresolved problems.

Overall I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. I was very hesitant buying a new construction build as I have read many reviews stating numerous problems. I've only been in my new home for a little over a month, I've had some issues that the builder addressed quickly. Quality of some construction materials are poor, no doubt to keep build costs at a minimum. That being said, the purchase price would have been higher if better materials were used. Despite the stated issues, I'm still satisfied with my purchase.

I did not like that I was ask for so many papers ( requirements ) to be send to LENNAR mortgage office for my loan approval. In general I did not have a good experience during the process of the loan approval.

Most of this rating is related to with after the blue tape walk through, Cody and Brian were very responsive but very little was corrected by the fixing team, especially final cleaning. We had to send a detailed list to Cody of issues after we had closed. Including not being able to lock the front door. Hopefully this rating will cause some one to contact us in order to lay everything out. We are still waiting confirmation, since 22 Decembers closing, that all had been corrected. Since we are still overseas, Our realtor has graciously been our agent there working with your team.

Brio, the home final walk-through, I made them aware of some issues of the flooring of the house and some other details. The day came of the final war. True they weren’t take care of the person in charge told me they were gonna take care of the same day came back after closing they were not taken care of it, plus I believe it was my underwriter. Wait until the last minute to actually start working on my lawn we were supposed to sign on in the morning didn’t sign into 809 at night time then the title company was sending my personal information.

My initial contact was an older lady at the model for Arcadia. She was horrible and would have turned me against Lennar for all time because of her terrible attitude even though I found what I thought was my perfect house.
