The closing team was horrible. I cannot express how stressful they all made this process. We have bought and sold many properties and this by far was one of the worst. The house itself is fine, although other similar builders were better quality and better features for the same price. We needed this location/ area, so this worked for our needs in that regard.

This was the smoothest home buying experience I’ve ever had until the week of. The loan officer began to back pedal on things stated and the Lennar title company representative was completely unprofessional! I didn’t appreciate the bait and switch days before closing….but I love the house so it is what it is. They are extremely responsive with issues that have popped up and questions I have post move in and I love that!! I appreciate their level of customer service.

Lots of miscommunication. Things called out were not taken care of and transparency was not given. Lots of items that should've been fixed originally and promised were never fixed. Instead told that it's not a custom home during my walk through. Disappointed as nothing was delivered. Still doing my claims now and many bad quality installs are not going to be fixed. Emotionally tired.

The people were genuinely friendly and helpful, they helped with every question that came up.were available anytime to help with questions and just the stress that came up during the process. Terrible workmanship, no follow-through (example: I have a work order that's 3+ weeks old), promises not kept, no accountability, excuses for everything. It is VERY clear they know & don't care.

Zach was amazing in helping us get the needed materials and documents! It was painless and easy! This part was wonderful! Don’t really have any complaints about the buying process at all! I think the only thing that could be better is the closets! Our closet racks has come down twice but this was an extremely easy fix and all is well!!

Responses and actions associated with our requests for repairs and fixes to the property were typically slow, Some repairs had to be completed multiple times before they were done to our satisfaction (tile floors). Some contractors had poor workmanship and were very messy. Several repairs should have been caught by the builder and not by our inspector and me and finished before we moved in.

First of all the experience was horrible. We tried three different places never moved in needs a place at the very last minute there was something wrong, which was never explained why they kept my money and now I am going to sue because $2500. they did not return. It was a very horrible experience with Lennar.

Sorry to say that but it’s worst company ever I lived before in house builded 2000 its means before 25 years ago its very perfect compare with this house I buying this house brand new to see everything new and stay long time I want to tell you just first week the painting scratching and the black nails appears and the wall become very bad and the ceiling lake water in the living room and the my son 5 years old fall down the wall broke most painting have scratches and are not smooth

I purchased a new construction home and unfortunately it was not the greatest...or even a good experience. The new homes sales rep did not seem knowledgeable when asked questions and on at least 3 occasions told me things that were not true about finishes and the lot. The structure of the home seems good. However, the finishes were not done thoughtfully or carefully at all. Sloppy paint (on the flooring, cabinetry and spots on carpet), caulking on doors and cabinetry that is very thick and stands out in spots, low quality appliances and finished products. We were told if we didn’t close by May 30th we wouldn’t get the special interest rate, our original closing date was June 17th, we moved it up to help them meet a quarterly quota. Our agent informed me that this was one of the top three worst and most challenging buying/selling experiences he’s encountered in his entire 10-year career in real estate.

Our home buying experience was pretty smooth with the exception of our lennar mortgage experience. Our primary contact was last minute and unresponsive which created some challenges and frustration. We loved our construction manager and team. However, having move directly from brand new construction home, im disappointed in some of the cosmetic issues and lack of attention to detail I’ve experienced since being here. Very cheaply made for what we paid. You can tell they build these homes in 120 days. Appliances are super cheap. Yes it's quartz countertops but very thin. Cabinets hit other cabinets when they're being opened which leads to paint chipping. Gaps in the trim (not flush with the floor). Cheap wire closet "organization". They had to use a zip off form of insulation for the attic as the HVAC was poorly installed - I know this bc my husband has been in the industry for 10+ years. I mean, the list goes on and on. Lennar Mortgage is beyond awful - and that's an understatement. Home buying process ...

We have recently moved into our our new Lennar home and have found issues we could not see during final walk through. Shower door leaks, feel the nail heads sticking up when walking barefoot on the carpets, unfinished flooring at the bottom of stairs, see sunlight coming through gaps in the attic walls, breaker keeps throwing off when several family members use electricity at same time, fire alarms going off randomly and lots of cracks in the front porch concrete that are not guaranteed with home warranty. The homes are beautiful but construction needs major upgrades in building these homes.

Overall, we welcomed the new home with a lot of expectations. Being an older couple we were disappointed that there were no grab bars in the showers. The refrigerator is producing ice/frost in the top drawer of the freezer section. The lighting in the bathrooms is poor for shaving of putting on make-up. The lights are behind you. The bedrooms/offices have one light and no fans.

Not impressed with the finish work, at all. In a $550,000 house, Lenar installs $.89 light switches and outlets, the lowest power garbage disposal on the market...sounds like it's about to come apart...the cheapest garage door openers without WIFI capability so an owner can check to see if doors are closed, no towel racks...apparently because 6 year olds tend to use them as high bars, the cheapest flat paint that is not cleanable, the worst ground prep for landscaping....the sod was placed over rocks and the ground is not close to even or level.
