My experience purchasing a Lennar home in the Sawgrass community was amazing! I love my home and everyone took care of me. The customer service was awesome and the quality of my home is just as good. I would recommend and I would do it again.

Working with Taylor and Jeff T. during the construction process was very smooth. They were quick to answer any questions and help us through the building process. Also Jeff C. with the Customer Care team has been following up on the few items that have come up since moving in. Would highly recommend Lennar!!

When we signed for our house back in December of 2021, there were window shortages, counter top shortages, and other manner of shortages that were prevalent in the industry. Our sales rep, Angela, assured us that Lennar was running on time at that point, and that we were most likely to close on June 22 of 2022. Fast forward to the early spring, we were getting calls from Angela, and the project manager Gary weekly giving us an update. We closed on our house on May 27th, almost an entire month early. We were aware of the entire process the entire time. Any issues that came up in that time, Lennar had fixed almost immediately. It's rare that I see companies in general, let alone home builders be this communicative, responsive to questions and feedback, and get done ahead of schedule. We got in a waiting list for a Cumberland home and were notified in October 2021 that we were next up. From day 1, Angela was awesome to wok with. She communicated the process, provided weekly updates, and responded to emails and text messages. We live out of state and needed to rely on Lennar for updates as it was not possible for us to be on site routinely during the process. For ease, we decided to go with Lennar Mortgage. Shelley was super friendly and helpful as well, even having an initial conversation with me on a Saturday. We did get to visit the property a couple of times with advance notice and were given a tour and had our questions answered. Walkthrough pre closing and final walkthroughs revealed some issues as were to be expected- touch ups needed, etc. We had an issue with the driveway and a sink faucet that were quickly addressed. We cannot say enough good things about Gary! He is knowledgeable, personable, and kind! We had to have the driveway repoured. This meant we couldn’t drive on it but needed a place to put a POD. He promised and delivered on getting the big dumpster in front of the house moved for the POD to be delivered. After closing, we met with Kyle who was in charge of Warranty information. It was a LOT of information but he explained everything thoroughly and answered our questions, providing us with his contact information if we needed him for anything. This was our first experience with Lennar. We have personally had a new construction and complete renovation experiences before. Doing this at a 1000 mile distance was as easy as it could be. We closed on our house March 25, 2022! This was FIVE MONTHS after signing the contract! Lennar should recognize the value that Angela, Shelley, Kyle, and Gary brings! Angela was our first point of contact and make a great first impression. Shelley with Lennar Mortgage made the process as easy as a mortgage approval can be! Kyle knew his stuff! He was patient as we digested the information and asked questions. As for Gary, any company would be better by having him working for them. He is about the best we have seen in this business. ... Everything is good. But I have a small concern at my backyard wherein there is a detention pond which comes under HOA was not maintained properly I think because I can see a lot of debris at it’s banks. I moved here 3 weeks back and did not see any HOA work going on.

Lennar home builders to doubt when compared to other builders using quality building materials and red customer service really reference observe when compared to local Tennessee homebuilders.

You can trust the people you are working with to help you through the process. Taylor makes the offer process easy and kept me up to date on the progress. Ron made the building process simple. Ryan was amazing on the warranty side explaining everything, going above and beyond following up and doing the 30 day walk through.
