Very cheaply made for what we paid. You can tell they build these homes in 120 days. Appliances are super cheap. Yes it's quartz countertops but very thin. Cabinets hit other cabinets when they're being opened which leads to paint chipping. Gaps in the trim (not flush with the floor). Cheap wire closet "organization". They had to use a zip off form of insulation for the attic as the HVAC was poorly installed - I know this bc my husband has been in the industry for 10+ years. I mean, the list goes on and on. Lennar Mortgage is beyond awful - and that's an understatement. Home buying process was an absolute disaster and the worst experience I've had by far in the 4 homes I've now purchased. From start to now - it's safe to say we will not buy another Lennar home. We have recently moved into our our new Lennar home and have found issues we could not see during final walk through. Shower door leaks, feel the nail heads sticking up when walking barefoot on the carpets, unfinished flooring at the bottom of stairs, see sunlight coming through gaps in the attic walls, breaker keeps throwing off when several family members use electricity at same time, fire alarms going off randomly and lots of cracks in the front porch concrete that are not guaranteed with home warranty. The homes are beautiful but construction needs major upgrades in building these homes.

Overall, we welcomed the new home with a lot of expectations. Being an older couple we were disappointed that there were no grab bars in the showers. The refrigerator is producing ice/frost in the top drawer of the freezer section. The lighting in the bathrooms is poor for shaving of putting on make-up. The lights are behind you. The bedrooms/offices have one light and no fans.

Not impressed with the finish work, at all. In a $550,000 house, Lenar installs $.89 light switches and outlets, the lowest power garbage disposal on the market...sounds like it's about to come apart...the cheapest garage door openers without WIFI capability so an owner can check to see if doors are closed, no towel racks...apparently because 6 year olds tend to use them as high bars, the cheapest flat paint that is not cleanable, the worst ground prep for landscaping....the sod was placed over rocks and the ground is not close to even or level. The concrete work is terrible...the contractor dropped concrete on the garage floor and the driveway without as much as an attempt to remove it before it hardened and the back patio is cracking. The trim brick border on the patios looks like the concrete was finished by a 3-year-old using play doh. The vinyl plank floor moves and makes noise under your feet, The slide in stove bottom drawer is unusable as it is so poorly built. The exhaust fan over the stove is, well, cheap.... NO electronic switches, they put a30 inch fan hood with about three inch gaps between the sides and the cabinets. The fan is weak and I know my toast is done with the smoke alarm goes off. Spending $2 more for each light switch and wall plugs, $200 more for a wifi capable garage door opener, $25 dollars for three - four towel racks rather than hooks which don't let towels dry...especially in high humidity areas, may have cost a builder $2,000 (at most), a price I would have gladly paid to have this stuff done right during construction. I almost forgot, the sewer covers in the street are 2-4 inches above the pavement, If a car with a low-profile tire hits one, significant damage may occur. One is placed in front of my house and, especially if there is a vehicle parked on the narrow street, there is almost no way I can avoid the sewer cover....There is no reason that some asphalt could not have been installed to avoid the sharp edge of a steel sewer cover plate.... Someone at Lenar has to re-think what they are putting into their homes... On a positive note, the local staff, sales and escrow, has been great!! ... More

I love my LENNAR home. The people of LENNAR has helped me making the process of owning a LENNAR home so easy.

We loved working with the sales team and financing. The quality of the house is lacking. We already have major issues.

Responses are very fast. Need a better Sheetrock warranty as shifting between winter and summer causes nail pops and cracks.

Sales process and VA application was the easiest I have ever done.

Jeff provided timely and detailed updates whenever there was an issue.

Lennar professionals made our new home purchase a very pleasant experience! We were updated weekly regarding the progress of our new home build. Adam especially was a wonderful help. We now have a finished, beautiful new home that we love. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

Buying a home from Lennar was a great experience. Everyone was so helpful and everything was an incredibly easy process for something that can sometimes be really difficult! My new home is great and everything is just perfect!

My overall experience was 5 stars. Building is an imperfect business and I understand things can go wrong. How the builder responds is how I judge them and Lennar + their entire team was 5 stars anytime things arose that needed attention or improvement. Which, by the way, there were minimal issues. Thanks Lennar Team!

Buying process was easy and things went quickly once i started the process. As i find issues in the home,I send in a work order and it’s taken care of quickly. Everyone has been very accommodating and super pleasant

From the very first contact (via a phone call with Rocky) to the very last contact (via a phone call with Michael and Kacie), I always had an exceptional response and answers to my questions from each and every person! No problem was ever ignored, but answered with respect and kindness! I love my new Lennar home and all of the Lennar team

They didn't do anything on the first walk, everything was the same. I have a house with green chalk marks on all the walls of the details that they didn't correct and they marked all

It was not one banner up, nothing. After seeing the next 3 houses decorated with the same welcome celebration, I asked Noah what happen ? Why I did not get that? It was purely laughed off :(

Sales team was great. Communication of construction updates was great. House product upon completion...horrible. Cheap products used for a higher-end home and bad final product with LOTS to be worked on. Customer service followup, also bad. Like the house but disappointed on the workmanship.

Buying my first house with Lennar my personal experience was very easy and understandable. They have a wonderful team. They all work together great and helped move the process very smooth and quickly. The team in Colombia Tennessee is being great to work with very trust, friendly understandable easy to work with. Before and after the purchase they very easily to schedule appointment to repair things around the house.( Kelvey, Zach, Rebecca, Jessica. ) they treat you like a Lennar family member. I’m very happy with them I will buy an other house with them if I need too.

I would said that overall it was a great experience with the builder. I would recommend it.

The quality of the build is sloppy. Paint just was terrible. So many areas with globs, streaks, wall paint going on trim etc.

Great professional workers prompt and able to fix and lend assistance when needed

Kelvey was amazing to work with. Her made the buying process pleasant. After dealing with her the process went down. Ashlyn seemed like it was a bother to ask her a question. Real frustrating nail pops. Lennar will not cover nail pops due to settlement. The day we moved in we found several nail pops. Noah and his group fixed them but made us feel guilty for asking.
