The Lennar home buying experience was quite pleasant. The on site agent, Angela was GREAT to work with. Gary the builder always made time to answer my questions and never made me feel like I was a bother.

Quality Condo, responsive to follow up after closing on issues. Minor paint issues being addressed, appreciate the fact that staffing and timing of product delays make date compliance was hard to maintain

Being new to TN and recently divorced, this company really took their time and answered all my questions. I was kept up to date with delays and building phases. I also hired a third party inspector and he stated this was a great buy! Thank you!

The sales person for our property was great! She took pictures of our house while it was being built and kept us posted of the progress. Really loved being kept posted along the way

The buying and building experience was great. The only things I would have changed was is having higher quality paint and laying sod in the back yard.

I think Lennar is a good company overall. We are pleased with our home, but I also think it's important to know that Lennar is not building custom, million dollar homes. If you have those expectations, then you need to be prepared to pay more. Overall, for the cost, Lennar offers great options and is great about fixing any issues that come up along the way.

Our new townhome was a great value in a wonderful neighborhood.

They didn't do anything on the first walk, everything was the same. I have a house with green chalk marks on all the walls of the details that they didn't correct and they marked all

We had a great home buying experience - everything went perfectly. The quality of the work is what is really upsetting to us. The trim work and paint are awful. They quality of the paint and the paint job is terrible. They do have someone coming to do “touch ups” but honestly they whole house needs to be redone.

Our home buying experience was pretty smooth with the exception of our lennar mortgage experience. Our primary contact was last minute and unresponsive which created some challenges and frustration. We loved our construction manager and team. However, having move directly from brand new construction home, im disappointed in some of the cosmetic issues and lack of attention to detail I’ve experienced since being here. I’m grateful for the 1 year warranty that covers some of this but the cosmetic stuff is not covered and wasn’t remedied as desired upon the final walk through. Overall, we welcomed the new home with a lot of expectations. Being an older couple we were disappointed that there were no grab bars in the showers. The refrigerator is producing ice/frost in the top drawer of the freezer section. The lighting in the bathrooms is poor for shaving of putting on make-up. The lights are behind you. The bedrooms/offices have one light and no fans.

I would said that overall it was a great experience with the builder. I would recommend it.

We are satisfied with the overall construction of our house. The response to our issues was quick, but it took several weeks to get our issues resolved. There is still an outstanding issue with the trees in our backyard, which we are still working with Lennar.

We had a really good experience working with Lennar.

We were kept informed weekly by sales agent Chandler about out townhouse progress, and he was quick to respond to questions, concerns. Our onsite manager Shay spent time with us as we neared closure and was helpful in making sure our house would meet our satisfaction. Some breakdown did occur toward the end as we never completed a review walk through after we moved in and we never were introduced to a customer care person. An additional note of significance to us occurred after we moved in: Shortly after our move all the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors went off about midnight without any stop. Husband was able to pull out batteries. The next day an electrician to correct the problem. A few weeks later it happened again. I was impressed with the immediate help I received, first from Shelley (the only person I knew to call) who directed me to the right folks. Thanks to customer Care Rep Deb and IES's Sarah who dispatched the electrician (who happened to be the same one who came in Sept) that day. We are happy with our new home! . ... More

overall things went well we are pleased with our experience

We have built custom homes, semi custom and now purchased this package home from Lenar. With all of our experience with private, semi private and now this national large builder. Lenar has had the best and quickest follow through by far. Their communication is excellent, they show up when something is scheduled to be fixed. Since the homes are built so quickly your punch list after move in may be longer however they are very good with following through to correct anything that is not correctly done from the beginning.

This is my first time home owner and I loved the entire process of my home getting build. There were few glitches during the entire cycle. But I guess after sales, maintenance team specifically Kevin is awesome. He takes care and understand the real concern and helps residents get solution easily and effectively. Kevin is the only reason I have gained confidence in Lennar homes because whatever open issue were after move-in, he is helping us knocking off one by one.

Yes I would refer folks to Lennar

So far it was ok. There was some issues but was solved it.

Wished the home was not rushed to complete but all initial concerns have been taken care of.
