Coming from outside tn prices are a little higher here. I expected more quality. Workmanship not very good. One of my walls - actual framing and drywall looked terrible - was fixed to be ok. Electrical some not finished. The finish work not good. Need them to come back for many things which hopefully eventually will get done. I feel no pride taken in making sure things are done and done to completion. Builders have not made sure mail delivery is available - have been here going on 3 months making very inconvenient to get mail in a timely fashion. Told would prob be done in a week or two ...

Lennar was not will to add a 220 drop for my electric car even though the house had not been drywalled. The quality of the workmanship was not good. My garage door was not properly adjusted. I called them, but no response. The paint is contractor grade flat. That is not more than colored water. There are significant gaps at the bottom of door frames. These should have been caulked. One of my blinds is broken. Called, but no response.

We were kept informed weekly by sales agent Chandler about out townhouse progress, and he was quick to respond to questions, concerns. Our onsite manager Shay spent time with us as we neared closure and was helpful in making sure our house would meet our satisfaction. Some breakdown did occur toward the end as we never completed a review walk through after we moved in and we never were introduced to a customer care person. Overall, it was a positive experience leading up to closing; however, closing day was a mess. My loan officer (Dawn) was incredibly communicative and helpful, but I cannot say the same for my loan processor. My loan processor did not communicate clearly with me or the rest of the team, leading us to believe that I would not be closing as scheduled. I was scheduled to close in the afternoon, but I did not close until around 5 PM, disrupting my entire workday. Very poor build quality and they don't care once house is sold

Things starts to break from day 1, quality is very poor. Kitchen cabinets have wholes and they will not take care by saying they can't do any thing. First rain brought water and some of things started to break... Worst quality material, they just want to close faster without even taking care all the things that we mention during walk through. Overall bad experience.

My Lennar loan officer was not trustworthy or responsive. He didn’t respond to several voicemail over a 4 week period and it cost me .25% on my rate. He claimed to not remember how much money I had for a down payment. This was discussed in our initial call & multiple times thereafter. He did a poor job of fully explaining options & even stated that Lennar’s promise to pay closing costs was “just marketing “! Poor communication and workmanship

The workmanship was poor, drywall imperfections everywhere and gaps in trim. Pretty disappointed. I have also had very little communication from the sales and warannty team. I bought a home with David Weekley a year ago so I have a good baseline understanding of the process and Lennar's experience was far inferior to David Weekley's.

GOOD FOR SELLING A HOUSE, ONLY THAT, SINCE THEY DO NOT DELIVERY THE HOUSE 100% READY. ITS QUALITY CONTROL IS BAD AND THE RESPONSE LEVEL IS VERY POOR.

We waited a really long time for construction to start at this new community - 11 months after signing. During that time, we never stopped looking for a home, but nothing came close to the layout of the Mayflower plan. So we waited, and so glad we did. We broke ground on Feb 12 and closed July 13. During the build, we visited the site often to see it progress. There were issues - first we were very surprised with how high the house was going to be due to the slope. Working with Taylor and Jeff T. during the construction process was very smooth. They were quick to answer any questions and help us through the building process. Also Jeff C. with the Customer Care team has been following up on the few items that have come up since moving in. Would highly recommend Lennar!!

We bought a model home 7 years after it was constructed, so we did not work directly with builders. Our construction manager that we worked with was great and help advocate for repairs that the property manager otherwise refused. Overall responsiveness to questions and concerns could use some improvement. You could tell that the company was just ready to offload the property as quickly as they could.

wrong mailbox key handed

Had a bad experience with the recent purchase. I was either given with a wrong mailbox key or the label inside mailbox is swapped. I’m only getting mails of my neighbour. Followed up with postal office and they say they’re delivering mail to correct box. HOA does not help with this and no one from Lennar owns this issue to resolve. The issue is still unresolved

The overall quality for the price paid was very disappointing. The AC unit was not set up correctly and leaked in our ceiling, the trim was not straight on almost all walls, paint was splattered on our new floors and stained. The floors have nail pops and bumps, and the walls have many pops and cracks already. I would not purchase another Lennar home unfortunately. Great customer service but poor quality home.
