Work with Gavin and Rocky was above satisfactory. Was required to sell my house to keep this one off the market, but would not give me a closing date. We were able to move just before being homeless but we got only one day notice. The experience was nerve racking and frustrating. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

So far we are enjoying living in our new home. There have been a couple of minor problems, but we input a work request to resolve the problems, were contacted for a video meeting of the problems and they were taken care of in a couple of days. Neither of the issues reported were super urgent.

Sub standard materials after 1 year I see everything going to hoa. All new town homes and every building siding is falling off. Right not kidding. Road at end of street is caving in. Take a look at sawgrass and see. We’re still waiting for our refrigerator and dishwasher to be repairs for one month now.

overall a nice product but attention to detail of painters and sheet rockers to include cleanliness is lacking. without our construction mgr things would have been extremely frustrating!

Please know when you buy a smart home from them you will be setting up 95% of it without anyone's help from Lennar. They just want you to put down the deposit for your home and once that happens they completely stop trying or caring. I was told by an employee actually that Lennar is cheap. However, I love my house. They did a really good job with it overall, but please don't be fooled by the glamour of your house because nothing is what it seems with them with their rude employees.

Lennars' is working on the model of " quantity before quality ". They lack the small but important detail on their homes. The subcontractors appear to be working on getting the homes built quick and ignoring things that need extra time.

We have built custom homes, semi custom and now purchased this package home from Lenar. With all of our experience with private, semi private and now this national large builder. Lenar has had the best and quickest follow through by far. Their communication is excellent, they show up when something is scheduled to be fixed. Since the homes are built so quickly your punch list after move in may be longer however they are very good with following through to correct anything that is not correctly done from the beginning.

I was hoping for this new home build to be a great experience, but unfortunately every aspect of this process was terrible. From the sales team, to the financing, to the quality of work, to the final inspections my wife and I were extremely dissatisfied. During the financing process Lennars rates were higher than others and they used scare tactics such as “you will not get your keys after closing if you do not use Lennar Lending”. I did not enjoy doing everything online. My phone calls were not always returned in a timely manner. The builders left sticky stuff on the floors, the paint lines aren’t very straight, the quality of the paint is terrible although a beautiful color. The interior doors and cabinets are trash, the finish is peeling off them on the edges. The dampers weren’t put in, so our downstairs stayed cold and upstairs stayed hot until that was repaired. Overall home was completed in time and love it for the most part. Some materials used were very cheap and quality not great . Doors to my office don’t close properly , will end up replacing with nicer ones . Locks to from door didn’t work , nails left in roof , all windowed left unlocked , garage not painted inside fir a house over $630k my inside of garage looks like a toddler built it . Not painted , steps have nails showing , I will need to hire someone to finish . Landscaping not great will hire someone to improve and fix . Paint on inside very cheap .

Bathroom shower tile horribly done. Every door way is not square. Carpet was installed with gaps in the carpet pad. Drywall finish poorly done in various areas. Paint overspray on cabinets. Damaged cabinets installed. Trim work done incorrectly. Exterior was left with siding shims in place. Areas left painted.

This is my first time home owner and I loved the entire process of my home getting build. There were few glitches during the entire cycle. But I guess after sales, maintenance team specifically Kevin is awesome. He takes care and understand the real concern and helps residents get solution easily and effectively. Kevin is the only reason I have gained confidence in Lennar homes because whatever open issue were after move-in, he is helping us knocking off one by one.

I was waiting for this review to come to my email because I have a lot to say about Lennar. First off, during the building process we noticed that there was a "water leak" that was seeping and noticeable in our drywall. Lennar said not to worry and did nothing but touch it up with paint. The craftsmanship around the edges on doors and walls is very poor especially with the fact that it is a BRAND NEW home for the price we are paying. During construction we were told that we were not allowed to come see the progress on our home without a lennar employee, We scheduled a visit 3 times ...

Part of our floor was damaged and needs taken care of.Paint on doors and door frames wrong color-not fixed yet.Some drywall work needs to be done. touch up.Sliding doors need to be replaced.stove needs to be leveled.windows and screens need to be cleaned.Irrigation hasn’t been on in awhile.Might be more so I’ll have to look.Thank you.

No pride in work and craftsmanship

Sales agent provided misleading information. Sales team anf financial team used alot of buyer intimidation tactics. Repairs were not made from final walk through 45 days after being in the home. Home was not cleaned good for final walk through and move in. Craftsmanship of wotk is very sloppy. No pride in work.
