This is the most unprofessional thieving company I have ever done buisness with. I bought a house with lennar and during the process before they get their money they were responsive and helpful, after I closed on the house in just a couple of weeks during warranty they dont pick up calls, they don’t answer texts or Voice mail, they just ignored us completely as we were calling them about issues they made in the house that only showed after a couple of weeks To top it all- we had a leak and it was the builder’s fault and the technician that came in to look at it lied on the report to make it ...

Over it is ok experience to work with Lennar, the final walk through by construction manager and customer care rep, they are not that knowledgeable any question asked it is pretty much "i think so " and "i am not sure " answers.

Never heard back from anyone on a 30 day check up. Some of the paint issues were not taken care of. It seems like they hurry on a lot of things. Cheap work around some of the woodwork. The pool is way to small for this size of a neighborhood.

I had one roof leak and one air conditioner drain leak in my loft area. The leaks have been fixed however I’m still waiting for the drywall and an upholstered chair that was stained to be fixed. It’s been 3 weeks. Also the garbage dumpster is not emptied on a regular basis. The management company states trucks are in the neighborhood blocking the dumpsters. There have been no trucks on the street for the past three weeks. Good: Economic house in growing community. Decent neighbors for the most part. Larger yard than other new home options in the area. Plenty of sq footage for the price (compared to other new home options) Bad: Curved Walls and Ceiling Lines everywhere. Like every room or closet. Kitchen appliances and cabinets feel cheap. The overall experience was pretty good. There was a lack of response and “weekly” updates as it got closer to my house being finished, the expectations set in the beginning were that updates would be more frequent the closer we got to the finish line. The first walk thru was very thorough. Some issues found in the second walk thru(siding falling off my house), fridge not being level, took over a month to get fixed and it took submitting several tickets to the customer service department. We have had issues ever since we closed on the house and it was like pulling teeth getting them fixed. The only person that actually helped us was Derrian and he was/is awesome, as he is still helping fix the last remaining issue. We never received our 30 day TLC that we were told would be happening, we just received an email asking how it went but nobody came for it nor was it scheduled. I understand these are homes going up really fast but I at least would like everything to be working/minimal issues for the price we paid.

Experience Moving to my Lennar Townhouse

Buying my house was easy … so many inconveniences moving in. I wasn’t told about all the construction that was and is still going on. Workers & other vehicles parking on the street inhibits coming and going. Window part had to be replaced and the front door lock does not open using “Level” auto lock. Painting was being done even as I was moving in. I will say, however, Steve and Gavin have been most helpful.

Subcontractors: the attention to detail is lacking. No home will ever be perfect but you can tell when a subcontractor cares about the quality of work they complete. These subcontractors left carpet being lifted up in corners, paint on the baseboards, more paint needed on the walls, and the sod is absolutely ridiculous. There are seperations between sod spots the size of my foot. Lennar- If Lennar truly cares about the communities they are building they will have the common grounds sodded and the subcontractors pick up their messes. When we signed for our house back in December of 2021, there were window shortages, counter top shortages, and other manner of shortages that were prevalent in the industry. Our sales rep, Angela, assured us that Lennar was running on time at that point, and that we were most likely to close on June 22 of 2022. It wasn’t a bad over all experience, until after you close and there still a list of things incomplete, and they don’t want to do the completion of there build. Then it will become a “process”, and beyond that your home will have a broken fridge and a missing glass panel out of your garage and rooms missing door stops in. Not bitter, just do better.

Everything about the exterior is amazing. The inside quality was rushed. The painting, caulking, lighting, and details were all very poorly done. If they did not rush to get it done the house would be perfect. The craftsmanship just went out the door because of the rush for whatever reason.

From sales to building supervisors to warranty people these are great people. They are very concerned that things go right and that we are taken care of. The issue appears to be inexperienced, underqualified workers who are rushing through jobs. The quality of the workmanship and attention to details is poor. Thankfully, the staff is working to see that all issues are addressed to our satisfaction.

Casey, our sales rep was amazing and very attentive. If I was only grading him it would be perfect scores! At our orientation we were told that the person that usually does it wouldn’t be able to make due to COVID exposure. We understood that completely. So Mike (construction supervisor) did his best to fumble through the orientation. He told us that the other gentleman would schedule a follow-up in 30 days. That never happened.
