Great company to do business with.

Sales and local construction manager did a great job. The process of getting warranty claims resolved is terrible unless you’re talking to someone at the corporate office or a regional President. The preferred lender will lie and threaten you in an attempt to gain your business. Overall a pass if it were pass/fail (but not by much).

We had a great home buying experience - everything went perfectly. The quality of the work is what is really upsetting to us. The trim work and paint are awful. They quality of the paint and the paint job is terrible. They do have someone coming to do “touch ups” but honestly they whole house needs to be redone.

Responsive to warranty issues, however, not responsive to living conditions in the neighborhood. Previous construction manager John made sure issues in the neighborhood were addressed immediately. That is no longer the case since he left. Construction trash, early construction noise on the weekend by subcontractors ( before sunrise) is completely unacceptable and construction workers and subs race out the streets at a very high speed.

Overall it was a good experience

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase of a townhome built by Lennar. However, the drywall and paint work done throughout the house is not stellar. It’s clear to see they were both rushed jobs. The paint used is not of high quality and, as a result, makes it very difficult to blend and match up perfectly when trying to fix imperfections. (This was confirmed by another professional painting company.) Several of the switch plates are crooked but my home inspector told me that, unfortunately, is something that could not be fixed without replacing the drywall completely. I was lucky enough to choose my kitchen countertops, cabinet colors, and floors before construction began. I do wish there were more options to customize things like fixtures. There were some speed bumps along the way, such as the keys I received at my closing did not work so I was unable to access my new home until the following Monday as it required a locksmith to come out and replace the deadbolts, etc. I like the design of the home and the neighborhood. The sales person for our property was great! She took pictures of our house while it was being built and kept us posted of the progress. Really loved being kept posted along the way

The workmanship of the contractors is absolutely horrible. It seems like things are just thrown together. We had entire trim areas not painted, holes behind bathroom hardware, nails missing in shower drain and outdoor shutters...etc. This is the second home that we have built, and the final product's quality has been devastating to say the least. It is my hope that future homebuyers experience contractors who want to do their best for every homebuyer and that the building/project manager communicates and evaluates employees in such a way that a culture of excellence is created.

As it was with the first Lennar home, it was great working with our realtor Casey again. He was very tentative and always on top of the process. Truly a great person to do business with. Jeff, our project manager was great at what he did. Always made you feel like your home was the only home he was building. Anything you asked or any issues that arose, he was very quick to get them resolved.

The trades they use do not do quality work. We have found that very cheap materials are used to cut costs and they are very hard to get out and fix any issues. We have dozens of items waiting to be fixed and our Lennar rep is unresponsive. I’m so disappointed in this company, as the houses cost more than they are worth, and as homeowners we should be able to expect quality for $400k. If we could do the homebuying process again we would not use Lennar. Be sure to get your own inspections done, and avoid Lennars mortgage company if you are able. They have a waiting list of people a mile long waiting for houses, so their customer service is shotty because there are plenty of families who would take the house if you choose to not move forward with the purchase. I felt almost bullied into leaving some of the issues. I just want my home to be safe for my kids and issue free, which is why we chose to buy a new build, but Lennars lack of quality has kept me up at night and made me nervous we didn’t make the right choice. Quality built, beautiful home + easy process from start to finish!

Dimitrios Kalkalitis was an outstanding loan officer. Julie our home rep was also stellar. It was a good experience.

Great product delivered on time with quick responsiveness from the agent and the on-site construction Manager.

We purchased our town home site unseen from a different state. Working with Taylor and the Lennar team long distance was a challenge, but they bent over backward to make sure we were taken care of and only had to make one trip to Tennessee. Our tenants love the house and are very happy there.

We were pleased with the process of purchasing our new home in Blackman Station, Lennar homes is quality conscience and did a great job!

Everything y was great and Lennar did what they said they would do!

The buying and building experience was great. The only things I would have changed was is having higher quality paint and laying sod in the back yard.

I would just like to say that I am extremely pleased with my home. I love it!

This is my second Lennar home and its always been great experience overall with Lennar. Their customer service is second to none. highly recommend

Was a good easy experience. We didn’t visit the building site very often as they did what they said. When we did the walk through they were quick to fix the few things that needed fixing. Overall, very pleased

Everything went smooth until after closing. I moved in with broken windows and a promise they would be replaced. 4 months later I’m still waiting for them to be replaced. The lack of communication is ridiculous. I called the “customer service rep” and he didn’t even have the decency to call me back. His response to my phone call was to just copy me on an email to someone else . Didn’t even waste his time sending me an email directly addressing my issues/ questions.

Sales group was good. Construction group was hamstrung by sub-contractors who seemed to care little for the buyer.

Was the first home so basically the trial house. Lots of things missed or just overlooked. No QC was done before final walk through. Currently dealing with mold in attic and high humidity in home. Will update depending on how Lennar handles these.
