smooth not very stressful home buying experience

Been pretty awesome overall, the value is there with Brand new everything awesome. If getting mortgage through Lennar, need to be prepared to turn things around as immediately as possible. That said, I’d recommend family and friends to buy Lennar home if HOA dynamics are something you’re OK with.

We toured a house like ours and liked it. It fits our tastes and budget well. The quality of workmanship and materials is great. We are very proud of this amazing home.
