The cabinets need jewelry! Handles or drawer pulls!

Find my first new home had been an exciting yet daunting experience. I felt reassured throughout the entire experience. Carey and Michael were fantastic as well as Nick and Matt! I know I made the right choice and I’m glad I purchased a Lennar home at Malone.

The water smells heavily of sulfur. This should have been disclosed when we bought the home. We replaced the anode in the water heater with an aluminum one which was a temporary fix. I asked Lennar to replace it with a titanium one because the aluminum anode has already been eroded. I was told it was not their issue to fix since it was water quality. Yet, I believe since they didn’t bother disclosing the high sulfur in the water reacting negatively with the metal in the water heater would be an issue, it is partly their problem. It would be different if we weren’t willing to invest the money in our home to fix the problem which we have. We’ve added a water softener, purifier, and as previously mentioned, replaced the anode in the water heater. I’m simply asking for help replacing one last thing to try to make it work and was told no. Now I’m left crying every time I take a shower wondering why I didn’t do a better job of researching the area before moving. ... More

My home buying process was super fast/easy. What I am finding out now is just lack of communication with everything. I am finding different things out as I go, and that’s the tough part. Had HOA problems, my yard flooded because I wasn’t properly walked through how to use my irrigation system, and the list goes on. I’ve asked my neighbors for lots of help and advice along this journey because it’s all so new to me.

I have lot of issues since I moved in my house. Lennar is not really helping me to take care of them.

I would rate this perfect score but for a few minor things. I should have noticed the small step down from garage into driveway. To me that is a trip hazard and should be smoothed out. In any case, I should have requested it to be smoothed out. so far, some cement breaks here and there are noticeable. Still waiting for settling issues though.

Before signing off on the last walk thru sheet make sure ALL of the issues have been completed, we've had issues that have still not been completed. Make sure your drainage in the backyard is correct, When it rains I get a huge puddle in the middle of my backyard, water comes from underneath both neighbors fences, so I will be replacing my fence in about a year. Thanks. Something as simple as painting the PVC pipe in the front so that it matches the house still had not been done and its been 5 months.

A lot of little details were left undone just to push the sale. Plants were dead not enough mulch irrigation heads messed up water bill has been high because of lack of repair. A/C unit went out in 3 months.

The paint used needs to be change to a better quality one.

I am very pleased with my home buying experience with Lennar. My home is of good quality, and the individuals with whom I dealt at Lennar went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my home purchase. The construction manager was very responsive to any questions that I had, and he was always available to address any concerns.

I am really sorry about how l trusted them and bought our house for this company they don’t have any respect for their customer , build the lowest quality houses and they did not even step forward to taking care of us l am extremely suggested no one trust them

I would like to say thank you to Jose and David for introducing me to my beautiful home and making my home purchasing experience the best! They were both very knowledgeable about the home and addressed all questions I had before, during and after the sale. My home is perfect for me, I love the open plan, my wood floors and awesome. I was truly blessed to find a Beautiful home thy is affordable and spacious enough for my family.

Lennar home buying experience was great. Our salesperson, Chris, Construction manager, Kurt, and title team were both very helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions and concerns timely. Lennar makets their homes as "Everything is included" and this can be a little deceiving. We have a smart home and that is great but I would have much rather had all my rooms wired for cable and internet than having an Alexa or Amazon show in my home. Our home only came with the living room and master bedroom wired so we have had to spend extra money out of pocket to have cable and internet installed in our home. And I will say their warranty department has definitely soured my home buying process. Trying to get a warranty issue handled takes months to get addressed and even then you get a run around of them second guessing whether it is covered under warranty or not. Our yard and our neighbors yards are clearing having flooding issues due to grading in our yard and we are still waiting for a resolution. If you say you are going to respond within a day then respond and don't make me chase you down to get an answer on the status of my warranty claim. ... More

Moved into our brand new house and eventhough all my issues, and there were many, (from sewer back up in plumbing, garage door stuck in open position, HVAC heat/cooling system not producing heat, toilet water leak, and water heater elements needing replacement) within the first three months of moving in. Not a pleasant experience.

The sales team in the office was great. As well as the ease of buying the home. Any issues I had after move in was quickly resolved. There was a problem with the hot water heater that took a couple of trips from Casa Mechanical but it was eventually resolved. Hopefully once the new water source from Lake Granger is in place the problem won't happen again. However, I have to say I was left with a lingering disappointment and some hurt feelings. I completed a survey and did not score it with all 5 stars. I was being truthful because of the hot water heater issue. No buying experience is perfect and frankly unrealistic. Buying a home is very stressful for the buyer. Well, my customer service rep asked me why didn't I give perfect scores? He said that they heard about it in a meeting. I felt like I was being scolded and blamed. I felt like he was being totally inappropriate with me and should have kept his comments to himself. I scored my survey the way I felt at the time. ... We have lived in our Lennar home 6 weeks and we are very happy with it. Great layout. Nice workmanship

Love the house, Lennar staff is quick to respond to any questions I have.

Lennar has some really nice floorplans and finishes but the process could be better. The super we had kept lying to us instead of looking into things. For example, we asked about the flooring and he said the flooring was glued down but when the flooring needed to be repaired we found out it was floating flooring. For a track builder there were so many inconsistencies from one house to the other. Not too sure if we would buy another Lennar home.

The LENNAR team has done an outstanding job

The house is nice but trying to get any issues corrected is nearly impossible. Not sure I’d go with Lennar again.

We have known issues from the final walk through that have yet to be addressed. Reported issues after the sale are still sitting in a pending status 3 months later

I feel I purchased my first home for builders who were out for my best interest!
