I recently purchased two houses from two different builders including Lennar. When I compared two houses in detail - attic area, finish-up on hidden places, etc., Lennar did excellent workmanship. Among builders with a similar price range, Lennar offers one of the best build quality for sure.

Lennar - We are having a problem with the door.

We are having a problem with the door. A part needs to be replaced. We had another’s visit but the part was not brought out. Still waiting. We were supposed to receive a text when they were coming. Didn’t receive a text. They came when we had to take daughter to class.

The issues with my front and back yard grass are not being taken seriously. I was told anything wrong pertaining to the grass would be replaced, now I’m being told I have to wait an entire year before it can be replaced.

We have had the greatest experience buying our home. From the minute we stepped into the community we were greeted by David. David did an amazing job showing us tons of available homes after listening to what we were looking for. On the last home he showed us, he assured us this was going to be the one we fell in love with. He wasn't wrong. Cheep quality cabinets

1. The kitchen and bath cabinets are low grade quality. 2. The kitchen and baths grout was not sealed. "Sealer should be mixed with grout when installed." - This Old House. 3. Exterminator quote: "Sill boards not calked - lets in lots of bugs." "Too many weep holes, not a state or local requirement."

The bones of the house seem pretty good but pick any detail and you will likely find flaws. It appears from the things we have experienced that the actual people doing the work have no pride in workmanship. Also the construction manager we happen to get has been very non communicative. We just go through Lennar warranty for everything rather than the C.M.
