I have lived in this community since November and, while it is a pleasant neighborhood, it is still in the early phases of development with ongoing construction and new residents moving in. I chose a Lennar home because it was the most financially practical option; however, I am disappointed with the overall quality and craftsmanship. I previously purchased a Lennar home in Houston in 2019 with comparable square footage and bedrooms, and the difference in build quality is noticeable. It was a great experience during the process, the house was delivered 15 days later than the plan time but besides of that everything was great, please always be aware of price reductions because sometimes when you buy the house the price can be up or down and lennar helped us to reduce it despite the price was higher, the house has not luxury materials but we are so happy living here, I will definitely recommend lennar to all my friends.

Its cheap quality no power outlet for kitchen iland no lock for bed rooms and master bath room no internet outlet , you need to make a hole to any wall to get internet connection no response from lennar support team except virtual visit which cannot resolve anything worst finishing on front porch and back patio no blinds for back patio door no water softener loop no gutters

After move in, Sean and the construction team are kind and just as responsive. They are helpful with any warranty requests and even general questions. we’ve been in our home for a little over a month and so far we’ve been well pleased. It is a simple tract home but we’ve done several adds to make it our own. It would have been nice if there was a loop on the water line to make the installation of a water softener more convenient. The buying process was simple and straightforward al the way through the closing. I’ve reached out to Lennar on a couple of occasions about some small issues and they were very responsive.

This is my seventh house I bought and it was the worst experience in everything from home selection, loan process, delays in moving into the home, discovering poor workmanship and a losing battle with fire ants.

No pride in their work

The builder rushed everything and uses trades that have no honor or pride in their work. The laziest finishes I’ve ever seen. We had them re caulk three times and are still finding areas where they would only caulk trim on one side of the door.

The lawn was unleveled and weed infested. The home interior was bug infested. And there were some speckled holes in the window trim. They would not fix these issues. The faucets and interior door handles are okay but seem cheap, would have been nice if better ones were included. Aside from that, everything else was amazing. Every team member I worked with at Lennar was tremendous, extremely nice and helpful, and communicated a ton, answered every question or concern I had. I no longer have reasons to reach out to them which is sad lol. But they have a job to do and other people to help.

Service after the sales lacks significantly. After closing there has not been any follow-up. Our stove never worked. We went back and forth with the electrical contractor and Frigidaire both pointing the finger at each other. The situation finally got resolved after six weeks. I still do not know how to operate my sprinkler system properly. ( no instruction Manuel left) .No instruction manual for any of the appliances or hvac. I feel like once they got my money at closing we were on our on.

Not happy with the service that was rendered. It seemed like they just wanted to push the sale through and move on to the next sale. Told things would be fixed before closing but even though the issue was small was not completed but I fixed it myself.
