I am very pleased with my home buying experience with Lennar. My home is of good quality, and the individuals with whom I dealt at Lennar went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my home purchase. The construction manager was very responsive to any questions that I had, and he was always available to address any concerns.

I would like to say thank you to Jose and David for introducing me to my beautiful home and making my home purchasing experience the best! They were both very knowledgeable about the home and addressed all questions I had before, during and after the sale. My home is perfect for me, I love the open plan, my wood floors and awesome. I was truly blessed to find a Beautiful home thy is affordable and spacious enough for my family.

We have had the greatest experience buying our home. From the minute we stepped into the community we were greeted by David. David did an amazing job showing us tons of available homes after listening to what we were looking for. On the last home he showed us, he assured us this was going to be the one we fell in love with. He wasn't wrong. Our home is everything we were looking for and are so thankful David went above and beyond to make sure we purchased exactly what we wanted. We strongly suggest looking at the available floor plans and really find what you are looking for. Purchasing a home is a big purchase that you want to love for years to come. Everyone I delt with within Lennar has been great. Michael was great when he was showing me all the different models of homes and neighborhoods I had to choose from. The experience of buying the house was pleasant. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I had a small electrical issue and I used the app to put a request in on the warranty and an electrician was here the next day to fix it. The neighborhood is nice and neighbors are friendly.

I purchased my home online from another state and Marnina is the very reason I ended up buying with Lennar. She listened to my needs and did video tours in the TX heat to show me different homes. This house is exactly what I wanted. It was easy to do all steps of the process with Lennar resources.

First time homeowner. Everybody involved in this process has been awesome! I was so stressed out through the entire process but everybody at Lennar would remind me that everything is fine. And….it was! It was a really easy process and all the stress was internal. Lennar knocked it out of the park for me. Hoping they do everyone else the same!

It was a quick buying experience. Made me feel comfortable while buying the home. I was able to choose which home to buy. Unlike other locations which try to force you which house to buy.

From beginning to end, this was without a doubt the best home buying experience we have had. Our home is beautiful and Lennar staff have been wonderful from the beginning and continue to be helpful with questions after our purchase.

The process was pretty fluid, a few small bumps on closing day but nothing major. The Lennar team we have dealt with are nice and responsive to issues in a timely manner. We do wish we were able to have some choices in appliances and fixtures but overall we love our home, very satisfied!

Hands down Lennar bet all of the builders in and around the Austin area. The standard package came with everything I needed as a 1st time buyer and homeowner. After closing the only thing I had to do was move my boxes in and unpack. So blessed & thankful for my Lennar home.

The entire process was smooth and I was informed very early on regarding a few closing date changes due to the shortages. Overall, I’m happy with Lennar and their team have been very helpful throughout each step of the way.

This is my second Lennar home. These homes have good “bones”. Great response for warranty repairs. Thank you Lennar!

My wife and I love our home. It's beautiful Inside and out. We can't really comment on the responsiveness to issues because this virus has shut everything down. Lennar has been wonderful to work with through out the whole process of getting and owning our home.
