Happy with home but some issues. One appliance did not work from start and instead of replacing appliance we had to go through warranty repair that has taken 6 weeks so far. Interior paint is subpar not best quality.

Found that the investment does not equate to the final product. The investment made does not support the quality or craftmanship delivered. The most upsetting thing was that the house was not ready for the first walk through and the punch list made during that walk through was not attended to as we conducted the final walk through virtually. We were assured that all items were taken care of. This was not the case. In short, we were lied to. I would not recommend the Lennar product to anyone. The value of the product is overinflated. Bad experience with the construction manager

We had a bad experience with the construction manager in charge. The house wasn't ready to move in because it had too many things to repair after three visits. They didn't follow up on what needed to be repaired. We moved in and realized that the kitchen tiles still hadn't been repaired. They told us it was too late and we had to call the warranty company, even though it was on the previous list. The warranty people told us they weren't going to repair it because we accepted the kitchen tiles as they were. They tricked us, and no one took responsibility. My home buying experience with Lennar has been overwhelmingly positive. The purchasing process was smooth, the financing team was fantastic to work with, and the sales staff were helpful and responsive throughout. Even after the sale, the people who have supported me with warranty issues have been excellent—professional, prompt, and thorough. Overall horrible experience from the building manager lieing to me and trying to hide things down to a bad experience with closing with Lennar.

The whole team was quite attentive minus the Lennar Sales Concierge, calls or emails were almost ever returned. I was unsure what this role entailed as there was no assistance in that matter. The lender side was extremely responsive and attentive, quick as well.

I didn’t receive a phone call from the sales agent when the loan funded. And the listing agent and builder will not accurately update the listing and remove it from still showing as pending or for sale and it’s been months since I closed. I’ve asked all parties repeatedly. On other notes, the house is sound and was accurately presented and is living up to what was highlighted during the initial inquiry of the property. Everyone I delt with within Lennar has been great. Michael was great when he was showing me all the different models of homes and neighborhoods I had to choose from. The experience of buying the house was pleasant. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I had a small electrical issue and I used the app to put a request in on the warranty and an electrician was here the next day to fix it. The neighborhood is nice and neighbors are friendly.

Was sold a bill of goods regarding the solar agreement and are currently in arrears with our electric provider due to Sunnova’s inaction to uphold the agreement as stated in multiple emails and phone calls. Do NOT sign with Sunnova!!

We are very happy with our new home. The price is lower than other homes slightly and we believe it is due to the basic home builder grade and removal of what is usually a basic part of home such as some cabinets (above fridge, trim on cabinets, no medicine chest in bathrooms, no linen closet. We watched them build a new home across the street after moving in and it was amazing how it is pre built and put together so fast. Considering this the craftsmanship is pretty nice. We have upgraded many things and love our home.

The process was a bit strange that you had to be pre-approved before being able to make an offer on the home. Actually worked out better for us in the long run. Second time we bought a Lennar home. HATE that you. Ant modify anything as it’s being built. I understand they want to keep the price down but really should put a cabinet above the space for the refrigerator and who still uses drop in sinks for new builds? Happy with everything else would just love to not have carpet in rooms and then have to pull it out to put the other flooring in that’s already installed in the house. Still, a good ...
