We had a fantastic experience with Lennar! Our home was delivered on time, in excellent condition, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Since moving in, we’ve had a few minor issues, such as sprinkler adjustments and breaker replacements, but Lennar’s team has been incredibly responsive, with each request taken care of within a day. We truly couldn’t be happier with our home and the support we’ve received from Lennar. If you're considering a Lennar home, we highly recommend them for their quality, efficiency, and great customer service!

I initially didn’t have any issues however when it came time to move in my house had not been cleaned and the builders left mud, trash, dirt, and urine stains in the home. My sales rep assigned to me left all my texts and emails unanswered about this issue and some other questions I had. It wasn’t until my realtor got involved that they began responding to me. They sent a cleaning crew in a few days after I had moved in who were here for a maximum of 10 minutes and did not clean up all of the mess that was still here. Overall the experience was great. I got all the details and information needed regarding the home, community, design options, what's included and other details. When it came to selecting the actual home that I wanted to purchase, I was told it was available and then I was told it was not. Looks like the sales team were not very coordinated in terms of home being available in the market vs who was working on it. This is very necessary when a client is being told the home is still in the market.

The house was not cleaned when we got the keys, stains and paint on the floor, tubs, toilets and countertops, the first costumer care representative was slow to respond to our texts if we were responded to at all.

If you have a model plan in place and you decide to go with it and don’t get everything you saw at the model home that will make you upset, need to have a better communication from beginning to end and have some accountability to make it right for your customers. Some items were find after move in and we summited a work order and we was told that those issue had to be addressed before closing and now we have some damage window.

I regret choosing Lennar Construction for my home. The entire process was a nightmare, and I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from them. First, communication was absolutely terrible. Getting clear and timely responses was next to impossible, and I often felt left in the dark. They also push you to use their preferred title company—don’t fall for it! The title company has been a disaster, and even a month after closing, I’m still dealing with issues just trying to get my taxes paid. I just bought a house in Georgetown TX from lennar. They promised internet that I have yet to receive. The floors are cheap and you can clean it enough, glue comes out on the floors. Inside cheap materials on countertops, cabinets. Not happy with lennar

The quality of the home, in my opinion was done in a hurry, therefore using cheaper materials to build the house faster and hoping the new homebuyer will not pat attention to details. The appliances that come with the house are inexpensive and of poor quality. The floors are not properly glued, the carpets are not installed correctly causing you to step on nails. No door bell chime installed, garage not painted, no linen closet, or towel racks. Landscaping half done, meaning some grass is green and other is brown. Size and spaciousness are unrivaled. Quality of everything in the home is the cheapest it can possibly be. Buyer beware, there is NO STORAGE built into the home beyond bedroom closets and an average size coat closet. There is not one linen closet anywhere in the home. So, there is nowhere to put extra towels, bedding, etc. Home is not data ready. Homes are not wired correctly for data and using substandard data cable, nor are the cables to a centralized location in the home.

Upon final walk through house was not cleaned nor was it ready for the walk. Paint on all floors especially in carpeted areas. Multiple times said it was clean and wasn’t. Disappointed in finish out. Caulking looks like play dough was formed to fit. Marnina was excellent to work with Robert… not so much.

The Lennar mortgage team was excellent helping me every step of the process. They explained the why's and made it simple to contact them for providing whatever necessary for my mortgage. The home I bought is a basic home, a great starter house or retirement investment house. I plan on making a lot of upgrades. I live in a nice community, it's definitely worth the investment.
