Lennar has been very accommodating on dealing with issues that came up with our new house. We only have 1 issue that has been a little hard to resolve but other than that they have been on top of things and friendly in handling issues. I’ve already told lots of people that we were satisfied with our experience with Lennar.

I have been very happy with Lennar!! Every call has been returned and the follow up has been great!!

The sales guy from Lennar was wonderful to take care of the whole process. There were hiccups during the first walkthrough but they fixed them all on the second walkthrough. There is an emergency leak caused by outside hose speagot. Lennar sent right away to fix the issue of plumbing. They fixed the drywall and did the painting caused by the issue. They stand by their warranty.

The first time I came out to meet the Sales agent "Cindy" to find out about the possibility of becoming a homeowner. My entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in my experience with all including the builder was great, he listen if I had any concerns which were not many. I love the quality and value of my new home. If I had to mention anything I would say I would have like if the builder gave little more patio/porch in the backyard. However; The Lennar -Team and every one made me me feel at ease. They provided exceptional customer service. I do not remember everyone I had contact with, but the Lennar staff-Team members, are a awesome group of people. Logan, believe he was the loan officer made me feel comfortable the first time I spoke with him, as he walked me through the process from start to finish, which took away our feeling of stress or being overly anxious. This is our 3rd home with Lennar. We are very satisfied with the Home buying experience, our sales agent Cindy is an awesome person, she helped us through the process, made it very easy and was easily accessible and greatly experienced and Cindy was so kind and professional and she really went out of her way to help us with our questions and the entire home buying experience was very comfortable only because of Cindy. I’m pleased to announce that the Lennar team helped me with my home buying experience.

From 1st meeting with Joey until move in things were great. We watched the home being completed. The only problem was that we had to wait an extra month, but it was worth it.

Hands down Lennar bet all of the builders in and around the Austin area. The standard package came with everything I needed as a 1st time buyer and homeowner. After closing the only thing I had to do was move my boxes in and unpack. So blessed & thankful for my Lennar home.

The entire process was smooth and I was informed very early on regarding a few closing date changes due to the shortages. Overall, I’m happy with Lennar and their team have been very helpful throughout each step of the way.

Lennar (at Malone) was very forthright with any complications during the build process. They kept us appraised of new developments and progress on our new build along the way--including sending us pictures-- which I thought was a very nice touch. Michael in the front office always took his time to respond sincerely and concisely to any queries we had, and allayed our fear with the right information. There is also no "upsell" with this company-- what you see is what you get. Whatever wasn't done to your satisfaction will be fixed. Since moving in, every little fault we have found from minor issues to exterior paint complaints to drywall repair and so on, Chris, Andrew and team has sent professionals to fix it. It does take a little bit of time (I have even heard some grumblings about that), but I understand workloads these folks go through, and they have always shown up. It hasn't been an easy year or two (snowed in, rains, coronavirus) but the dedicated speed and professionalism that this team has worked with while maintaining quality has truly been commendable. Good quality home for a starter home.

Easy process. Provided option of using their mortgage co, title co, & homeowner’s insurance co so I didn’t have to find these on my own. Web site provided information on utility services to set up.

This is my second Lennar home. These homes have good “bones”. Great response for warranty repairs. Thank you Lennar!

My home buying experience with Lennar has been overwhelmingly positive. The purchasing process was smooth, the financing team was fantastic to work with, and the sales staff were helpful and responsive throughout. Even after the sale, the people who have supported me with warranty issues have been excellent—professional, prompt, and thorough. However, the one major downside has been my experience with Lennar’s virtual call center. In particular, I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing interaction with a phone representative named Shannon, who abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. This left me uncertain and concerned about whether my warranty issues would be addressed. Despite requesting to speak with her manager, I’ve still heard nothing back—only silence from that part of the organization. Thankfully, the local team handling the actual repairs has been great, but this call center experience was unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression. ... More

We are very happy with our new home. The price is lower than other homes slightly and we believe it is due to the basic home builder grade and removal of what is usually a basic part of home such as some cabinets (above fridge, trim on cabinets, no medicine chest in bathrooms, no linen closet. We watched them build a new home across the street after moving in and it was amazing how it is pre built and put together so fast. Considering this the craftsmanship is pretty nice. We have upgraded many things and love our home.

Bruce, Keith and Stuart made my home purchase an easy adventure from the start, through construction and after. Brian and Lucy from Eagle Mortgage made the paperwork process easy and my remote closing a breeze.

Had a great experience with the sales, post sales and customer exp team. Loved it! House was build with good quality.

Professional, friendly, responsive, timely, communicators

Overall we have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Lennar. Our home has had only very minor issues after close and the home looks to have been built properly. Lennar has been quick to get issues resolved and we hope going forward that remains so.

The process was a bit strange that you had to be pre-approved before being able to make an offer on the home. Actually worked out better for us in the long run. Second time we bought a Lennar home. HATE that you. Ant modify anything as it’s being built. I understand they want to keep the price down but really should put a cabinet above the space for the refrigerator and who still uses drop in sinks for new builds? Happy with everything else would just love to not have carpet in rooms and then have to pull it out to put the other flooring in that’s already installed in the house.
