Very responsive team!

We highly recommend purchasing a home with Lennar. From the moment we stepped in the sales office at we were greeted and made to feel welcome by the sales consultant. Being our first time to purchase a home we had lots of questions. But our sales consultant did everything to assure us and get our questions answered. Everyone we dealt with up until closing were very helpful, and made us feel like we mattered and appreciated our business. My husband and I highly recommend a Lennar home where "Everything is included" and it truly is.

We decided to buy our Lennar Home because of how well we felt the home was built (had it inspected by a 3rd party inspector prior to purchase) and all the extras included with the home. We felt this was the best bang for our buck. We have been in our home for 5 months and are still happy with our purchase. We would recommend Lennar to anyone we know.

I would rate this perfect score but for a few minor things. I should have noticed the small step down from garage into driveway. To me that is a trip hazard and should be smoothed out. In any case, I should have requested it to be smoothed out. so far, some cement breaks here and there are noticeable. Still waiting for settling issues though.

The paint used needs to be change to a better quality one.

I recently purchased two houses from two different builders including Lennar. When I compared two houses in detail - attic area, finish-up on hidden places, etc., Lennar did excellent workmanship. Among builders with a similar price range, Lennar offers one of the best build quality for sure.

Very friendly staff and good services

The Lennar mortgage team was excellent helping me every step of the process. They explained the why's and made it simple to contact them for providing whatever necessary for my mortgage. The home I bought is a basic home, a great starter house or retirement investment house. I plan on making a lot of upgrades. I live in a nice community, it's definitely worth the investment.

Price for value is totally awesome. Some nice features too. More reliable warranty support system would be nice.

Lennar has been very accommodating on dealing with issues that came up with our new house. We only have 1 issue that has been a little hard to resolve but other than that they have been on top of things and friendly in handling issues. I’ve already told lots of people that we were satisfied with our experience with Lennar.

The sales guy from Lennar was wonderful to take care of the whole process. There were hiccups during the first walkthrough but they fixed them all on the second walkthrough. There is an emergency leak caused by outside hose speagot. Lennar sent right away to fix the issue of plumbing. They fixed the drywall and did the painting caused by the issue. They stand by their warranty.

The first time I came out to meet the Sales agent "Cindy" to find out about the possibility of becoming a homeowner. My entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in my experience with all including the builder was great, he listen if I had any concerns which were not many. I love the quality and value of my new home. If I had to mention anything I would say I would have like if the builder gave little more patio/porch in the backyard. However; The Lennar -Team and every one made me me feel at ease. They provided exceptional customer service. I do not remember everyone I had contact with, but the Lennar staff-Team members, are a awesome group of people. Logan, believe he was the loan officer made me feel comfortable the first time I spoke with him, as he walked me through the process from start to finish, which took away our feeling of stress or being overly anxious. I’m pleased to announce that the Lennar team helped me with my home buying experience.

From 1st meeting with Joey until move in things were great. We watched the home being completed. The only problem was that we had to wait an extra month, but it was worth it.

Lennar (at Malone) was very forthright with any complications during the build process. They kept us appraised of new developments and progress on our new build along the way--including sending us pictures-- which I thought was a very nice touch. Michael in the front office always took his time to respond sincerely and concisely to any queries we had, and allayed our fear with the right information. There is also no "upsell" with this company-- what you see is what you get. Whatever wasn't done to your satisfaction will be fixed. Since moving in, every little fault we have found from minor issues to exterior paint complaints to drywall repair and so on, Chris, Andrew and team has sent professionals to fix it. It does take a little bit of time (I have even heard some grumblings about that), but I understand workloads these folks go through, and they have always shown up. It hasn't been an easy year or two (snowed in, rains, coronavirus) but the dedicated speed and professionalism that this team has worked with while maintaining quality has truly been commendable. Easy process. Provided option of using their mortgage co, title co, & homeowner’s insurance co so I didn’t have to find these on my own. Web site provided information on utility services to set up.

Carey was great to work with, the house is amazing, and the price was even better!

Easy and painless experience

Professional and great group of team to work with during the buy of my house. I would recommend my family and friends.

Good quality home for a starter home.

The buying experience is very good from my sales man Stan and sales manager Jennifer. I had a very good morgage officer Aaron who has guided me all through out my buying experience. The construction manager Ryan, is very accommodating and made sure that all issues found during the inspection by my Inspector was addressed. Brandon the Service Manager after move-in, has been very actively working the issues that I have reported and he gets back to you quickly on-site. I appreciate the new app Lennar has put out to make issue reporting easier for everyone. They also have virtual personnel that gets back to you immediately to schedules a virtual call just right after you submit a ticket through the app. All-in-all the experience with these people is superb. But I think the price of the home is quite to high for the location, size and yard space. You can buy 2 to 3 year old houses in the area with bigger space better upgrades for less. The only caveat of buying a used house is, you don’t get all the incentives that Lennar can give you. If you ask me if would I buy a Lennar again in the future. I probably would because I have seen the way they build their foundation since I purchased my home in an un-finished community. However, the bathroom showers could have been better. You can buy a brand new home with a different builder for a similar price more or less with a beefed up stand up shower. Some even come with tiled seats in them. Two more things to keep in mind is, that this community has the lowest the lowest grade shingles on their roof, 3-tab shingles. Also you can hear movements outside inside the house as simple as someone opening and shutting their car doors. Even people talking while walking across your house. All-in-all excluding the workers, the house is just ok. By-the-way, this is the fourth house I’ve had over the years, so that you know that I am not novice. ... More
