From 1st meeting with Joey until move in things were great. We watched the home being completed. The only problem was that we had to wait an extra month, but it was worth it.

Lennar (at Malone) was very forthright with any complications during the build process. They kept us appraised of new developments and progress on our new build along the way--including sending us pictures-- which I thought was a very nice touch. Michael in the front office always took his time to respond sincerely and concisely to any queries we had, and allayed our fear with the right information. There is also no "upsell" with this company-- what you see is what you get. Whatever wasn't done to your satisfaction will be fixed. Since moving in, every little fault we have found from minor issues to exterior paint complaints to drywall repair and so on, Chris, Andrew and team has sent professionals to fix it. It does take a little bit of time (I have even heard some grumblings about that), but I understand workloads these folks go through, and they have always shown up. It hasn't been an easy year or two (snowed in, rains, coronavirus) but the dedicated speed and professionalism that this team has worked with while maintaining quality has truly been commendable. Easy process. Provided option of using their mortgage co, title co, & homeowner’s insurance co so I didn’t have to find these on my own. Web site provided information on utility services to set up.

Had a great buying experience. Walked through every step with little effort. It was painless.

The buying experience is very good from my sales man Stan and sales manager Jennifer. I had a very good morgage officer Aaron who has guided me all through out my buying experience. The construction manager Ryan, is very accommodating and made sure that all issues found during the inspection by my Inspector was addressed. Brandon the Service Manager after move-in, has been very actively working the issues that I have reported and he gets back to you quickly on-site. I appreciate the new app Lennar has put out to make issue reporting easier for everyone. They also have virtual personnel that gets back to you immediately to schedules a virtual call just right after you submit a ticket through the app. All-in-all the experience with these people is superb. But I think the price of the home is quite to high for the location, size and yard space. You can buy 2 to 3 year old houses in the area with bigger space better upgrades for less. The only caveat of buying a used house is, you don’t get all the incentives that Lennar can give you. If you ask me if would I buy a Lennar again in the future. I probably would because I have seen the way they build their foundation since I purchased my home in an un-finished community. However, the bathroom showers could have been better. You can buy a brand new home with a different builder for a similar price more or less with a beefed up stand up shower. Some even come with tiled seats in them. Two more things to keep in mind is, that this community has the lowest the lowest grade shingles on their roof, 3-tab shingles. Also you can hear movements outside inside the house as simple as someone opening and shutting their car doors. Even people talking while walking across your house. Would recommend lennar to my friends

My home buying experience with Lennar has been overwhelmingly positive. The purchasing process was smooth, the financing team was fantastic to work with, and the sales staff were helpful and responsive throughout. Even after the sale, the people who have supported me with warranty issues have been excellent—professional, prompt, and thorough. However, the one major downside has been my experience with Lennar’s virtual call center. In particular, I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing interaction with a phone representative named Shannon, who abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. This left me uncertain and concerned about whether my warranty issues would be addressed. Despite requesting to speak with her manager, I’ve still heard nothing back—only silence from that part of the organization. Thankfully, the local team handling the actual repairs has been great, but this call center experience was unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression. ... More

We are very happy with our new home. The price is lower than other homes slightly and we believe it is due to the basic home builder grade and removal of what is usually a basic part of home such as some cabinets (above fridge, trim on cabinets, no medicine chest in bathrooms, no linen closet. We watched them build a new home across the street after moving in and it was amazing how it is pre built and put together so fast. Considering this the craftsmanship is pretty nice. We have upgraded many things and love our home.

The sales team in the office was great. As well as the ease of buying the home. Any issues I had after move in was quickly resolved. There was a problem with the hot water heater that took a couple of trips from Casa Mechanical but it was eventually resolved. Hopefully once the new water source from Lake Granger is in place the problem won't happen again. However, I have to say I was left with a lingering disappointment and some hurt feelings. I completed a survey and did not score it with all 5 stars. I was being truthful because of the hot water heater issue. No buying experience is perfect and frankly unrealistic. Buying a home is very stressful for the buyer. Well, my customer service rep asked me why didn't I give perfect scores? He said that they heard about it in a meeting. I felt like I was being scolded and blamed. I felt like he was being totally inappropriate with me and should have kept his comments to himself. I scored my survey the way I felt at the time. ... Overall the experience was great. I got all the details and information needed regarding the home, community, design options, what's included and other details. When it came to selecting the actual home that I wanted to purchase, I was told it was available and then I was told it was not. Looks like the sales team were not very coordinated in terms of home being available in the market vs who was working on it. This is very necessary when a client is being told the home is still in the market.

As with any home purchase their were hiccups however the Lennar team got us through them with great service

Home buying went good but after one week in new home we had a plumbing backup. Found out it was due to a test ball left in the line from builders. Took a month to get repairs done. My advice to builders is to make sure you are using your check list.

My home is beautiful. Minor issues but they have come right out after a virtual visit. The process for me went very fast, I would have like input & requested on carpet in the bedrooms.
