When we started the process of purchasing our new home we were very nervous to hear that this was a new experience, but thank God we found a very professional Realtor and people at Lennar who guide us throughout the entire process until the exciting moment in which we receive the keys of the house. The quality of the home is not good.

As a first-time homebuyer, my experience was generally positive with some areas for improvement. The initial stages were particularly impressive, and I appreciated the appeal of moving into a brand-new neighborhood, especially with the attractive incentives offered. The house is charming and provides a solid foundation that can be customized to fit my preferences. However, the quality of the work could benefit from some enhancements. The home buying experience at Lennar was intense everything seemed to happen very quickly.. it was very overwhelming for first time homebuyers. However majority of our team was helpful ( especially our loan officer) I do wish our home concierge made more time for us, and walked us through the final steps of the process but she was ooo most of the time and rarely responded. Overall it was an okay experience, and we love our new home... Even if there are still some blue tape left

Great experience with lennar staffs.

The experience was fast and great. Did have some issues with the consultant at the start of picking our new house. It worked out for the best. When choosing our house the advisor rep that showed us told us everything included but towards the end she did not add it to the addendum as promise. I spoke to the concierge and other reps and they got it resolved and got me what was originally promised. I’m loving the new house.

Loved the experience of being a first time home buyer

Buying experience was easier than I could have imagined and all issues we found were resolved very quickly.

Philip did a great job, I am very please with the professionalism and the work that was done to get us in the house on time. The value for the home is amazing.

Once items were not resolved on the punch list we were passed to many different individuals and did not appear it was any one specific individual's job to resolve the house to get us to close. Do not recommend the mortgage team for the same reason. I would not purchase through Lennar again based on this experience.

From beginning to end, this was without a doubt the best home buying experience we have had. Our home is beautiful and Lennar staff have been wonderful from the beginning and continue to be helpful with questions after our purchase.

The process was pretty fluid, a few small bumps on closing day but nothing major. The Lennar team we have dealt with are nice and responsive to issues in a timely manner. We do wish we were able to have some choices in appliances and fixtures but overall we love our home, very satisfied!

The two people that started out helping me were awful. The last person that helped me from Arizona was amazing. Everything that was suppose to be completed before close wasn't completed. The door jams suck and always move down and allows the wind to be howling all day and night. If I had to do over I wouldn't have purchased this house. Now I am just waiting until I pay off enough or the price of the house goes up so I can sell it or maybe I will look into renting it out.

I wish a copy of HoA had been given prior to purchase. Some of the rules are based on opinion with no defined parameters.

Affordable house. I understand I was getting a house cheaper than the rest of the market average and that's what I feel like I got. Not a fan of the process you walk the house prior to your closing date and get told no need to point out every defficiency they'll all get addressed. Then you walk it right before closing and get told "if we didn't point it out last time we can't address it now". When you get told that feels very scummy. Had a plumbing leak week of move in. Items were not addressed prior to closing but that's on me for agreeing to sign. Main construction lead not a pleasant guy to deal with. Warranty lead is nice enough but communication is terrible. Office people told me wrong closing date and never apologized or mentioned it. You take off work days ahead of time for the date to be wrong and only find out when talking to the mortgage side of things. Frustrating. Overall affordable house and I got what I paid for so I'm grateful. Am I making sure my home insurance is at max coverage and lowest deductible you bet. Thank you lennar. ... More

Horrible experience off the bat. Realtor lied about the property line. house wasn’t finished when it was supposed To be on our “final walkthrough”. I felt very rushed and pressured to sign paperwork. I will never buy a lennar home again.

For us all the process was very smooth.

I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about bad craftsmanship in new build homes but we’re quite happy with our Lennar home. We do have one on going issue that’s been ongoing for almost two months now but our warranty still covers it and Lennar is still trying to do what they can to resolve our issue.

Easy and quick from beginning to closing

We purchased our home a few months back and the process seemed like it was never going to end. Our sales agent Devonte did nothing besides open up the house for us to view and collect his commission, the process of getting approved was so murky that we never felt confident during any point in the process that we were going to end up with the home. The grading on our backyard was terrible, planks in our fence are already falling down, and 2 months in I have already had to have the irrigation company, flooring company, plumbing and a contractor come out to fix various issues that should have be fixed prior to move in.
