While in general the home construction quality is satisfactory, there a few items which could be attended to. 1. Better shower heads in both bathrooms 2. Master Bathroom size could be increased by making the "walk-in" closet a bit smaller. 3. Screen doors at front and rear could be an added cost option. 4. Also, buyers should have option for hard flooring in place of carpeting in some rooms, with added cost. 5. Lack of door bell is annoying

For my first time it was the most stressful experience, there is no communication between departs or between the finance ppl...I would send the same thing over and over again. They showed no understanding of everything I was going through I had 2 deaths a week apart, and continued to send me emails on sending the same paperwork that I had previously sent....I think it could have been a better experience if there were more internal communications between the finance dept. It totally was not a great experience.

Quarter million dollar fixer upper

High pressure from sales. Had to push back to get time to read the many documents. That became a trend throughout the whole process. After the decisions were made it was revealed that the pressure and deadlines were made up. Assurances made were fast and loose. Not all of them panned out. Finance was a mixed bag. The loan officer was knowledgeable and responsive. One of his team members wasn’t handling our communication properly but she was replaced with a much better one upon request. We’re satisfied with the loan terms. The quality of the workmanship in the house is well below ...

My experience with buying this house was not great. The company's promotions didn't benefit me, and they kept taking things away from the house, blaming it on costs. The customer service was poor, and they were mostly unavailable except through text. I'm not satisfied with the experience, and I'm unlikely to buy from this builder again or recommend them.
