Our home is absolutely beautiful, and we love it. The price and interest rate were great!!!! Also, the insurance rate was outstanding. The salesman was kind and considerate, never pushy. I should have paid better attention in the walkthroughs. However, every item was rectified. There is natural light in every room, and again, I love this house. Now for the negative: The dishwasher is of the lowest quality. I plan to replace it in the near future. I would change the attic access in the hall to the garage if I could. After moving in is when we experienced problems. i.e. doors that didn't shut properly, tiles in the master bath came loose and were mushy, the dishwasher didn't work when we tried it the first time, had to replace the garbage disposal, and the grout work was sloppy.

I recently had my home built by Lennar, and I would describe their workmanship as average. The construction was completed on time, and the overall design met our expectations. However, we noticed some minor issues with the finishing details and quality of materials used. While nothing was a dealbreaker, we did have to follow up on a few items that required additional attention. Im happy with the price of the house but wish lennar gave the buyer options for their house. Having kids the flat white paint is terrible if you get a wet rag it takes the paint off. Also why not include a garage opener for the garage door. On top of that how much harder would it be to just paint the garage if you are painting the whole house just paint the garage too. Also if you are going to lay sod why not just make sure all of the lot has sod and not just leave half of the backyards with dirt. Or for me have 1/4 of the front yard with a pile of sand. Their biggest problem is no quality control, no management to oversee overall construction. No responsible leadership, of so many beginners in all of the labor trades. Lots of Lannar money being wasted due to no management of the many different trades.

BIGGEST ISSUE: WE WERE ALLOWED TO MOVE IN AND BE IN THE HOUSE FOR OVER A MONTH AND LENNAR NEVER GOT OUR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY COMPLETED UNTIL THEN.. Our problems started out with to many people trying to be involved but none of them talking to each other. A lot of blaming between departments and no solutions made was very frustrating. There was a major delay for final inspections for some reason and 5 days before we were to sign on our house was the first "blue tape" walk through which means construction only had a day and a half to fix everything that was listed. She provided us with the cost of the house and an interest rate of 3.99%, which was an offer by Lennar. There is little accountability with anything. When initially inspecting the house and pointing out the defects that needed to be cleaned up or fixed they promised they would fix them all. We toured the house three days before moving and notice some problems were still not fixed or cleaned, they then promised it will be ready for move in. We show up for move in and the house was still in the same state and they said they cleaned the house. Disappointed with new home!!

I regret not hiring my own home inspector. Came across a few dents on garage door, leaking garbage disposal and bad water heater. Put in a work order a few months ago and haven't heard back from anyone. Having bugs come out of back walls on shower. Really disappointed for a new house.

Make sure your home is FULLY completed because once you move in they drag their feet on getting your repairs or even things that need to be completed, completed. The communication is extremely poor between their people and from the construction manager to contractors, etc.. been in my home for almost 2 months and still waiting on items to get fixed/completed. They are more concerned with selling more houses so they will try to complete those before really caring to attend to your needs although you have already moved into your home.

Construction quality is very poor. When issues are bring to construction manager he states that is going to be fix but most is not being done yet. My AC just stop working and contact the construction manages and he send a ticket to the company that install it, and now they are saying that I'm going to be charged for them to go and look what is the problem, I just move in and it is under warranty but still being charged. I would like to write a great review but in all honesty I can't. Our closing date was moved back several times, meanwhile we are staying in a hotel with two dogs. What a nightmare! When we finally closed it was done remotely even though I asked for an in person closing at the sales office. During closing my computer crashed so we had to do everything by phone. What should have taken 30 minutes took 2 hours and it was the most frustrating closing I've ever had. Then the next day we couldn't get the keys because no one knew where they were. Construction, walk through, finance… terrible experience. The amount of times I have had to reach out to the warranty dept is embarrassing. Although this warranty team is great- why are they repairing things on a new home? Finance team, construction team manager…. Need to do better.

Just to be honest , I won’t recommend Lennar homes to no body My bad experience was really bad . after 2 months moved in , grass never was set it on , I called & called to warranty department and not answer I was told that 10 days after moved you will have your grass set ,but that is not true . funny is all the houses sold out has grass already and I am still waiting on it..
