Garbage house. My grandkids could've done a better job painting. Concrete cracked, foundation cracked, back yard graded improperly, mismatched sod, mailboxes in ONE area and are STILL broken, electrical sparks, electrical issues, HVAC issues, plumbing backed up first day we moved in - we didn't even use the guest bathroom - DISGUSTING - lots are unkempt with trash everywhere, Lennar is using a bunch of illegals to build houses overnight - and they're using the property behind the fences to dump trash and building materials. ZERO HOA presence accept to complain about boxes left out by trash. WE JUST MOVED HERE FROM OHIO! What do you think we were going to do with all the boxes??? LEMON ***** activated - we are seeking ***** counsel after full inspection scheduled for this week and will then be seeking full remediation of all issues OR we go through with ***** suit. Either fix this freaking house - or take it back and give us our money in FULL so we can go buy a ***** home. ... More

Our home buying experience with Lennar was very easy from start to finish. We got exactly the hone we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. The online communication and closing was very easy.

Loan officer doesn't communicate well with the buyer on the progress of the loan and for the sale person in the Lennar side he doesn't check or follow on the buyer if there's something we need

House doesn't look or feel brand new, the finish is the worst I've ever seen on a new house, baseboards are all scratched, covered in patches of adhesive and silicon and look constantly dirty. Walls are painted terribly and not completely finished. House never felt clean. I was told very little information on the home, given the face I'm from a different country I was expecting a much more thorough walk through. I wasn't even shown how to operate my air conditioning unit or how to change the filters etc. literally everything is basic and the bare minimum. If you have zero pride in your home, don't care about quality or clean finishes… buy from Lennar. I personally never would again. ... More

Sales person and concierge were nice. Rest of the team is hostile and dodgy on anything you point out, especially our construction manager Casey. Warranty tries to weasel out of covering anything you point out. Workmanship and material quality is low. Will try another builder in the future for sure. It's a home at least, and we were in a hurry to buy, but for $300K I would definitely look around if I were you.

I made an offer that was refused, even though the property was listed at that price. The offer was refused. 2 weeks later, I made a less amount offer that was accepted. The sales mgr. lost money for Lennar.

Love my house. Lennar made the purchase of the house very easy and the support from everyone involved was very impressive.

The AC unit went out in literally the first week. 104° outside and brand new home. And when support was sent over from Lennar, they said it would take 1.5 weeks before they could fix anything. Had to spend another $600 on portable AC units. Also the nails and the shingles up on the roof above the garage are literally everywhere. Terrible workmanship.

Finance team too petty. I was asked to account for $15.00 on a transaction which happened almost a year ago. Not everybody knows financial language so a little explanation will help rather than saying just do as I say. I would like to thank my realtor for taking time to explain and encourage me when I wanted to give up.

Pretty happy with home and customer service

Home buying was the worst I have ever went through, the right hand does not talk to the left hand. Quality has dropped and home owners will suffer long term with these issues. Trustworthiness, no one will reach out and tell you where things stand and or how to proceed, I feel they don't truly care, i would feel bad for new home owners. Responsive is not in there vocabulary, months later still don't hear back!

Quality of central Air conditioner ventilation needs to be installed more professionally. I had to invest & spend $950.00 of my own money to upgrade ducks & vents.

I'm a first-time home buyer and overall I had a good experience. Communication was not always the greatest, and doing everything online was nerve racking at times. I appreciated the walkthrough experience and felt that the building team truly wanted what was best for our family.

We love our home in Honey creek, however the home buying process as a first time home buyer was extremely disappointing. Emails and calls from us went unanswered, especially by the loan officer. We felt extremely dismissed with questions we had.

I've worked with Lennar in our regions several times before and it was okay, but this is my first time working with Lennar Dallas Forth Worth and it was bad. The did not install the rods for the closet and laundry room when they handed me the keys. Event after telling them several times. It eventually to 1 month for them to install after I had moved it and me reaching out few days.

We had such a wonderful experience with our builder! We needed a move-in-ready home, and they went above and beyond to take care of us. Within just one day, they helped us find the perfect home, and we were able to move in within three weeks! We absolutely love everything about our new home—from the beautiful craftsmanship and spacious square footage to the fence and all the thoughtful details throughout the house. The quality truly shows, and it feels like the perfect home for us. What made the experience even better was the outstanding customer service.
