Lennar made it possible for us to become 1st time homeowners in our 60’s.

The buying process was convenient and easy from the beginning to the end. The house is of good quality and I believe I have a good value for my money. The buider's team is very responsive to any of my concerns and they took care of them in a timely manner. You should know that the builder builds standard homes and they make no room for upgrades. You will have to do your upgrades on your own after you close.

Amazing experience with Lennar . I like the freebies provided with new Movein homes . Like washer dryer , fridge . I would appreciate if they provide blinds too . These are must essentials

Excellent service But they miss the blinds in our house. I paid money from my pocket to fix blinds.

I love my new home. The details such as sprinklers, the ability to have pest control done from the inside my walls is an important feature to me, granite counter tops and appliances. I’m deeply satisfied with my new home. Thank you, Lennar.

Whatever I needed to know he helped me with it explained everything, broke down everything I wanted to know. My process was little stressful at first due to being a first time buyer. I am very excited that they got me a lower apr rate than my other lenders. The process with everyone was very helpful and great. They all worked hard to help me with my first home!! I am excited to be a new homeowner and live in a great area.
