After I started the process of buying my home I could not get in contact with my agent. The loan processor told me different terms than I was told by the agent. My realtor was instrumental in helping me because the concierge wasn't much help either. I thought I got a good price for my home, but I didn't get a lot of things that are standard in most homes. The windows do not open and close, there are no blinds, no towel bars, and no backsplash. The oven is not self cleaning and the cabinets in the kitchen were not installed properly and there are no ceiling fans. I did not get an orientation on the HOA or utilities and I still haven't. The drain in the master bath backed up and it was full of trash. There is a serious leak in the wall behind the master sink. The positive is I love the tile in the bathrooms. I like the location of my home and I have a large backyard. The service technician, Dominic has been awesome. If I had to do it all over again, I probably would have but I did not get good customer service. ... More

Return calls are horrible!

Trent was my new home consultant. I cannot say enough good things about Trent. Made sure I understood all aspects of the purchase, kept me informed of progress, always responsive to my questions and concerns. Treated me like I was family.

Great home and price but the house came with some cosmetic issues and hvac issues and haven’t had my warranty request served. Very poor response times in that regard.

Had a good experience with lennar and finance team

This whole experience was truly terrible. We feel like we got the run around for everything. When we met Hailey she was great and super helpful. She was the best person to deal with throughout this whole process. Everyone else was extremely unprofessional, rude, and difficult to contact. Our closing process was extremely stressful as they clearly put off the actual closing of our house to where we had to escalate to supervisors, still got the run around from the associates, and had to stay on top of everyone every step of the way. There is clearly no communication between colleagues at this company. We were also told during our walk through, that some things would just “not get fixed” due to not having structural issues. It’s a brand new house, it should look perfect. Once we moved in we had some issues with structural integrity and workmanship. We were told not to lean on the toilet paper holder (obviously) when it fell out of the wall when we were just simply trying to change the roll… seems like a lot of the house was cheaply made and rushed through. Don’t get me wrong, we love our house and are happy to finally be out of an apartment. But for being first time home buyers and buying a brand new build, our expectations were definitely not met. Don’t tell us you won’t fix stuff when it’s clearly a lack of craftsmanship. Our neighbors agree that they’ve had the same issues. We have chipped bricks, cracks in our driveway, split wood planks in our backyard, Rockwall breaking off, and more that they just simply won’t fix. We were also told we were getting a move in gift (which we didn’t expect, but why say it if you don’t follow through with it?) just a lot of poor follow through. Of the five homes I have purchased over the years, this was clearly the easiest experience. Trent and Chez were very helpful in guiding me through each step of the process. All happened smoothly with no surprises.

Great experience purchasing the. Working with the sales person remotely, she was amazing helpful and completely knowledgeable. We were able to see finished homes in the area of the home purchased. The home purchase was similar. The walk through was informative and given professionally. He was able to answer all our questions.

Builder need to provide new buyers with accurate and updated contact information with a full guide on how to obtain utilities services

The entire Lennar team was amazing. Buying from out of state, all of them provided support along the way. Providing online doc signing made the purchase process a breeze. Everyone was friendly and kind. A special thank you to my rep, Chad. I had a list of questions he was always happy to answer. Thank you Lennar! I appreciate each and every one of you.

Lennar was very responsive and truly helpful in completing everything needed to get me into my new home.

They were very helpful. It slowed down at some point but I'm thankful for the experience and I love my home.

Areas & homes are so beautiful

Purchasing a home from Lennar was a pretty seamless experience and an overwhelming amount of the staff is great to work with. I encountered a staff person by the name of Jennifer who was awful during the last steps of the process, but other than that everything else went well. Jennifer was rude and unprofessional, and I would not have purchased a stick of gum from her. Everyone else was very nice, professional, and helpful.

Lennar has a great team and addressed all walk through issues immediately. Issues I had after I moved in were also addressed right away.

It was a good experience buying my new home . Every thing went smoothly. I would recommend buying from lennar to all my friends and family .

Words can no longer describe what we’ve been through with Lennar. Home & Materials - scary cheap Communication - nonexistent Proactivity - only when you remind them Price - reasonable Thank goodness for Billy the construction manager, he’s been a blessing.

The entire process using the internet and “portal” was a nightmare for this Baby Boomer! Everyone I encountered assumed I knew how to navigate, upload, download, scan, import to a file - and I still don’t! AND - I didn’t have a computer or the internet, so this experience left me with a bad impression of Lennar. I was treated like an absolute moron because I didn’t understand how to present documents or find one to sign!!!! And when I did ask for help, many people were impatient with my lack of understanding the technical lingo. Very unpleasant experience

We went to tour the division just to see what they were like and it went from a tour of new homes to essentially a car sale. I don’t mean that in any bad way, but that was the closest kind of transaction I can compare that too. Working with Michael we were qualified for our new home and thus began our journey to becoming homeowners. We were then assigned Matt to get all of our required loan documents in order. Once everything was collected we were good to wait until the closing and cash to close transfer. The signing was very quick and painless.
