It was a good experience buying my new home . Every thing went smoothly. I would recommend buying from lennar to all my friends and family .

The seller response was really slow. I had to drive to the mortgage office to buy the house because of the slow email response. The Lennar support concierge never called me back and seemed not personable. Everybody seemed too busy to answer my questions in a timely manner.

Seamless,Straight forward and fast.No racial discrimination.

These guys were really awesome in "caring" that your move in was perfect, and it was! HOWEVER, you discover "little" things once you settle which was disappointing!

For title, I didn’t know when I was going to sign until it was about two days before it was very hectic, I had to wait a long time when I went to the office because they didn’t have everything ready, and then after they wanted me to go back and sign more papers And I live like 45 minutes away so I said no, so a very nice lady came to my house so I could sign more papers, purchased many houses throughout my life. I have never had an experience like this should Communicate better, since people are anxiously waiting to know when it’s going to close and not Just two days before we close, because we have other things to do my like work. ... I asked my customer representative, Amanda Rich to give me a paint code for the cabinets- Grey- and I am still waiting for the representative to respond to my request. It's been over two weeks. That would give you a picture how the services have been! I am not happy.

There are Lot of positives and a few negatives so I’ll just say I am 90% happy with my purchase. Thank you, the Lennar people are the best.

The interactions I had with Lennar were professional and responsive. The house is very well built; however, the finishes are low quality. My biggest disappointment is the swap I have in my backyard. During the final walkthrough, it was mentioned, and I signed off on the fix; however, after almost two months, I have standing water. I don't know if this issue is caused by a pond behind my house or if there is something else causing it. I understand the excessive rain, but even with the recent warmer weather, I still have standing water.

The house buying process was easy, if a pain. They keep bothering me with unnecessary comments.

I had very good experience, ended up buying two new house from Lennar and yes the process was little hectic but at the end of the day, good two solid houses with good quality workmanship and quality

Over all o would say a smooth experience but need to check on all financing details upfront to not have any surprises of government funding fee adding to your loan if on FHA and a great promising interests rates for sure

The only issues was that they expected me to do a task or sign something but weren't readily available for questions.

There are many construction mistakes, and they have corrected a lot of them during the warranty period.

Our experience with Lennar was pleasant! Our Community Representative(Sales Consultant) Mrs. Martha, was very helpful! She has a very bubbly personality, she's, knowledgeable, and she kept us updated throughout the entire process! Our loan officer, Mr. John, was very helpful as well! He was attentive, empathetic, and responded to emails, texts, and phone calls, PROMPTLY! The only unpleasant part of the process was underwriting!!!

Lennar has an amazing process setup for each and every aspect of home buying. Service request process is also very good, immediately things gets handled and gets resolved also. All needed and important things are well thought and placed to make life easier like Ring security, connected home Few thing which I would have liked is Some predefined interior layout options should be there like if someone needs a bigger patio or some different color kitchen cabinets. Right now its all fixed. HOA process is bad, nobody guides on that, I still don’t know for sure how to access Amenities or Pool Initial EMI payment process is also not clear, Loan servicer has not yet contacted and not clear where it make loan emi payments ... Lennar team was very informal and showed great patience throughout process.

Sales team and loan officers are dedicated to assist new buyers in every way they can to make the purchase process the most easy, friendly and hassle free.

Bought inventory home. Not bad. Some small issues with details, drywall seams, appliances, sinks, fence and counter top. Overall not a bad build. The builder and staff were helpful. The closing process was a nightmare, but overall we got a nice deal.

It would've been nice to know Verandah is located in a MUD ZONE. VERANDAH is an exurb of Greenville Texas and a exurb of Royce City Texas. That's very unique! I now empathize with citizens of Puerto Rico and DC. Located in an the nation, but unable to vote for my interest of my immediate area except the ISD. Greenville, the county seat, is approximately 20 miles away. The location is good for me, and my neighbors I've met, are friendly and excited about their new home purchase. There are not many lights on the street I live and it's pretty dark at night. This should've been looked at a little closer. There were some problems identified but the response to having them corrected has been reasonable. There should be vehicle speed signs posted. The major offenders appear to be construction workers and support personnel. Residents aren't immune from exceeding normal speed restrictions in the complex. It's a disappointment, to me, rain gutters we're not factored into the price of the home. I would have welcomed that, now that's an additional out of pocket expense for me and I hope not to run afoul of the HOA. This area is going to continue to grow and everyone who purchased here will be happy with their purchase. ... More

There were little things forgot that were supposed to be installed in the home. The ring system was hard to set up. Had to call on each piece of equipment to set up. The front line sales person seemed annoyed with the process of the transaction as well. Everytime a question was asked he acted like it was a task to give out info.

Builder response on few reported items was quite awesome and completed reported issues on time. The house orientation by the QA team was not expected though, should have spent some more time and covered each part of the house
