First time buying and I felt relief when my questions were answered with a smile. Love my home!

I am a very busy mom and didn’t care to spend a lot of time to choose every detail of the house, lennar made it easy.

Lennar Sales staff was great!!! After the winter storm, the Lennar Sale staff called to check on us.

Other builders offer 5 gallon of paint. Also others builders paint the garage for same price or for less price on the house. Whoever paint the inside of my house paint the floor in a few areas of the house. Non response I get after the closing day. Also the proses on the financial is very stressful and inconvenience. They need to be more proactive and ask for all documentation at front and not the las day of the closing day.

Bathroom room fixtures are of less expensive value. One bathroom the fixtures have already became loose. For 236k, you only get a cookie cutter type home with tiny closets in extra bedrooms. No storage space.

Do not be afraid to ask questions---make a checklist and work closely with builder, and real estate agent when possible.

The sales agent was very good; professional as well as friendly. The welcome team is excellent. The whole process was fast and efficient except for the loan application experience which was very frustrating.

Areas & homes are so beautiful

Purchasing a home from Lennar was a pretty seamless experience and an overwhelming amount of the staff is great to work with. I encountered a staff person by the name of Jennifer who was awful during the last steps of the process, but other than that everything else went well. Jennifer was rude and unprofessional, and I would not have purchased a stick of gum from her. Everyone else was very nice, professional, and helpful.

The seller response was really slow. I had to drive to the mortgage office to buy the house because of the slow email response. The Lennar support concierge never called me back and seemed not personable. Everybody seemed too busy to answer my questions in a timely manner.

For title, I didn’t know when I was going to sign until it was about two days before it was very hectic, I had to wait a long time when I went to the office because they didn’t have everything ready, and then after they wanted me to go back and sign more papers And I live like 45 minutes away so I said no, so a very nice lady came to my house so I could sign more papers, purchased many houses throughout my life. I have never had an experience like this should Communicate better, since people are anxiously waiting to know when it’s going to close and not Just two days before we close, because we have other things to do my like work. ... I asked my customer representative, Amanda Rich to give me a paint code for the cabinets- Grey- and I am still waiting for the representative to respond to my request. It's been over two weeks. That would give you a picture how the services have been! I am not happy.

The house buying process was easy, if a pain. They keep bothering me with unnecessary comments.

There are many construction mistakes, and they have corrected a lot of them during the warranty period.

Very professional in their approach and they respond to queries faster than others.

It would've been nice to know Verandah is located in a MUD ZONE. VERANDAH is an exurb of Greenville Texas and a exurb of Royce City Texas. That's very unique! I now empathize with citizens of Puerto Rico and DC. Located in an the nation, but unable to vote for my interest of my immediate area except the ISD. Greenville, the county seat, is approximately 20 miles away. The location is good for me, and my neighbors I've met, are friendly and excited about their new home purchase. There are not many lights on the street I live and it's pretty dark at night. This should've been looked at a little closer. There were some problems identified but the response to having them corrected has been reasonable. There should be vehicle speed signs posted. The major offenders appear to be construction workers and support personnel. Residents aren't immune from exceeding normal speed restrictions in the complex. It's a disappointment, to me, rain gutters we're not factored into the price of the home. I would have welcomed that, now that's an additional out of pocket expense for me and I hope not to run afoul of the HOA. You get what you pay for and its on you to make sure things are good before the warranties are over. I like the house but I knew what i was purchasing before I bought it. I have seen people complain about what is included with the house. You have to understand that this is basically the bare minimum new build. So don't expect garage door openers, ceiling fans, gutters ect... In the end its my own home, its comfortable and I love improving it myself with DIY projects. These homes are great for first time buyers.

Took a long time to build our house.

Overall a good home some issues were had but were resolved in a timely manner.

We are very happy and absolutely love our home, we are glad we chose Lennar to build our beautiful home.
