The whole process from pre-qualification for a mortgage to closing was a breeze. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It had been years since had applied for a mortgage and closed on a property. The whole process was organized like a well oiled machine. I couldn’t believe how smoothly and quickly closing went and was thankful for accommodating long distance signing. The home is beautiful and I’ve found little or nothing that needs to be addressed. The one tiny problem was handled immediately by the warranty folks over the phone. Thank you to all of the Lennar teams for a good experience.

I really love my home...but there are a few issues I need to have addressed. I have so much paperwork I can't even begin to find phone numbers to reach out to the proper channels. I love the fact that I have a warranty on my home and that I can reach out to fix some issues I'm having.

My family and I have had an excellent experience with Lennar. First off, the home and the community (Bridgewater) represent one the best values in the metroplex. The home is affordable and well built, the community and amenities are outstanding, the customer service and follow-up are immediate and both the home building and mortgage/title process are streamlined. We used Lennar for the home, finance and title so, we had the full experience. No process is perfect, but any issues that came up were addressed immediately and professionally. Most customers who buy new homes already sign up for the homes even before it is built. So it is possible to customize some of the features that the customers ask for. An example for this is the choice of appliances. However, Lennar does not provide this option. They only build houses with their rigid plans.

The quality of homes is really bad. You’ll have a hard time to get the issues fixed within the warranty period as well.

The Sales is like buy it or leave it attitude. Orientation guy super rude, had to complain to re- schedule. Title not smooth too, waiting in the lobby for 4 hours, no one come out say a word. Until buyer go inside asking for help. Maybe I am not a rich value buyer for them, but they won’t make a penny from me in the future.

We love our new community and home.

Moved in with a cracked countertop. Was told it was getting fixed and it never happened. Going on two months with nothing.

Everything is going great so far lennar is very helpful and there team are very nice polite people

LENNAR was extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. They answered all our questions, guided us through the process and I would highly recommend LENNAR to any new home owner.

From the day we signed our loan docs to our roof leaking. It’s been a journey from day one. We can only hope that the worst is behind us.

I closed on my new home in September 2023 at a great rate (under 5%) that Lennar offered and closing took exactly 30 days. I had a third party home inspection done before closing to make sure the home was built efficiently and no major issues were found. The minor issues that were found was fixed immediately. Chad (my new home consultant) was pleasant/great to work with and answered my questions/concerns quickly. I would recommend Lennar to family, friends, and acquaintances if they were looking for a new home to purchase.

Lennar have a beautiful homes and it is so very big, spacious for the price they. They have professional team to work with entire process.

I was afraid and still because all bad comments about Lennar, to be honest the home is fine and they let me know what is cover for Warranties and what no, I found nice People in all process, the findings and few claims were attenden very fast, I dont have mayor issues with my home and I receive all the said, the only think is that the neightboard still in construction and Looks like Lennar is not give us all ammenities or parks they promise, it chanched with the time, in general my experience was and still fine, Im in my first year with warranty and I dont have claims opened. pay your inspecction it helps a lot.... ... Worst sales team experience i have ever had.

Going through the loan application process was horrible. Very unfriendly to people without a realtor. Rude and not helpful or responsive to questions. Given no information on this community on how to handle utilities, HOA etc. Person doing the house walkthrough gave misinformation multiple times on how to do things. I was told by two different people that they get me a list of paint used on home, nothing. Overall it was not a good experience.

Love my new home! Absolutely adore it. I have not had the greatest experience with the salesman after I had signed the day of and put my deposit down. The QA guys were great. But they did say that my house would be cleaned before i moved in and sadly it was dirtier than it was the last time i saw it before it was officially mine. Found footprints and fast food napkins in a bedroom. The attic was left open with the light on. I have tried contacting my salesman (since he is the closest) about a few things and received nothing in return. One warranty guy was helpful on the AC problem I had (my home sat on the market for a bit and so throughout inspections and such the Freon went low, i get it, no biggie) but i had a problem with the dishwasher leaking and he said nope we can’t help with that that’s a GE problem, but come to find out it was due to the way it was setting in the spot and it was a simple fix. Other than that, it is a beautiful home and very energy efficient. I’m very happy with my purchase. To note: the financial side was little better but a few people did not answer back as quickly as they expected me to. I had to follow up a few times before i got an answer. I hired my own inspector prior to buying my home and they found a leak in the evaporator coil in the HVAC. The air coming from the vents was 67 degrees - cool, but not what it should be. Our AC never caught up in the summer and regardless of setpoint, never dropped below 76 inside. I notifed Lennar and they sent some contractor at 5pm who refused to look inside the unit in the attic. I had to hire MY own HVAC company to get a 2nd opinion. Low Nd behold, a massive leak in the evaporator coil. They never fixed it! When I spoke to our account rep, Jessica, she was very unempathtic and kept telling me it's hot outside. That's customer service? Really poor. Chris, her supervisor, also argued with me that it was hot outside but did agree to send the contractor above who proved to be useless. Long story short, and several weeks of arguing with Lennar, I had to show them the videos and report from the company I hired for them to realize I was telling the truth. Lennar does not want to help you. They leave you a phone number under your kitchen sink, and when you call it, they tell you to call your customer care rep. I asked the women on the phone the purpose of this number if she was just going to tell me to call someone else. After our evaporator coil was replaced in the HVAC, the temperature coming from the vents is 56 degrees. You should not be arguing with your home buyers on a new build and force them to PAY someone else for a second opinion. Really disappointed in the service I've received and concered if I have future issues. I have even recommend a friend, Jade, on the same street to buy here. I will no longer be refering anyone else. Also, I have been sent a docusign weeks ago with no explanation as to what it is or why my signature is needed. They just send you documents and expect you to sign. It was easy going & smooth process

The picture presented on the webpages is nothing, like my house looks like. I feel like I was totally railroaded. All the videos of what I was showing that I would receive, I did not. From the outside to the in. it is nothing like I was shown. When I try to contact somebody for help, it takes days and talking to 20 different people in order to get some thing done. It has been an absolute nightmare. I would never refer any of them to anyone who is in the market for a house.

The total experience with Sales person, title, inspection were bad. In order for Lennar to be great company to trust, the ground work from. Sales and other areas should be good but my experience was very disappointing.

Great experience with Lennar, Ahmed was our loan officer he was very welcoming . every question we had about tuning in paper work he would be on top of it and got us taking care of we now live in our new home we love it thanks Lennar !!
