Loan officer was very inexperienced and could reply to questions. At last experienced loan officer explained things better. Also faced that questions were answered late than expected. Overall experience is good, but could be better .

I worked with Ann @ Linden Hills in Little Elm, TX. Ann is very professional from the point of finding a home that best fit my needs to answering many questions and concerns I had regarding the process. She helped in all aspect of the purchase process including working with the Lender and she was very responsive throughout the process. If you are interested in buying with Lennar, I strongly recommend to contact Ann. Thank you Ann for such a remarkable experience!!

Happy we got a home but

So the home is nice for the most part, the yard is a good size. My only concerns were that the closing was a bit of a mess and it was hard to get a hold of certain people. Also. We have had an ant problem since the day we moved in and we’ve even paid to have someone come and spray but they keep coming in through the walls

Good experience. Some lack of communication during the closing process but it all worked out. Good interest rate but overall price for the house is too high. But it's 2024 and housing prices are insane anyways.

Make sure to check everything before closing. They will rush you saying you will miss the closing by promising we will do it later. After closing, they will change it saying you have to reach out to warranty team. This is ridiculous. Hvac switches are interchanged, light dome is missing. Backyard landscaping screwed up. Lot more to say.. Sales person involve in everything and when you say something is not right, the response is let construction team handles it. Shame!!
Lennar responded:
Hi there, we want to apologize for your experience feeling rushed. We thank you for your feedback and we will be sharing your review with our leaders to improve. -Lennar Customer Care

This was, hands down the best home buying experience I've ever had. First off, I had very few issues. The quality and care is a cut above the home building industries. The builder is either on top of problems before they get to you, or they have somehow attracted the best workers. Lennar is super organized with answers to questions you didn't know you'd have available at your fingertips. They have reasonable prices without choosing cheap materials. I would absolutely buy Lennar again in the future.

From beginning to end, this home-buying experience has been a nightmare. The salesman was unresponsive to our issue with an unfinished garage wall. The Title Company used by the builder was also responsive to our requests to meet in person for the purchase agreement signing. Worst of all, they recorded the WRONG names with the county. When asked when it would be corrected, I had to file two complaints with Headquarters in order to get things fixed. As of yet, they are still not recording our requested language in the warranty deed, as other title companies have done for us, after putting us ...
Lennar responded:
Hi Hsiu, we apologize for the lack of responsiveness that you experienced from our sales team. We also want to apologize for not recording the correct language in the warranty deed as this is something that is crucial for your understanding. We are going to communicate these frustrating experiences with our customer care team for review. -Lennar Customer Care

The worst new home buying experience I've ever had. The service level is the lowest I've ever seen. It's like buying a double-wide at Walmart.

The whole process from pre-qualification for a mortgage to closing was a breeze. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It had been years since had applied for a mortgage and closed on a property. The whole process was organized like a well oiled machine. I couldn’t believe how smoothly and quickly closing went and was thankful for accommodating long distance signing. The home is beautiful and I’ve found little or nothing that needs to be addressed. The one tiny problem was handled immediately by the warranty folks over the phone. Thank you to all of the Lennar teams for a good experience.

I really love my home...but there are a few issues I need to have addressed. I have so much paperwork I can't even begin to find phone numbers to reach out to the proper channels. I love the fact that I have a warranty on my home and that I can reach out to fix some issues I'm having.

My family and I have had an excellent experience with Lennar. First off, the home and the community (Bridgewater) represent one the best values in the metroplex. The home is affordable and well built, the community and amenities are outstanding, the customer service and follow-up are immediate and both the home building and mortgage/title process are streamlined. We used Lennar for the home, finance and title so, we had the full experience. No process is perfect, but any issues that came up were addressed immediately and professionally. Lennar does truly want their customers to be ...

Needs to provide options for customers

Most customers who buy new homes already sign up for the homes even before it is built. So it is possible to customize some of the features that the customers ask for. An example for this is the choice of appliances. However, Lennar does not provide this option. They only build houses with their rigid plans.

The Sales is like buy it or leave it attitude. Orientation guy super rude, had to complain to re- schedule. Title not smooth too, waiting in the lobby for 4 hours, no one come out say a word. Until buyer go inside asking for help. Maybe I am not a rich value buyer for them, but they won’t make a penny from me in the future.
