The homes are well finished, with an excellent location and with all its services.

I signed on my home, on that day I had a water leak and the front bath floor was flooded, my dishwasher fell out of the island and the whole ring thing is a mess that was never explained to me. You should note that six weeks later I still do not have a vanity or sink in that bathroom! I had little to no orientation and had no help finding out how to get assistance. You had NO trouble telling me how much money you needed and when you expected it!

Our experience with Lennar was pleasant! Our Community Representative(Sales Consultant) Mrs. Martha, was very helpful! She has a very bubbly personality, she's, knowledgeable, and she kept us updated throughout the entire process! Our loan officer, Mr. John, was very helpful as well! He was attentive, empathetic, and responded to emails, texts, and phone calls, PROMPTLY! The only unpleasant part of the process was underwriting!!!

Everything went very smoothly from beginning to handing over. Lennar staff were professional, efficient and polite. Would recommend them highly.

Wish that they would pay closer attention to detail and fix the problems vs slowly fixing issues.

I think the hardest part would just be waiting for the house to be release for sale but once the house is ready everything is just so smooth from Sales to Mortgage and everyone from Lennar. Kudos to our sales person Kristian and mortgage team Cody.

The underwriting process was a complete mess. My close date had to be moved because of this. The underwriter and processor were so difficult to work with, I got approved a day before closing. The processor would not answer calls or emails and would keep requesting for the same document even though it had been uploaded multiple times. She would not call to clarify or nothing. The people in the office gave me a hard time, they were no help in getting the mail key and kept referring me to usps. I had to report the matter to higher ups to get the mail box issue fixed. Since moving in, I have had terrible red ant issues, the house is not properly sealed and red ants be coming in the house through the cracks in the wall/foundation. I have had to get pest control to come spray the house exterior and interior. The back of the gas burner had a massive hole that was not properly sealed and this was another entry for ants. The baseboards were not properly sealed too and ants were coming out of baseboard/trims and I had to seal them myself. I can imagine the amount of damages the ants will do behind the trim. Purchased house jun 30 2023 I wish to share my experience and service work along with suggestions: after you do a final walk through for items requiring fixing please confirm completion prior to moving -look at outside garage door dents, air conditioner dents too! We forwarded additional list once moved in : 2 kitchen doors cracked, coming apart at the corner & sink scratched, carpet nails showing at entrance of rooms, carpet didn’t meet warped baseboard, garbage disposal-no guard ( workman left it at the door for me to install. ) I used side gate, noticed air conditioner grid had a dent contacted worker, he said it was probably the mowers that did it on the final mow -worker said he would replace it. Front lawn underground sprinkler hoses showing worker stated he would come bury them Received text worker coming next day - no show I ended up purchasing dirt, burying them. Smoke detector keeps going off , no response from worker. Plus my ring shows my neighbors front door still working on that as I’m needing to call ring. I asked for an update on pending repairs last Monday and still no response! I wish Lenner would take pride into their repairs and houses. Thank you and good luck ... More

Great experience with builder. They are very attentive to issues and helped with the mortgage process.

I wouldn’t buy a Lennar home again. I have been trying nearly two months to get warranty items repaired. One being my front door lock. I have to make a 10 mile round trip to pick up my mail as my mail box station has been broken five plus months. And the list goes on.

Great place to live and great place to buy

Lennar made everything so easy. From touring models through financing, this was one of the most efficient and pleasant experiences ever. And the home and community are absolutely amazing. Highly recommend Lennar to help lay down your roots!

Very professional in their approach and they respond to queries faster than others.

Home quality is very disappointing. The walls and door were not smoothened. It is very sharp, adults and kids get scratch and hurt when hitting the walls, doors and door holders. Flooring was not fully settled and humpy bumpy

Lennar has an amazing process setup for each and every aspect of home buying. Service request process is also very good, immediately things gets handled and gets resolved also. All needed and important things are well thought and placed to make life easier like Ring security, connected home Few thing which I would have liked is Some predefined interior layout options should be there like if someone needs a bigger patio or some different color kitchen cabinets. Right now its all fixed. HOA process is bad, nobody guides on that, I still don’t know for sure how to access Amenities or Pool Initial EMI payment process is also not clear, Loan servicer has not yet contacted and not clear where it make loan emi payments ... After our 3rd party inspection the construction super assured us all of the items would be addressed by closing inspection. Half were not. It took weeks for him to address the deficiencies after closing. I had to contact him multiple times to have the repairs addressed. One item is a tilted roof vent. The construction inspector contacted the roofing company and they said, "It is good enough." I expected Lennar to hold their contractors responsible for quality workmanship and fight for the home buyer. They did not. Every time I pull in the driveway I see the tilted the roof vent and it makes me frustrated with Lennar for how they handled it. ... More

Very poor craftsmanship.A few things already broke and we've only been in a little over a month. They stated that certain repairs had been done when they didn't. Poor materials used. Very poor roof craftsmanship. At closing they only gave us an envelope with a few papers instead of a full packet with copies of everything. 2 months in and we still don't know how to pay our HOA. No one ever informed us. Their new home orientation process is horrible. They don't do blue tape, instead they have to take pictures of everything which takes forever. Overall just not a pleasant experience.

Lennar team was very informal and showed great patience throughout process.

A lot of issues have arisen since home has been purchased. It has been a month & conveniently it seems harder to get issues resolved once house has been purchased.

From the sales to the mortgage officer and the construction supervisor as well as the warranty contact and the person that did the final walk through with me, Everyone was great.

I have to say that I am very satisfied with all the entire experience. I read very negative post and reviews on internet about lennar, but my experience with them have been very positive.

Some of the wrong materials were used. Example: wardrobe keys were used for the room keys.

The home was dirty when I moved in. It took me forever to unpack because I had to clean before I started unpacking and clean as I went along. The baseboards were filthy. The paint job was really sloppy. I’m still cleaning up paint spills and splatters off the vinyl plank flooring. Also having to touch up paint on the walls and baseboards. Communication skills were poor not only with customers, but amongst yourselves.
