We love our new community and home.

Moved in with a cracked countertop. Was told it was getting fixed and it never happened. Going on two months with nothing.

Everything is going great so far lennar is very helpful and there team are very nice polite people

the above did a most wonderful job of us purchasing a home. The process was easier than I had thought. These 2 people made purchasing this home an exciting experience

From the day we signed our loan docs to our roof leaking. It’s been a journey from day one. We can only hope that the worst is behind us.

I closed on my new home in September 2023 at a great rate (under 5%) that Lennar offered and closing took exactly 30 days. I had a third party home inspection done before closing to make sure the home was built efficiently and no major issues were found. The minor issues that were found was fixed immediately. Chad (my new home consultant) was pleasant/great to work with and answered my questions/concerns quickly. I would recommend Lennar to family, friends, and acquaintances if they were looking for a new home to purchase.

Lennar have a beautiful homes and it is so very big, spacious for the price they. They have professional team to work with entire process.

I was afraid and still because all bad comments about Lennar, to be honest the home is fine and they let me know what is cover for Warranties and what no, I found nice People in all process, the findings and few claims were attenden very fast, I dont have mayor issues with my home and I receive all the said, the only think is that the neightboard still in construction and Looks like Lennar is not give us all ammenities or parks they promise, it chanched with the time, in general my experience was and still fine, Im in my first year with warranty and I dont have claims opened. pay your inspecction it helps a lot.... ... Worst sales team experience i have ever had.

Going through the loan application process was horrible. Very unfriendly to people without a realtor. Rude and not helpful or responsive to questions. Given no information on this community on how to handle utilities, HOA etc. Person doing the house walkthrough gave misinformation multiple times on how to do things. I was told by two different people that they get me a list of paint used on home, nothing. Overall it was not a good experience.

Love my new home! Absolutely adore it. I have not had the greatest experience with the salesman after I had signed the day of and put my deposit down. The QA guys were great. But they did say that my house would be cleaned before i moved in and sadly it was dirtier than it was the last time i saw it before it was officially mine. Found footprints and fast food napkins in a bedroom. The attic was left open with the light on. I have tried contacting my salesman (since he is the closest) about a few things and received nothing in return. One warranty guy was helpful on the AC problem I had (my home sat on the market for a bit and so throughout inspections and such the Freon went low, i get it, no biggie) but i had a problem with the dishwasher leaking and he said nope we can’t help with that that’s a GE problem, but come to find out it was due to the way it was setting in the spot and it was a simple fix. Other than that, it is a beautiful home and very energy efficient. I’m very happy with my purchase. To note: the financial side was little better but a few people did not answer back as quickly as they expected me to. I had to follow up a few times before i got an answer. Plus closing was incredibly easy, but when i had questions about closing i had to ask family because i didn’t get answers from the company on either side, sales or financial. ... More

I hired my own inspector prior to buying my home and they found a leak in the evaporator coil in the HVAC. The air coming from the vents was 67 degrees - cool, but not what it should be. Our AC never caught up in the summer and regardless of setpoint, never dropped below 76 inside. I notifed Lennar and they sent some contractor at 5pm who refused to look inside the unit in the attic. I had to hire MY own HVAC company to get a 2nd opinion. Low Nd behold, a massive leak in the evaporator coil. They never fixed it! When I spoke to our account rep, Jessica, she was very unempathtic and kept telling me it's hot outside. That's customer service? Really poor. Chris, her supervisor, also argued with me that it was hot outside but did agree to send the contractor above who proved to be useless. Long story short, and several weeks of arguing with Lennar, I had to show them the videos and report from the company I hired for them to realize I was telling the truth. Lennar does not want to help you. They leave you a phone number under your kitchen sink, and when you call it, they tell you to call your customer care rep. I asked the women on the phone the purpose of this number if she was just going to tell me to call someone else. After our evaporator coil was replaced in the HVAC, the temperature coming from the vents is 56 degrees. You should not be arguing with your home buyers on a new build and force them to PAY someone else for a second opinion. Really disappointed in the service I've received and concered if I have future issues. I have even recommend a friend, Jade, on the same street to buy here. I will no longer be refering anyone else. Also, I have been sent a docusign weeks ago with no explanation as to what it is or why my signature is needed. They just send you documents and expect you to sign. It was easy going & smooth process

The picture presented on the webpages is nothing, like my house looks like. I feel like I was totally railroaded. All the videos of what I was showing that I would receive, I did not. From the outside to the in. it is nothing like I was shown. When I try to contact somebody for help, it takes days and talking to 20 different people in order to get some thing done. It has been an absolute nightmare. I would never refer any of them to anyone who is in the market for a house.

The total experience with Sales person, title, inspection were bad. In order for Lennar to be great company to trust, the ground work from. Sales and other areas should be good but my experience was very disappointing.

Great experience with Lennar, Ahmed was our loan officer he was very welcoming . every question we had about tuning in paper work he would be on top of it and got us taking care of we now live in our new home we love it thanks Lennar !!

The homes are well finished, with an excellent location and with all its services.

I signed on my home, on that day I had a water leak and the front bath floor was flooded, my dishwasher fell out of the island and the whole ring thing is a mess that was never explained to me. You should note that six weeks later I still do not have a vanity or sink in that bathroom! I had little to no orientation and had no help finding out how to get assistance. You had NO trouble telling me how much money you needed and when you expected it!

Our experience with Lennar was pleasant! Our Community Representative(Sales Consultant) Mrs. Martha, was very helpful! She has a very bubbly personality, she's, knowledgeable, and she kept us updated throughout the entire process! Our loan officer, Mr. John, was very helpful as well! He was attentive, empathetic, and responded to emails, texts, and phone calls, PROMPTLY! The only unpleasant part of the process was underwriting!!!

Everything went very smoothly from beginning to handing over. Lennar staff were professional, efficient and polite. Would recommend them highly.

Wish that they would pay closer attention to detail and fix the problems vs slowly fixing issues.
