We’re Thankful

Our main concern is that we weren’t given the information we’d asked for. We didn’t know that there is Soltera South and North. We asked the salesperson about the HOA charges which are very high but she didn’t explain to us. We were looking for a home at Solitera but this lady didn’t give us full information about the location of Solitera amenities. We’re disappointed by this. We feel we’re scammed. There’s no Lenner in main soltera. We the south Soltera we’re paying HOA double for what isn’t benefiting us directly. I feel that we’re scammed by Lenner using Soltera name to sale their homes. ...

Was so surprised how seamless the process was from searching to finding the right lender. A new build just outside the city in a quiet area that starting to be developed. Excited to host in my new space and see what comes of the surrounding areas.

Jeremy was very patient and kind. He made the process less painful. It was a quick process too. The quality of the home is standard. There were a few things that I feel could have been done differently. But all in all a good investment and experience. I would recommend this builder to friends and family. Matter of fact, I have recommended my friends and family to buy from Lennar. I think Lennar produces a good product for the amount paid.

Purchase experience was great. Our home address on google map is erroneous. All navigation apps take me to a different location. Despite repeated requests for corrections it is still not resolved.

My House Review after 2 months

Fast process of buying, adjusting of price and accessibility was very convenient. Till now, no mayor issues with the house quality/material used to build. Only thing I will highly suggest or highlight is for Lennar to keep an eye on the labor quality. It’s was obvious to see that the work/building crew did some mediocre job. Some electric wires were crossed and wrong installed. Fence was not completely closed in, shower drainage cover was glued to the floor instead screwed.

Overall extremely smooth process. The build quality and materials arent near as good as older generation homes you can tell they cut corners to pump them out. They do deserve credit as the home team does repair what is messed up so praise to them and credit where due.

We have now been in our home for 2 months. So glad we have a year warranty and boy have I been having to place warranty requests! Todays request really makes me sad because there is water leaking from the washroom wall and we had to use the emergency water shut off. Fortunately they get back with requests quickly. Unfortunately this one sounds major

I really love my home...but there are a few issues I need to have addressed. I have so much paperwork I can't even begin to find phone numbers to reach out to the proper channels. I love the fact that I have a warranty on my home and that I can reach out to fix some issues I'm having.

Love my new home! Absolutely adore it. I have not had the greatest experience with the salesman after I had signed the day of and put my deposit down. The QA guys were great. But they did say that my house would be cleaned before i moved in and sadly it was dirtier than it was the last time i saw it before it was officially mine. Found footprints and fast food napkins in a bedroom. The attic was left open with the light on. I have tried contacting my salesman (since he is the closest) about a few things and received nothing in return. One warranty guy was helpful on the AC problem I had (my ...

Quality teams need to do additional work

Quality of material and workmanship are good. However, final checks require improvement. Few examples: Entrance door was missing screws. Garage floor has paint and lots of dust. For every ticket (for issues), I submit, I am required to submit virtual session, enable video to capture the details. While the owner is in the process of move (packing, moving, un-packing, setup utilities..etc), it is extremely difficult to cater time for a virtual sessions + schedule repairs..etc. Instead of virtual sessions, I suggest enhancing your issue submission application to allow capturing the ...

Some of the items were missing post closing which were part of plan. When I raised request each team is pointing to others. No one communicated that these items were not part of the house I purchased, but as per them it’s a known issue for some houses.

Back Yard Mud Pit

  • Ezell M.

  • December 27, 2022
  • Crandall, TX

We called out that there was water accumulation in the back yard that was not dissipating prior to purchase. It was listed as an exception to close. The water did dissipate some but not completely. This is a huge inconvenience as we have dogs and every time they go outside, when they return, the dogs muddy up the floor. During closing and after closing the Lennar Rep did make contact. We turned off the water sprinklers a week after we purchased house and the mud/water has remained, to this day. I will be contacting the rep after the holidays to see about getting this remediated. In ...

The only issue I had was with submitting my Closing Costs. I used the directions provided to me and both times my wire was returned to me. I lost my wire processing fee of $30.00 and an additional $45.00 twice when the funds were returned to my Bank Account. I found it frustrating that I did what was asked and it cost me a lot of money.

Just how cheap all the materials used are.

Decent price for the location, very good price for size of house and lot given the current house situation. Materials used is a joke; from the pre-installed kitchen appliances (the stove vent doesn't even vent anywhere HAHA!), to the paint, the floor to the roof. It is all of the least expensive material. I can appreciate cutting costs for the homeowner however to what end? The homeowner will more than likely have to replace most of the cheap material very soon anyway. Oh and their warranty program is a joke. I still have paint all over my floor, someone came by attempted to clean a small ...
