Though the process was relatively quick the communication throughout the entire process needs work. I did have a third party inspection on my home and thankfully it was mostly cosmetic issues but there was a lot of sloppy work done on the home and some of it had to be redone prior to closing. The concrete driveway and sidewalks are sub-par and very sloppily done. They did a bad patch job where they chipped the concrete when removing the forms. The sales person was not helpful at all, most of the time she doesn't answer back or for the few times she did she was giving wrong information, my new neighbor had the same issue as well. Otherwise some of the floors in the house are not well leveled and also I fund some studs and trush buried under the sod and makes me question the quality of work and not trust your company. One good thing, the QA person who was in the final walk-through inspection was knowledgeable and had a good attitude.

After purchasing a home, it has ALWAYS been courteous of the sales/realtor to leave a gift basket especially since we are moving from out of state. We didn’t even receive a folder of suggested services. Our pipe burst within the first week we moved in and flooded the laundry and bedroom to where the carpet had to be replaced. That got fixed with 3 weeks of being inconvenienced. The sewer manhole is bubbling with sewage to the point where huge trucks are emptying it on a daily basis. We are inconvenienced AGAIN. So there’s a reason all the inspectors have a running joke about Lennar homes- because the blue tape walkthroughs are a joke. An entire cabinet in my kitchen is currently cracked completely in half. They installed it that way! The paint on my walls chips off if a fly lands on it. The workers are loud, messy, and lazy. There’s no standards on who they will hire as long as they do it fast, Lennar doesn’t care. My lawn is full of sunflowers from workers spitting seeds everywhere and construction trash is constantly in my yard. The “landscaping” is awful- the 3 bushes they planted are completely ...

Poor quality material, I requested a paper copy of the HOA bylaws, I was told by the HOA that LENNAR Title should provide that to me. Traci ignored all my calls regarding that. When I purchased my home from first Texas the HOA package was given to me on the day of closing. Money ain’t everything, no one cares about customer satisfaction

There was no effort to make the new home buying experience nice. I have bought 4 other new homes and this experience was the worst by a long shot. Additionally, the quality of the home is very poor, from appliances to dry wall work to doors not closing properly.

From two weeks after signing the purchase agreement, you can see the disorganization. The sales consultant was disorganized, inattentive, and unprofessional. Communication between loan officer, title company and sales consultant is non existent. No one knew when anything was happening until I told them. Communication fell off a cliff after purchase of home and could not contact team unless I physically drove out there. Deadlines were continuously missed and since moving in there have been many things falling apart that should not be. We like our home. However, the customer service experience is not great and horribly inconsistent. We would never recommend using Lennar Mortgage, terrible experience. I don’t think we would ever purchase a Lennar home again.

Homeowners are doing their part of maintaining their properties. However, LANNAR is lacking on their part. Overgrown grass and weed make it difficult to use the sidewalks. In addition, to getting bit by animals or reptiles in the Overgrown grass and crap grass.

Make sure to check everything before closing. They will rush you saying you will miss the closing by promising we will do it later. After closing, they will change it saying you have to reach out to warranty team. This is ridiculous. Hvac switches are interchanged, light dome is missing. Backyard landscaping screwed up. Lot more to say.. Sales person involve in everything and when you say something is not right, the response is let construction team handles it. Shame!!

There were many construction issues with the house whenever I did my final walk-through on 2/17, when the house was set to close on 2/22. As this community does not “blue tape“, I was asked to email all of the issues to the construction manager so that repairs can be made prior to closing. They set another walk-through for 2/21, at 4:30 PM. When I got there, most of the issues were fixed, but there were still plenty others that had not been addressed. Overall the buying experience wasn't as bad. My issues started with the home inspection after the build and then after I was told that all repairs had been taken care off which was not the case once I had closed. Make sure you are detailed on the home inspections, some of the materials used, specially for all the cabinetry are what I consider very low quality. From talking to my neighbors, it appears that the builder had many homes with the same issues within the neighborhood which shows either a lack of quality control and/or using sub par contractors.
