House quality fell short. Building timeline was continually pushed back because of labor shortages. Over priced home with no input from consumer. Lennar took advantage of inventory shortage and watered down its brand for the sake of a dollar. I real shame.

The craftsmanship put into our brand new home is absolutely atrocious and frankly, I am appalled. From the sales staff to the construction manager and everyone in between, it has been an awful experience. Corners were cut while finishing our brand new home and it looks terrible. I want Lennar held responsible for hiring a dependable high quality finish carpentry company to come and fix the embarrassingly low quality, garbage level of work we are forced to live with and pay for. False advertisement about amenities and closing process rushed

The Cypress Creek West website explicitly stated amenities, swimming pool and children's playground would be onsite. However, after the earnest money deposit is made (which I would loose if I withdrew) I later discovered these amenities are located in different communities across the street, requiring shared access. Worst experience with Lennar start to finish

We had the worst experience in home buying with Lennar in Princeton. The sales agent Connor Frank was rude, arrogant and held a lot of information just to make the sale. There were numerous issues with the house and the workmanship which were not properly addressed before closing. After closing there is no one interested in resolving the issues. Connor Frank is the worst agent you could possibly come across and Lennar is possibly the work builder to buy a home. They have stopped responding to calls and texts and do not want to resolve the issues even under the warranty.

Everything I see is nothing but a rip off. Want your money, after that no follow up on customer to see how things are. Never heard from salesperson to see if I was happy and how everything is going. Never will I buy from Lennar again.

Cheap material used for homes read the contract if they run out of materials they use what ever they have and for the concrete make sure your drive way looks good cuz they are chipped.

I canot begain to state how regrettful i am in buying this Lennar home. The workmanship is the worst ive ever seen in my 69 years. Nothing is plumb nor levell. The exterior concrete looks DRUNK. Not one construction joint is streight or level. The exterior siding has dips and vallys between the wall studs. After extremely heavy rains locally the exterior siding has decided to show is poor instilation. I cannot begain to comment on how sorry i am today for buying this Lennar home. Concierge was practically useless. Sales liason doesn't respond. They don't give a crap about your schedule or preferences. We see water drain issues in the yard within a month of home purchase.

The picture presented on the webpages is nothing, like my house looks like. I feel like I was totally railroaded. All the videos of what I was showing that I would receive, I did not. From the outside to the in. it is nothing like I was shown. When I try to contact somebody for help, it takes days and talking to 20 different people in order to get some thing done. It has been an absolute nightmare. I would never refer any of them to anyone who is in the market for a house.

I signed on my home, on that day I had a water leak and the front bath floor was flooded, my dishwasher fell out of the island and the whole ring thing is a mess that was never explained to me. You should note that six weeks later I still do not have a vanity or sink in that bathroom! I had little to no orientation and had no help finding out how to get assistance. You had NO trouble telling me how much money you needed and when you expected it!

Lennar is TERRIBLE. They would say anything just to get your foot in the door and the contract signed. Then they delay and delay. They even take away promised features just to get the unit “completed” quickly. They promised the Flo water shut off, then didn’t install it because “they ran out”. On the day of closing, I pointed out that my roof is missing ALL circulation vents, and they responded “oh we must have ran out” but I forced them to install it. Warranty team doesn’t want to fix anything, and are not nice. Overall experience was terrible. No communication, and terrible build quality. ...

My experience was less than satisfying. At least I made it through the absolute train wreck from start to my 5 hour cluster of a closing experience and thought I could live happily in my home. But, NO!! Lennar didn't schedule a final inspection for the loan and out of the blue nearly 2 months after I close I find out they are threatening legal against me for them not scheduling an inspection??? This is beyond ridiculous!!

The Builder is not Acceptible.

I would say to prospective homebuyers, Run! Do not stop in the office go as fast as you can to a better, reliable, more professional builder that will use quality products and stand behind their workmanship! I owned my house for a month and is already showing signs of decay that are not covered by the so-called warranty.

First was told that its was not a special tax district and it is. Quality of build is not good and have to have customer service fix things after the fact. Waived escrow for property tax and now Lennar is going back on the contract…Worst experience ever. I wish i never bought the home

During my homebuying process I was stationed in Fort Bliss, Texas and was unable to view the property that I intended to close on. So, imagine my surprise when I show up to my recently purchased home (purchased 1/24/22 and arrived 2/25/22) and saw I was missing these essential daily items. I paid 241,000 for a home and it didn't come with a garage door opener or a doorbell. It also didn't come with a refrigerator, and where I come from in Texas that's standard. Terrible buying experience. Poor building quality

Company agent was not responsive and not helpful at all, Sometimes he was rude. Home came in poor quality material, Ac was not working in some homes, they did not refuse to fix it but they did not send someone so far. Some items were missing , we request it , they took 3 weeks to deliver it. Giving you excuse when you call them. They overpriced their by 6k in order to sell it, which is not legal. but they still charge it otherwise you can refuse to get it.
