Mortgage process was more painful that an inquisition. Materials and workmanship is pretty cheap. House wasn't cleaned before handed over to me and it has way too many repairs that need to be done, the more toy look, the more you find. Won't recommend Lennar not even to my worst enemy.

Attitude of sales guy,the disappointment with closing dates

Seller wasn't the most responsive, has an attitude and seem like there was no accountability within the system when reported to higher ups. Closing moved 5 times, family stayed in an extended stay for 2months. Home orientation scheduled while home was not completed yet and then threatened for not completing orientation on an incomplete building. Displeasure about the whole process

I will never buy another lennar home and will make sure anyone I know or see looking into lennar hear how terrible this company is from the lies I’ve been told to how terrible the house was put together the builders drink on the job the loan officers don’t know what half of the stuff they send you is the person I did my final walk through with lied to me saying everything that needed repairing would be finished b4 I moved and wasn’t and he didn’t even submit requests for the repairs the home consultant I worked with was terrible didn’t give me any info at all and refused to submit a request ...

There was very little communication!

They do not communicate with the buyer. Don't return calls. Very difficult to work with. I actually never talked to the builder.

Lennar tricks you by telling you that certain things are included, items are installed to code, floor plans, etc. Then you find problems with everything. Lennar - Actual experience Window coverings (shades) included - not on all windows. Electrical installed to code - so far lights and outlets were found that did not meet code Painting will be complete right after walkthrough - it’s been 2 months and still is not complete Standard windows - that don’t open (imagine your smoke detector going off every time you cook) We will leave the spare tile for you - did not leave spare ...

House quality fell short. Building timeline was continually pushed back because of labor shortages. Over priced home with no input from consumer. Lennar took advantage of inventory shortage and watered down its brand for the sake of a dollar. I real shame.

The craftsmanship put into our brand new home is absolutely atrocious and frankly, I am appalled. From the sales staff to the construction manager and everyone in between, it has been an awful experience. Corners were cut while finishing our brand new home and it looks terrible. I want Lennar held responsible for hiring a dependable high quality finish carpentry company to come and fix the embarrassingly low quality, garbage level of work we are forced to live with and pay for. If i could go back in time and tell myself to not do it i would!!!! Rude incompetent people. No communication. I will never EVER suggest Lennar to ANYONE not even my worst enemy. False advertisement about amenities and closing process rushed

The Cypress Creek West website explicitly stated amenities, swimming pool and children's playground would be onsite. Worst experience with Lennar start to finish

We had the worst experience in home buying with Lennar in Princeton. The sales agent Connor Frank was rude, arrogant and held a lot of information just to make the sale. There were numerous issues with the house and the workmanship which were not properly addressed before closing. After closing there is no one interested in resolving the issues. Connor Frank is the worst agent you could possibly come across and Lennar is possibly the work builder to buy a home. They have stopped responding to calls and texts and do not want to resolve the issues even under the warranty.

Cheap material used for homes read the contract if they run out of materials they use what ever they have and for the concrete make sure your drive way looks good cuz they are chipped.
