Norman was excellent. Really the glue that held the whole thing together. That said, allowing the pipes to freeze with water pressure still in them, and the subsequent damage and delays that followed due to the water damage was an utterly stupid failure. Other than that, everything has been great. We enjoy the house very much.

The house itself is great but the buying experience was difficult. There was a 1 month delay in closing and when I requested to change lenders (more than 1 month before the new close date) I was denied and told I would lose the house if I changed lenders. This made the process more difficult because Lennar Mortgage was the absolute worst part of my buying experience.

Good builder great experience

Very bad experience with our sales rep. No understanding of customer service. Luckily there is good customer support and great contract manager site.

Nothing . - I hated my self for buying such low workmanship and poor quality home. Both are below standard. It’s not what I expected form a reputable builder such Lennar. If I have other choices I would have walked out In a heartbeat. I could go on and on how bad it is, but every time I thing about how stupid I was for buying such low quality home I get depressed.

This was my first home buying experience. If it wasn’t for my realtor helping me understand the process, I had no idea what was going on. A lot of the walk through issues were not fixed properly.

Slowly finding minor issues and shortcuts that the builders took. I,e., homes don’t have ANY storage space, electrical sockets cutout too big- tried to patch up. Paint patch ups are different colors. Silicone and paint mess ups. Trash wasn’t picked up out of heard before grading and layers of grass put out.

Sahil went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I where completely updated and informed on how each step of the home buying process works. With this being our first home I am very thankful that we had Sahil in our corner. He helped ease all my stress many nights. Overall just an amazing experience

Very nice home for us to downsize to. Love the energy efficient put in the homes. Love the sidewalks for walking ,the gym and the pool great for us to workout doing my water aerobics and would love it even more if it was heated so I could exercise year round. We love it here at Wildcat Ranch in Crandall Texas 75114

I loved everything from beginning to finish except for Lennar Mortgage Company. I think they need to do a better job than what they are doing presently. Minus this, every other things we score 100%

You have to double check to make sure issues are fixed properly to make sure things are working even thought they said everything is fixed…

All the design and quality of furnishings with trims is great, they also gave special attention to the backyard and put very detailed work in the fences etc,

First time buying and I felt relief when my questions were answered with a smile. Love my home!
