I would like to see better quality materials used. Better workmanship. It didn’t seem like there was construction supervision.

You Get What You Pay For

Our closing was delayed 3 months. Fair, I understand building materials and labor have dried up. The day after we move in, our master bathroom’s toilet flooded due to contractors having put waste in the plumbing. The flooding ruined our entire first floor and a lot of personal property. It took 4 emails and 2 voicemails before we finally got in contact with the customer care manager and got the issue resolved On top of all of that, even after our final walk through, there were paint stains all over the floor, nicks in the walls, drawers that don’t stay closed, garage door didn’t work, mud ...

There was very little communication!

They do not communicate with the buyer. Don't return calls. Very difficult to work with. I actually never talked to the builder.

Nothing . - I hated my self for buying such low workmanship and poor quality home. Both are below standard. It’s not what I expected form a reputable builder such Lennar. If I have other choices I would have walked out In a heartbeat. I could go on and on how bad it is, but every time I thing about how stupid I was for buying such low quality home I get depressed.

Poor response and pressured into closing

Very poor and shoddy work. They forgot to add gas line in patio and did that the day of closing in a haphazard manner and not the way it was in the agreed plan. The dug the backyard and were not willing to reimburse anything. The fans started making noise the week after and they are not willing to fix or replace them. Their whole customer service is a charade and they try not to fix anything. When I refuse to sign off on a ticket I raised for Fan issue, they closed the ticket on their end saying the issue is fixed without any explanation.
