It was great! It worked out!

I am an existing homeowner believed Lennar for best home home buying experience. However, it is not same after closing. Be aware of the promises. Do not blindly trust by brand name. Know the fact that there are very good other builders. If there is no other option other than going with Lennar, please prepare for nightmares.

How available and helpful job wexlar in the sales office and dalton with the warranty team were. They were always friendly and ready to assist

Of course quality material is essential, but better is when it comes with an amazing customer service. Not saying we did not face some challenges along the way, but every time the Lennar team was open to listening to and find a solution.

I gave my review. The Truth is the Truth. This home purchase has been a train crash from the start.

So, I paid almost $200K for this house. It had a stove, Microwave and Dishwasher. No refrigerator. I had to turn around and buy one. Also, a few times that I have called in with issues, I got no return call, and my case was closed without comment.

This was our first time buying a house and out experience with Lennar was excellent

Very professional encounter, overall a pleasant experience

Within the first week my whole front yard was dug out and clogged up toilets due to pipes broken by construction workers. The same issue for all my neighbors. It took 5 months for them to completely pay their sellers fees. Once you close they wash their hands of you.

We found our dream home and Paul Gage helped us a lot. I recommend Lennar for those looking a new house,And Thank you for a good job.
