This is our 3rd New Lennar Home. We have had one in Plano, TX, Houston, TX, and now, Cross Roads, TX. Each one was built with quality and attention to detail. Our total experience from the first viewing of the home with the Lennar Sales Rep, to the finance officer, through the closing, and the move in were all totally outstanding.

Me and my wife had what felt like a very smooth purchase. They were flexible with us on getting paperwork done. They also had everything setup and the in house lending was great. The only thing I would say is we are starting to notice some issues come up around the house and it's not many at all. Since we are first time home owners we could be digging a little too deep at things but, we are going to bring them up on our first year inspection. The house is beautiful though and the co.munity seems nice and we love our house.

I like the house I bought, but I don’t love it. I think Lennar should stop trying to build homes so fast. Quality means so much more to me than speed. There have been several issues that I have called about in the past few months that should have been done before I moved in. The customer service team as a whole does a great job, but I don’t care for the customer service representative assigned to take care of warranty issues. I don’t like the fact that I was told the amenity center would be completed by the summer and that is now to be determined. I also think Lennar should allow customers to ...

Buying from Village Builders/Lennar was painless. Sales rep, construction manager, warranty person have all answered questions and taken care of issues within 24 hours. I have been in my home for almost 2 months, and any small issues with the house were dealt with immediately, usually within a couple of hours. Good job Lennar!

Poor response and pressured into closing

Very poor and shoddy work. They forgot to add gas line in patio and did that the day of closing in a haphazard manner and not the way it was in the agreed plan. The dug the backyard and were not willing to reimburse anything. The fans started making noise the week after and they are not willing to fix or replace them. Their whole customer service is a charade and they try not to fix anything. When I refuse to sign off on a ticket I raised for Fan issue, they closed the ticket on their end saying the issue is fixed without any explanation.
