Actual builder, Brad, is great! Super responsive and gets things done correctly himself. Salesman, Tommy, is a completely different story. He rarely if ever responded to questions or issues addressed.

Great quality, great product, and superior service.

The service during and after the purchase was top notch, but the quality of work was not worth thr price. Things have been falling apart left and right, and while the response and warranty work has been quick, im 3 months into my purchase, and over a dozen claims. These aren't little things either, light fixtures falling out of the ceiling, closet shelves falling off the wall, major structure issues, but this house had a premium price tag under the guise of "luxury". On the outside the home looks luxurious, but living in the home is now a guessing game of what will break next.

Overall, the experience was good from the time I was introduced to the new development, put on the waiting list to purchase and then finally purchasing my new home. Tami Rasor was awesome with Lennar. She made me feel comfortable and always followed up whenever I had a question. Would recommend buying a Lennar home!

To many things built wrong , unfinish paint,light fixture failing out of ceiling, windows installed not straight, bad grass planted, cracks in walls, not enough dirt in yard a round foundation, fence posts. Loose, cheap paint can't ripe spot off without paint coming off, edges around the roof. looks unfinish etc. dips in back yard cant walk without stumbling, please. respond

The sales staff were excellent! The house has a great floor plan for our family! The only issue I have is some of the interior finishes weren’t where they needed to be. They are cosmetic issues - texture paint caulking cabinet trim. We were on a tight closing schedule so I accepted the house with minimal corrections. The tight schedule was on my end not there’s! Tips for for new buyers- take your time- if possible walk through the home before orientation. You will miss things that you will find after you move in- this happens all the time- don’t sweat it!! What I really like is that the home is complete! Gutters - sprinklers- smart home features. To install these items after you move in can be very costly!! Lastly- when shopping for a new home look at closet and storage space- it was what we liked about our home. We looked at a lot of other builders and the floor plans had a lot of square footage but a lot of it was waisted. The bedroom closets are a great size!! I hope this helps! ... More

Very unsatisfied.

This is my first time buying a home. Not to mention a new home. I was expecting the walls and paint and flooring among everything else to be perfect. That is just simply not the case. There is and was a bunch of fitment issues between the walls and the floor as well as other small issues throughout the house. Some of these have been fixed and some have not. My point is that I was surprised that I have even had any of these issues to begin with. This is no reflection on the Sales office or Carl that is in charge of repairs and issues after the sale. Our sales representative was excellent. Home quality is good. Responsiveness to issues has been helpful. A great product for the first time buyer price point.

Carl is very responsive and things get done! Right now, with Covid, we are unable to get things done which sucks but I still get phone help via Carl and he’s done nothing but the best work. The house and property otherwise is great :)

Overall Good

I was in the building business for 12 years. I was a builder for David Weekley Homes and quite frankly wanted nothing to do with the process. Lennar honored my wishes and made the process easy.

Working with Lennar was a great experience, especially as a first time home buyer. Coming in with such a lack of knowledge, it was nice to have someone to answer my silly questions and provide tips and tricks. The warranties they provide provide a sense of safety and their customer service is fantastic. I am a little picky and some of the craftsman work isn't the best. looking at the trim down the hallway, you can tell it's not completely straight in places, so I would keep an eye on the details. But for the pricing of the homes, I don't regret my purchase!

Still have some issues with water in side yard after it rains. A sink hole in the front yard by side walk. Hole in garage that mice can get in the walls

There were no issues. Everything went as smooth as smooth can be. I'm glad fate sent me to Lennar.

I always had a good feeling about Lennar , before I decided to purchase my second home , I made some research , went to the competitors and compared. There never was a doubt in my mind that other builders are better. So, I bought this house in Princeton TX and Lennar has made it simple for me , helped , advised and acted. Buying a home does not have to be complicated if you have the right professionals . Thank you !

Great builder to work with.

Sales and construction staff gave us weekly calls throughout the entire construction process, as promised. The price we paid for our home was quite fair in an affluent Dallas suburb. The staff has been helpful after closing for assistance. I would highly recommend.

It was a nice and smooth process.
